Got tires and asked to have a noise diagnosed and fixed. Was told there was no noise present when the tech test drove it (noise was present immediately after picking vehicle up) and that there was nothing loose on the vehicle. Upon further inspection at home Ive discovered that the inside brake pad on the driver front is loose and is what was causing the rattle. I have a hard time believing my vehicle was Inspected very well and Im positive I was lied to about not being able to hear any noise while driving it because its constant. Not happy at all with the service and wont be returning.

I travel for my job and had the unfortunate experience of sustaining damage to a rear interior tire wall on my Mini Cooper. The local gas station recommended Daniel Tire, which was about 7 minutes away. I drove there very slowly. once I arrived, a Daniel Tire Rep told me they did not have the size of tire I would need in stock and it would have to be ordered, likely it would not be there until the next day. Beings that I’m an Investigator and was traveling to an active investigation scene, I could not wait a full day. Luckily, my boyfriend is amazing and even though he is currently active duty military, he was able to purchase the tires for me in Des Moines (2 hours away) and receive leave to drive them to me for the shop to put on my vehicle.‼️ EXCEPT, then Daniel Tire REFUSED to put the tires on my vehicle because they weren’t purchased there ‼️Shame on you for not supporting someone from out of town! I will do my absolute best to let all of my Fort Dodge area people know to NEVER frequent your establishment!!I subsequently went to Graham Tire, who were AMAZING and showed hospitality even to my dog that they invited into the air conditioned waiting room.Daniel Tire is a disgraceful establishment.

They did NOT do the job correctly. We will NOT be going back there. When calling and telling them what happen all they said was sorry, well let the mechanic that worked on it know. It was a $600 bill that they charged us and then it wasnt correct, had to pay another $200 to a different mechanic to fix the problem!

I was told when I called that they were really busy that day, but if I could drop my car off they would at least check it out and let me know what was wrong with it by the end of the afternoon. Within 20 minutes of dropping it off they had it diagnosed and 3 1/2 hours later I had my car back. The cost was lower than alot of places would have been too. They are friendly and quick and best of all honest. That vehicle is our only vehicle and its responsible for getting my husband to work and my son to school to have it fixed so quickly meant alot. They are awesome.
