Your “go to” for audio and accessories in the fort dodge area. Carrying Memphis and JL audio subs on display, and a catalog of other products and accessories from single dins, double dins, wiring, you name it. First stop since I made it in about 8 years ago, still a nice place to check out without making the long drive to Des Moines.

Messed up my car, lying people

Clean shop, easily accessible and most people are respectful but, it only takes one weak link to break a good chain. Absolute worst customer service Ive ever received from Nate. Id love to review his work but he only cares about his high profile accounts. I recommend looking online for equipment at a much better price, not to mention a warranty! If you arent going in there looking to spend a couple grand on something in house dont bother. Hopefully he learns you cant be rude in an industry where the customer is your money.

I live in the Quad Cities, on the other side of the state. The Jeep I bought has a remote start. After ordering a replacement fob online and not being able to find a dealer for that brand in my area, I called these guys. Tiny was able to talk me through the process of programming my fob over the phone. If Im ever in Ft. Dodge, Im buy these guys a case of beer. If they helped me for free, imagine the help theyll give a paying customer.

The guy knew exactly what I needed before I could even explain it to him. Which is good because I had no clue what I was talking about and he obviously did. My project ended up working and now Im a little bit wiser about such things.

Great experience with my 9th geb civic si. They honored the price they quoted me and quickly replaced the remote that broke soon after my remote start was installed. The remotes are tough, the new one i got lasted me over 2 years, i think the first one i got was just defective and thats not access audios fault. Good guys, a little short but very to the point. I had lots of questions and they have plenty of cool stuff at thier shop. Im going to do business here again for sure.

Use them for business and they know what they are doing without a doubt. Ive had a couple customers over the past few years complain about attitude. I guess when youre good at what you do you get sick of simple questions. Nate has treated me very well.
