Some shelves were empty, but still found awesome stuff to buy. Love DT!!Our cashier was fun to talk with too.

Lady working register was rude and not very nice. She went nice to lady in front of us and just bam total change as we approached her check out. She had short dark hair kind of heavy set. Need a attitude change big time.

Super grumpy and rude employees, and when asked for help the lady sighed and said I guess! What!! Also left their doors open in the back to this lovely poster, come on your a business the f bomb couldve been left out! How unprofessional is this!

Is the cleaners and more organized Dollar Tree I ever being, is a bit far from were I live (Humboldt)..but it wort the trip. There a lot businesses around.., I always like to go here first for the most of my cleaning and organization supply, before I go any other store.

Shelves are bare! How does this store stay open ??? Store Is cluttered and looks dirty. cashier was out of change had to wait for manager to come and get change to her before I could leave

Shelves were empty! Had a list of nine things could only fine one of them in store.

So it was 2:40 pm on October 16 2021 and the store was supposed to be open until 6pm. They had a paper sign saying they close at 3pm today. An older lady was holding the door closed against her body with just an arm and her head out the door telling me “We close in two minutes if you don’t know what you want don’t come in” as she continued to hold the door close to her and smoke.

There are some items that is a good value. But many are not but the public buys anyway. The sheaves are not stocked. It is not a friendly place. It is a store were the virus can spread easily.

Always a good place to get things for a little less, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Love coming here!

Kim is great. A sweet hard working woman, any time I go In there she is friendly and always working the register or fixing some things up around the store. However I went In the store today and there were 4 other employees as well as the manager, and only Kim was working while the other workers were not. The manger didn’t even help with the line, and clearly they have some other issues going on with their employees, but I was disappointed in the lack of help from the manager, the line was half way through the store .

The store is never organized, they dont even have all the Halloween decorations out of the boxes. The shelves are empty and the aisles are full of boxes.The staff will stand at the doors telling everyone they are closed at 540pm. They are never open, todays excuse was a family emergency.New management is definitely needed the one they have now is very lazy and always closing early and encouraging the staff to run off the customers so they can all go home.

Is anyonr else tired of the fact that this place closes whenever they want with no regular hours at all? The product piled high in the aisles still in boxes so you cant get through? The mess of junk just strewn all over the shelves and never cleaned up and put away? Or that employees stand around smoking, cussing and being quite rude right outside the door? All of our quality businesses are closing down and this is what were left with? 🤦‍♀️

Staff had mask on and were wearing them correctly ... was pretty clean

The store is hardly open shelves arent stocked ! Some staff need better hygiene care! In the past 2 years this place has really gotten bad ! Its truly sad ! Corporate needs to come in clean it out train staff actually pay staff better wages close it ! Because this is bad business!

01/08/20 My wifes purse was robbed at about 5:30 pm we believe by one of its employees. Im sorry to say this but Im being just honest. Sadly she had in her purse over $900.00 that money was to be used to pay the rent of her AptGod does not forget and whoever junky stole her purse,at some time will have to pay back

This store is horrible. Everything on the shelves is a mess and there are always boxes everywhere making it impossible to shop. I was in there yesterday and it was such a big mess we ended up just leaving.

Have stopped 2 time now before 7pm since the sign says they close at 7 and it has been locked and closed at 6, both times it has been on a Friday.

I love my local dollar tree. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. There are always good finds. I can get party decorations, coloring books, and other office supplies. Theres even a small frozen/refrigerated section of food available.

Dirty and unorganized! Looks like you take from the boxes in the isles and checkout. The floors are filthy. Its a shame for as many people that need a store like this, that upper management doesnt see the need to pay the help and give them overtime, after hours, to clean and stock! Sad!!!

Staff are rude and they close way before there listed closing time. Hate going to this store.

I love going to dollar tree. I can go in and pick up everything that I need in a short time and they carry so much that I can grab all those things that we tend to forget. The price really helps with my very tight budget also. Thank you for being here in Fort Dodge Iowa.

The place was nicely kept, the cashier was nice, the bathroom clean (always appreciate a clean bathroom people), and even though we had a long line they immediately opened another register and it didnt take long to check out.

My only complaint about Dollar Tree is that there isnt one in my town, so I have to drive 20 minutes to shop there. The Fort Dodge store is always clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Never open even with temporary store hours would give zero if I could cause this has been happening all the time.

I love the items in the store for the price, but the staff is another story. The manger at least I think she is the manger, its the old lady with grey hair kind of tall, has a very bad attitude. She never fails to make you feel like you are beneath her. And some of the other workers are clearly on drugs. I guess it would take that to deal with the manger. Anyway if you go in dont be suprised if at some point you feel the same way. They could use a class on customer service.

Nothing is ever on the shelves and if it is you cant get to it because boxes of the stuff that isnt is in front of them. Ive been coming in weekly for a month for a set of beer mugs, but they arent stocked. They may be in one of the boxes you cant get around the store because they are piled everywhere though. I wouldnt know cuz the associates dont either. Wanted to order them online but the ship to store isnt an option for the mugs.
