I was looking for fasteners to connect a condenser microphone and tripod. I was helped by efficient and friendly staff. Would recommend.

First off, they didnt bother to mention they have moved locations. Second, Randy decided that helping a customer and getting a sale, he would rather mention the fact they closed at 5. Then proceeds to cut me off while talking. While taking my card number he proceeds to yell at me to stop talking, so he could answer the phone. Pretty irritated at the whole situation.

Great help! Went in looking for a specific threaded rod of a certain material, and they did not have it unfortunately. But, they instantly offered multiple other ways to help me find what I was looking for.

Horrible customer service come in looking for a pen a certain diameter and a certain length and pretty much just get told to go somewhere else it was like I was inconveniencing her to have to actually look for something definitely will take my business elsewhere
