Been using these people for years, and for anything bolt and tool related they are great, as well as their prices.However, I bought a 12 inch×1/2 hss drill bit for a project Ive been working on, the drill bit snapped in half, and Im almost 100% sure its manufacture error. Ive done a lot machining over the years and broke/snapped many drill bits. This one snapped in a very bizarre way.Anyway, called them up, said they couldnt help with without a receipt, so they know I bought it from them. The girls that work there I know would recognize me by face, I bought it about a week ago to. Ive had them find receipts many times in their system before.Anyway, happy over all with their services, but very very poor customer service and arent willing to help or investigate when products they sell fail.

Had the specialty parts that I needed for my car that even the Honda dealership didnt even have in stock. Has a cute cat and dog that greet you at the front door as well so you know youre in the right place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Cheers

I have been working with CD Fasteners for almost 5 years now. They have always been very awesome. Whether I am calling in my order or coming in person, they are kind and efficient. Their pricing is unbeatable and the quality of items I get far exceed what I would find at Home Depot or Lowes. I always get a wide array of items from concrete anchors, sheet metals screws, washers, abrasives or files. However it just depends on who you talk to.

They have a great selection but the front desk chick could be a little more happy, kind of made me depressed walking in

This was one of the very few times that CD did not have everything I needed. They have an excellent selection friendly, knowledgeable and creative staff at very fair prices. Simply the best in Fort Collins in my experience!

Great place to find heat treated bolts that you cant find anywhere else in town. These folks know their stuff!

C D Fasteners is GREAT! Dont waste your time at the big box stores. You can buy a single nut or bolt or a thousand at great prices. Highly recommend this establishment.

CD Fasteners is the BEST hardware store in Fort Collins. Diane helped me with a difficult request this morning. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them for both commercial and residential requirements, they have an extensive inventory.

I have been going to CD fasteners for almost 25 years. It is the best place to get hardware in Fort Collins. It is a different format than a traditional hardware store. The staff is very knowledgeable and the format is slightly more tailored to working with a business than the general public.

Name says it all. If you are looking for fasteners... They have a little of everything. Quality can vary, but selection is great.

Never seen a bolt with a hole in it or heard of a banjo bolt bad first experience, will not return ever

I just love this place, friendly, quality hardware etc. Its fun to see what other customers are up to as well. Interesting that half the people in line seem to need 1 bit of hardware thats usually worth < $ 1 and still get treated very well. If you need lots of stuff from them (like I always do) its wise to call your order in in advance. It takes them time to fill some orders ~ calling in advance saves you time and it makes their life easier.

Love them, but recently customer service has been sorely lacking. Ive used them for a decade to source parts that I usually get off of McMaster Carr. There is no other place where you can go locally where you are most likely to find all the custom fasteners. I recently placed an order for something that they used to stock, but were out of. They ordered the wrong part and they found a supplier that they could get the correct part through. Becky belittled and berated another employee for the mistake and her behavior toward other employees left me with a very bad experience. If she always acts like that I wont recommend CD to friends, it isnt nice to go into somewhere and witness people being treated like Becky treated her fellow co-workers. I heard back from them after confirming the part I needed and was told that their minimum quantity order had gone up. The tone in her voice led me to believe that they probably wouldnt order them for me but they would get back to me. This is exactly the reason Ive went there - because they have hard to find things locally at competitive prices. I could have ordered online and had what I wanted without witnessing employee abuse and poor customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have never been more disappointed in a business and would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Their products are cheap (not in a good way) and their personnel cant even make up for it!
