This place rocks! I started coming here after bouncing between most of the dispensaries further north in Fort Collins for the past 5 years. Solace Meds immediately skyrocketted to my favorite dispensary in the area.Theyve always been super fast. The staff has always been extremely friendly. Decent selection, prices and rewards/deals.

James (the big bearded dude) just helped me on 10/16/21 and was amazing. One of the friendliest guys and also covered me a penny since I was balling on a budget for some greenage. I highly recommend this dispense for prices and environment. If you see james tell him Stephen says hi and that he is awesome!

Having been to many shops up and down the front range I can honestly say this place has the best flower and deals in f and shop I’ve seen in Colorado. The selections and prices are incredible. I have been coming here for years and the service and products have just gotten better. My man Marcus with the pink shades hooked it up with some two scoops for the weekend and it was perfect.

Prices are a on par with most local vendors and it is A+++++ quality product. They also offer a special discounted bud (sometimes its shake I think ) on recreational side that’s quality stuff from my experience•I mostly wrote this review for Adam he was great, and also the gentleman with brown dreads working the desk tonight at 6:00pm, 2/10/21, they were really friendly while being professional and genuinely made me laugh. Great personalities from other crew I briefly spoke to as well. I will be back, great to see employees enjoying their job and communicating friendly professionals and not robot professionals like some dispensaries or retail stores.

5 stars without a doubt. Fast lines, great variety, friendly service and there’s ALWAYS nice saws going on. If you’re into flower, the variety that Solace has is absolutely insane. I’ve been to tons of other dispos around FoCo and Solace seriously takes the cake for the flower variety. With that all being said.....the biggest reason for the 5 star rating goes to the seriously awesome staff that works here. They’re always happy, smiling, and having a good time while also being super friendly. Even if I’m in a bad mood coming in, I always leave in a better mood cause of them. If you’re ever on the south/west side of town definitely check this place out :)

I like this place but are people really paying $150.00 for an 8th of Verita brand weed?Maybe it is an error online otherwise wow, Veritas is far cheaper elsewhere.

I am a long time customer at Solace and I stop in at least once a week for the past few years. The service and products never disappoint. Its by far my favorite spot in town. Today, I brought in my rescue dog who gets very nervous around new people and he barked quite literally the entire time we were there. However, everyone inside was SO nice and understanding of his anxiety. He was given treats and the space he needed to feel better. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and kindness towards my nervous pup! (All packages in the picture are unopened, hes just modeling with the goods :) )

Normally theyre great. However, if you order online, expect to wait forever. I just waited nearly half an hour to be helped while multiple people who came in after me were helped before me. Mine should have been the easy one, it was already to go! Very frustrated with the wait. This isnt the first time this has happened with an online order of mine either, which is why I warn expect to wait a while if you order online.EDIT: I just stopped in and am glad to say the online ordering pick up process seems much improved! Yo this is one of my top favorite places, i get excited to run out of weed so i can go see my friends at solace! i’ve been a regular for around a year and i’ve never been disappointed. they are so warm and sweet and welcoming and knowledgeable and i always leave happy and with lots of weeds. Maxwell and Tracy are lovely and i love them, Marcus is just the sweetest ever, he’ll always make your day better. Jesse, Olivia, and Erica have helped me the past couple times and they’re the best too!!! can’t recommend enough.

So it was my first time in the store and my bud tender was Tracy she was super informative and once I had picked out my flower I told her my wife would be in after me to get some edibles and she ask why she didn’t come in with me and I told her we had our dog with us and she made me go get my wife and dog and come back in. Even with all this craziness in the world right now Solaces staff is still the best! I did the online/curbside pickup the other day and it was so smooth! I didnt know how it would work but from the start, Max was so helpful when showing me where to go. When I got to the door, Bailey (the manager doing double duty, kudos!) got all my stuff ready for me with no issues at all. Dare I say it was quicker or just as quick as any other day, very fast! All the other wonderful staff were very busy but still so happy to see you. I cant say thank you enough for still being there for us and risking your health Solace staff!!!

