Horrible customer service experience👎🏻👎🏻 I wish there was a choice to give ZERO star. The guy denied selling me a $50 parts, he claims I need to have a HVAC company.It’s cold out and furnace is down. Online order won’t get here for next 4 days. Worst customer service in all of Fort Collins.
Consumate s.o.b.s could sell me a lennox flame sensor for a cold home with a 94-year-old woman inside. i heard how they couldnt look up the part from the furnace model number, how the system couldnt allow them to sell me the $10 part without an account, and how the guy normally works in denver. seriously, go f-yourselves and stay f-ed.
