Love my Fort Dodge store they are friendly and have awesome sales. And sell the Grinch items I need to decorate for Christmas.

I love the store but not happy at all about them giving up the weekly 40% off coupon. It came in really handy when I needed something right away and its not the week it was on sale. I dont go in near as much as I use too. Have to wait for what I want to go on sale. Otherwise its just to darn much money.

The store is always clean, organized, the staff is friendly and courteous. They have separate sections for sanitized and unsanitized cars plainly marked so customers are safe. It was an all-around good experience

We were looking for some fake flowers. They had an excellent variety. They were also on sale for half price.

LOVE this store!! Has so much fun stuff to buy. The only issue is the carts they have are too small for the larger pictures that they sell so you have to make several trips to the cash register to have them hold your purchase until you are ready to check out. Will definitely be back for more goodies!!

Man oh man great reduction, discounts yesterday 66% off. Loved it, as did half of the town here. But Hobby Lobby was up for the challenge with great sales and customer service team hard at work!

I couldnt find anyone working, After I did find someone. I realized it was the assistant manager. I complained that my child had cut her finger on the shopping cart! No accident report, No, let me get a bandaid or even a care that she was hurt on thier property in thier store on thier stupid plastic cart! I am beyond furious!!

I use their framing dept from time to time, Megan is outstanding as is Mel, they both do great work

As a impulse buyer when it comes to in-store shopping, I could seriously do some damage to my checking account. The customer service was superb, with Melody (Mel) showing me everything I needed to see when it came to my interests. Shes a true professional. Ill surely be back!

Wonderful staff. Always happy to help you find what you need. If they dont have it they sometimes know where you might be able to find it. They have almost everything you will ever need for your crafts and projects. Constantly have sells going on.

I only give a 4 because they are closed on sundays(my day to shop for myself lol) but otherwise good customer service.

Love shopping here! A must go to! Picked up a framed needle point I ordered. Absolutely perfection! All kinds of choices, ideas in this store! Also, an employee in the framing department gave me excellent advice on a new project. The manager can work in each department from fabrics to framing. Love this store! How did we live without it!?!

Hobby Lobby does a great job of having the things I need to complete any type of art or home decor project. It is sometimes inconvenient that they are closed on Sundays, but I respect their commitment to giving their employees that day off.