I’ve been visiting the medical side for years. I don’t need to go anywhere else because Sarah, Andrea, and the rest of the staff make me feel welcome and always take care of me. The product is great but the service is what really stands out to me. I appreciate that I consistently see the same faces here. Management must be doing something right.

This place is wonderful! Ive been shopping around for a while now and it seems like solace still cares about their medical patients. Its such a refreshing experience to be treated like a med patient with respect. Sean was the best bud tender Ive come across. He was super helpful and explained everything with no problems. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience, like other places do. Their selection is great! And the products are very nice and actually work. Im very impressed with solace and with their bud tender Sean their knowledge and customer service are excellent and I even signed up for a membership. 100% recommend to med patients.

I was just in there I asked for a caviar joint 1 g and I got a half gram regular joint one of the employees has to be stealing the good stuff and putting the in-home joints in other containers its not the first time something like this has happened to me dont know if I will ever be going back

I have been coming here for a couple years now. Every person is always so nice and helpful. I had Jordan on Thursday and the store had about 1/16 of their usual selection for Bud and he took my love of member berries and found me even a better bud that I would like! Now it’s my new fav strain. Best place in town, trust me, I’ve looked around.

Unfortunately we liked solace, but they changed today. I have never been treated so poorly as I was today. I believe her name was Gemma. She looked terrified to wait on us, would not speak louder so we could here her. Would not give my husband veterans discount that we always get. I got yelled at that I could not be on my phone to look up our rewards. Not one familiar face in the whole building . We were treated like a number today and for that reason we will not be ever going back. We drove out of our way to go to solace because of the great service and great prices but there are many options and they will not be one of them and that is too bad

Careful. Double check the prices. Dablogic sells for $45 for 500mg at their Boulder store. These folks charged me over $90 for 500mg. Really? $90?! GTFO!Update 11.3.20: I emailed (twice), took her 4 days to respond. Offered a cone as compensation for my inconvenience. I declined cone. She offered no other explanation how their dispensary is charging $90 for 500mg cartridges. Just not right.

Ricky was helping me, and even tho it was only his first week, he was so easy to work with and helped me find just the right combo of products i needed. Solace Meds is everything that you expect from this type of business. They are professional and follow all of the rules from beginning to end but the environment is very oriented to the stereotypical recreation users and the staff is not as knowledgeable as other places Ive been. This was not a bad experience but it was not great. I most likely will not return

I went in for my first time looking for cookies products and i left with more then that a woman by the name of Sarah helped me out with all my cannabis needs she got me what i needed she was friendly and curtious actually all the workers were super friendly i will definitely be goin back for more.

1st off the reason I go to this dispensary is the staff knows their product. The tall guy James with the blonde hair is absolutely a great budtender he filled me in on so many different things I did not know about MMJ. I dont go there just for the flower I go there for the customer service honestly. But straight up their flower is Fire and does the job!

Giving three stars just because their bud is pretty decent. I went in today and she ( I don’t remember her name) said “we have half ounces for $55.” I was like yea let me see it. It clearly stated that it was 4 grams. I brought it to her attention and she said “ yea we’ll we consider it a half ounce.” I don’t know what kind of math y’all do but 4 grams is nowhere near a half ounce. That’s false advertisement where I come from! I passed on that offer. Then she said they have kaviar* for $25-$30 out the door. I decided that was a good deal. Come time to check out she said oh it’s actually $56 dollars for ONE gram. I left after that and I will not be back. Y’all need to get your sh*t together.

I understand rush hours are difficult but it’d be nice if there was a seated waiting area like I’ve seen at other dispensaries. Other than standing in line, they’ve taken good care of me in every other need. And the veteran discount is really nice of them too.

