Amazing selection of any products that you can eat, vaporize, smoke, drink, or burn. They all vary in price but they have everything from top shelf, to budget friendly options. Very well organized and fairly priced in general. Helpful, and funny staff. I was helped by Matt F, and he hooked me up with everything I needed and answered all my questions. Definitely going to be coming in again

Arron was so helpful and answered all my n00b questions. He never made me feel stupid and explained everything in a way I could understand. Matt helped me get set up with a medical account and made the process very easy. I live in Greeley but drive to north Fort Collins just to come to this store. 10/10 would recommend!

The environment was exactly what a dispensary should feel like. When customers were asking questions to the bud tenders they answered correctly and friendly. Thats 5 star satisfaction on a business. You guys need to figure out your screen situation, Normally this is a fine store.Customer service is rushed, but usually there are lines so its understandable.But they havent had silver screens stocked in the front the past 3 times Ive gone, and each time they sayAre you sure you want me to run to the back and grab the silver screens? We have the brass up hereOnce they just lied and said they didnt have it (I looked online when I got back and it said it was in stock)Each time Ive just opted for the brass to help out.Each time I have literally been shorted. Each pack of screens is supposed to contain five.One pack contained 3, the other contained four and my most recent only contained 1.If you dont want to run to the back and get me a screen which is your literal job, then at least make sure the product you give me in place is actually COMPLETE. Cmon you guys, this is not cool, I like to tip but this makes it really hard to keep it up.

The green solution is a perfect place for all your cannabis needs. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable on products. If you know what you want and don’t have much time online ordering and express pick up is perfect for you. If you’re lucky enough to have Richard M as your bud tender, you’re in great hands. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We love visiting the Green Solution for all of our cannabis needs! Today was especially a great experience. We only had to wait about 3 minutes and Cesar came and grabbed us and helped us with any and all questions we had. He even recommended some new products that we haven’t tried and never got impatient with us! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable and it it obvious that he loves what he does! 12/10 recommend!!

Yesterday I went to this location looking for an oz. But not knowing what I wanted only the price. I went over to the flower section and I was looking at their products. This guy named Jay came up to me and asked what I was looking for and went around the store looking different strains and brought me 4 different kinds and each one looked better than the next. I spent a low price for the quality he got me. Jay was great! I recommend this place because of its great customer service and lay out.

Richard M was my associate, and since I knew NOTHING about what to buy, he was super helpful. I explained what I needed, and he offered me a wonderful option. Super service from start to finish. I had no idea that it wasnt okay to use a credit card, but he was patient while I found my debit card and figured things out.

One of my favorite chain dispensaries they have some of the best buds in my opinion different strain rotations and amazing cartridge selections. The wax selection could be better but the LivWell next door has much better. Really recommend this place for quality marijuana and reliable service from the employees.

Most of the time Ive had great customer service here, but this last time I had a guy actually respond to me when I told him I dont smoke, Well we cant all be perfect now can we. At first I thought it was a joke so I laughed, but thinking about it after I left I realized it was a dickish response that was completely unwarranted since I never for a second think Im better than anyone just because smoking makes me feel bad. I wont say who it was because I dont want someone getting in trouble over this, but clearly there needs to be some additional customer service training for some individuals. That said, I do realize that even the best people can have a bad day sometimes.

I would give this place 5 stars but every time i have come here there are aggressive beggars (able bodied) next to the entry/exit. If Green Solution would work to remove them we would return. For example we almost hit one that darted out in front of us as we pulled in today.the shop itself is a good one and we have no complaints otherwise, but we generally avoid it if possible because of the free loaders.

Come here once a week, but I’m going to find a new dispensary. 3 times in a row they have had no change, and no solution for the customer outside of “sorry you overpaid by .xx”. You are a cash only business that charges to use a card, but are somehow unable to find a customer friendly solution to this. The liquor store next to my house bought a coin machine they let people use for free, think of something besides screwing the customer. Probably not coming back.
