Angi was very helpful and found exactly what I needed . She was the only one working… but is very courteous and knew exactly where to look on computer to find the sheets I needed and ordered them for me….

Rude staff.. I went in with several friends to help her decide on a new mattress. While looking around and testing a few, an employee yelled from across the store that we they were not a loitering business. Which I completely get but they continued to make comments from across the store about us. The employee then continued to open the store stdoors and yell at people waiting outside for another store and say they were not liable for them getting hurt. As they were standing around simply waiting. Will not be going back.

I recently purchased a mattress from Wayfair and it just wasnt the right fit for me, so ended up having it sent back. Knew from that experience that the only way I would be able to find a good mattress was to be able to see it, feel it, and test it out! I walked into Mattress Firm and was met by Kay. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was great to work with! I told her what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within, and I feel very good about the mattress I ended up purchasing. Looking forward to getting some good nights rest on a very comfy mattress! Some things just cant be successfully ordered online...a good mattress is one of them! Unbelievable sales staff support!!! I was trying out several mattresses and Angela, was listening to what i liked and disliked about each -- then she was listening to the trouble i have with my back. After listening to me for awhile - she suggested a mattress that i had not looked at yet. Fell in love with it. I have slept on it for about a week and love it. She literally went so far above and beyond for me on everything from how to wash the mattress protector to how deep the sheets needed to be. I cannot express how thankful we are to have a good nights sleep!

I was going out to purchase a adjustable bed frame from another store but wanted to stop in Mattress Firm to see what they had for stock and price match their competitors prices. After talking with sales rep Kay I decided to purchase thru Mattress Firm. She was professional, carried yourself well, and always seemed to back the company and products with in the store. I felt like I known this person for a long time and if she made me a believer that her company and products best deal and backed by the national brand.

Was told our bed would be at our house between 4-7 pm and that wed get a call when they were coming. Never got a call and they didnt show till an hour later and it took many times calling to get an answer if the bed was even going to show. Last year we got a bed and didnt hold up as firm at all and ended up a deformity in the mattress and took weeks of calling and them telling us they were going to delive and never show. Im not impressed with this company20 yr warranty on a bed and it not holding up a year and still have to pay extra.Sorry but they could do a better job with sales and customer service.

We got the cooling sealy hybrid mattress and love it!! The cooling aspect of it is amazing! It stays cool throughout the night and it’s so comfortable! Kay was super helpful and awesome to work with. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us pick out the perfect mattress!!!

Worst delivery people ever. Complained the whole time and said our new king bed would not go upstairs. We already had a king bed up there we were replacing. So next they said we needed to buy two single mattresses and they would not be able to get the new king bed up the steps.After they left we did it ourselves and it fit just fine. We paid a delivery charge to have them do half their job.Will not be using Mattress Firm again.

She took her time to make sure my wife and I picked out thr best mattress for us, I was nervous spending this much money, so Kay let us take our time deciding, we picked out a Temput-pedic Luxeadapt mattress and a Ergo adjustable basebase! We are happy with our decision and cant wait till its delivered

Not impressed at all. As soon as we walked through the door we were approached by an employee which is great, but when I said we would just like to look for a few minutes this particular employee stuck to us like glue. My husband looked at a bed and when he laid on it the employee kept trying to push me to do the same. I told her my husband is pickier than I am and she responded, Are you even going to be sleeping in the same bed?!? I also told her we didnt want to look at the firm mattresses but yet she kept insisting we do. Not impressed at all, and would not recommend this store to anyone!