Worst service I’ve ever received from a Fort Collins shop. I Have my med card and they waited until I was basically done checking out before telling me that You MUST have a hard copy of your med card(copy on your phone doesn’t work) and if you don’t then they require you sending it to them in the form of an email which is a joke because there’s zero phone service in their shop. Complete waste of my time, will never go back👎👎

Excellent service, excellent product. My experience here was top notch and this will be my first stop in fort Collins every time.

Ended up being charged an extra $7.XX because the budtender insisted I pay with debit despite having cash and telling them so. Never mentioned my total would increase because they first rounded up my total to the nearest increment of 10, then added a $2.50 processing fee, and then because their debit reader is actually just an ATM your bank will most likely charge you a non-bank ATM transaction fee. Total was 47 and change. Ended up paying 55. Wont be going back.

BE ADVISED!!! The Medical bud/flower selection is usually of a lesser quality and lower potency than that available on the Retail side. The only benefit of the Med Card is higher potency edibles....Response to ownerI assure you my statement is accurate. I was even told by an employee that the bud on the Med side is usually lower in potency than that available in Retail. The only way to fix it is to offer the same product selection on both sides...

Solace is an amazing dispensary. I have shopped the entire NoCo market. They have the best deals for flower out of any other dispo right now in Fort Collins. The staff is educated, helpful and not pushy, they really make you feel like they are there for you. Their cartridge game is also the best to choose from as they have more variety than most and dont gouge you. Solace gives the people what they want and are very in touch with their client basis. 5 star dispo for sure. Avoid the games and shop at Solace.

Worst website ever! Took me 17 times to checkout, had to keep backing up and refreshing. Also when it finally did go through, the text to say it’s prepared, came one hour and 15mins later. (I have iPhone software) If you got about 3 hours to kill, they are the place to go. If you want your stuff in a normal amount of time, go to any other rec store in Fort Collins.

Would give no stars if I could. Waited 3 hours today for our order, called the store many times no one knows how to answer the phone apparently. When we went there to just get it, we were told “our internet crashed it just got running again” but then five other people told us the same thing 20 minutes later that it just got up and running. We’re waiting in line and told to go around the front to get cash because the machines aren’t working still. We wait in line for the ATM and they shut the door on us saying we can’t do cash. After that, someone comes out and says the owner decides to close. There is a complete lack of communication which made this all the more frustrating.

Best variety and prices on herb and concentrates in town. Their customer loyalty program is phenomenal as well, so dont hesitate to sign up. Adam M is by far my favorite rec budtender and a stellar attribute to this fine establishment. Thanks Solace! Update to say they changed their customer loyalty system for the worse, the pre rolls are disappointing, and the bud quality these days is abysmal. Coupling those shortcomings with the social distancing nonsense and my future business at Solace looks bleak.

Nice place here. Lots of different options to choose from. There are tons of edibles such as chocolates and gummies and suckers. Also oils and creams and so much bud that I cant even tell you what all they have. They now have to option to pay by debit card instead of just cash which is super nice. The staff is super nice too.

I only come to this place for my weed/dabs, the last time I went I got an 8th of flower and I got home only to realize that 60% of the product was JUST stems. I called and they said we let you look at it before you buy meaning they let you glance over the counter into a tiny black cylinder that you cannot see inside of, full of weed. They refused to do anything for me even after seeing that I am a loyal customer and come often. This is the ONLY dispensery Ive been going to for two years. Ive had better experience with sketchy dealers fixing my stem issue than here. Never coming back again. Completely lost my business. The Green Solution actually takes care of its customers and I have never had an issue there, shop there instead.

Last 2 times I have come into the store the employees havent been super helpful. Last time the young lady helping me was ok but loud and wanted to talk over me but did help me. Today though and I dont know his name as I couldnt see it on his badge was flat out rude and unhelpful. I would ask questions and Id get idk or its right there on the wall but dont lean in to see. When I asked for 2 specific strains I got a Huff and basically made to feel as if I asked to much of him. Ive been going to Solace for on and off over 5 yrs and always had great service.
