I purchased a stove and it was delivered hours later, not days or weeks like other places. The next day I contacted Steve to see if he could come back and hook up my washer, dryer and stove. It was all done that morning. Excellent service!

Our chest freezer suddenly failed on a Saturday and inasmuch as the contents would thaw, we were desperate to urgently replace it. We stopped at Like New Appliances and Steve was very helpful. We purchased an upright freezer. He and his wife delivered our new freezer in less than an hour and removed our old freezer. We were very impressed with Steve’s customer service and selection. We will purchase an appliance in the future from Steve and Like New Appliances. I highly recommend them.

Needed to replace our fridge ASAP one morning. Other places in FD didnt have a regular sized fridge available immediately. Drove by this place and saw exactly what I needed and within a few minutes purchased it quickly. Steve even offered to deliver it into my house and take out the old fridge!After a week there was an issue with the seal of the freezer. Steve replaced the door but it didnt cut it. We purchased a stainless refrigerator from Steve after looking at a couple other places. We were able to get the same brand and style for less with a better warranty. The refrigerator works great and Steve was very helpful and friendly. If we need any other appliances that he may carry well be going there first.

I needed a washer (obviously) I went to two other guys big name stores, I should have went to Steve at like new appliance first. He will have the appliances viewed from the garage. He was fast friendly and awesome he had my washer in my house literally 30 minutes after I met him he was hooking up my washer. 30 minutes, granted that might not happen when they are busy but look his prices were right there with the prices of the big guys he didnt try to upsell me... pleasant polite and efficient. So happy with our last set of washer/dryer we went back for another! Almost 8 years ago my husband and I purchased our first used set. It was a pretty basic set so we figured if we had it for 3-4yrs itd pay for itself......8 yrs later and it finally had a significant enough repair we figured it was time for a new set.Now with our second used set we got the same experience. He listened to our needs again, said he would take our old set back, and was able to get the set home same day! On a Sunday....a holiday weekend too! We will continue to consider this place in all of our future appliance purchases.

Got a wash machine from here I just had one break down it wouldn’t spin out so I came here and got a used one it runs like a dream caught up on all the laundry I couldn’t catch up on before very happy with my wash machine and will most likely come here again when I need something else

We bought a refrigerator for the garage and when we got it home and plugged it in and let it cool for a few hours it didn’t work. We contacted Steve and he was out the next morning fixing the part right away. The fridge is working great and would recommend buying from them. Great place and quality appliances

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought fridge and stove both lasted about a month. You pay for a warranty and they will never come fix anything. Then they say they call you back month after your warranty is up to tell you to get ahold of manufacturer to get a new warranty. This place is a joke and so is first state who they use to finance. Buyer beware.
