My husband and I have seen this store every time we drive down Oakland, and when we decided to remodel both our bathrooms we knew exactly where we wanted to go.The minute I walked into this store I fell in love with absolutely everything they have.Our sales person was Giancarlo, what an amazing person he is.He took all the time necessary to explain everything to us, he was super patient with us and rushed us. When Giancarlo saw that my husband and I were discussing things about the vanities he will give us some space and then he will walk back to us when he saw we were ready to talk again.Giancarlo is a great asset to this business.We are over the moon with our selection and can’t wait to see it all set up at our house.Thank you Giancarlo you were amazing!!

This place literally fell into my lap. My brand new to me vw bus broke down right in front of this business. I managed to push it into the parking lot, and was greeted by who I believe to be the owner.He immediately greeted me with a smile and concern. He helped me push it further out of the way. When my wife showed up he gave us water and greeted my wife and daughter into his store even knowing we werent shopping.By the way he treated a complete stranger stuck in a not so good spot, I can only imagine his customer service and helpfulness when looking to remodel a bathroomI definitely recommend checking this place out! Pretty straight forward experience. Modern selections available. Armando is very knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside from our experience is that we didn’t know that the vanity comes with a top that needs to be unscrewed first in order to put a sink in - would have been good to know that detail so as to not confuse our contractors. In addition, we were told our Sienna shower doors would have a shiny finish & they came with a brushed nickel finish. Otherwise everything looks great. Thank you!

I was in the market for a glass shower door. I searched all the big box stores. A friend recommended Bath Trends. Their prices were comparable to the big box stores in town. After an hour with a very patient Armando (I had a million questions) we had a custom door picked out, ordered, paid....done!The installers arrived on time and did a beautiful job.Definitely go to Bath Trends!!

I just had a very good experience at Bath Trends on Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. I have been shopping for a vanity and a medicine cabinet for some time. I have been to four places in Fort Lauderdale and I even went down to Miami and made the rounds down there. All told I think I visited eleven stores. Three of the stores I visited were Bath Trends stores.There is a Bath Trends store and a separate Bath Trends outlet store in Doral. I visited these along with the Fort Lauderdale store. There is another Bath Trends store in Aventura. Leave it to say that there are many locations but the one in Fort Lauderdale is the one that I made my purchase from.There is a reason that I chose Fort Lauderdale. Bath Trends are franchise stores. The two brothers, Gabiano and Juliano, run the store in Fort Lauderdale. They are the reason I chose to do business in their store. Julian and Gabiano are two of the nicest sales people you will find. They were accommodating when I was unsure of what I wanted and over a couple of visits they wrote out quote after quote. They are knowledgeable about their inventory and deliver on their promises.Gabiano took my order with a smile and told me that if I change my mind there would be no problem switching to another product. I look forward to doing business with the Fort Lauderdale Bath Trends Store.

Horrible customer service, purchased vanities for $ 8000, got items in colors I never chose, was missing parts and when finally got the correct items, the top sink’s whole was too big for the sink to fit and 2 different contractors couldn’t install it. When I called the store, they told me to call at the end of the month cause all their installers were busy with other projects. Called the end of month just to hear installation will be offered only with charge of $75/ hr. This whole issue made me really mad, I paid $8000, got wrong and defective items and I need to pay them to come and fix their defective vanities $75 an hour?? What is going on? Stay away from this store! Very bad customer service!!! Will never buy again!

This was my first visit to Bath Trends, and I was very impressed! Upon arrival I was greeted by Jonathan who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful! I was in the market for some vanities, and not only did I end up buying 2 vanities, I also bought my fixtures as this store has it all. Prices are fair and they have a wide selection to choose from. I sent pictures to Armand just show him that I got the incorrect vanity when I picked it up. There was no way to tell because the package was wrapped and not put together I received a very cheap vanity and it looks absolutely terrible and I can’t get anyone to return my call.

I found this place through a contractor I used in the past. Everything in the store is top quality and style. I already knew what I wanted, the prices were very competitive. I have a small budget and was not in a rush. I purchase everything I wanted and kept everything boxed up in my garage for year. Then when I had enough money for the demo, plumbing, electrical and labor. Mr. Orland worked his magic. The guy he sent was very skillful in his craft. His name is Daniel. Communication is the most important thing for the process to be successful. I called Angelo several times during the construction and he took care of everything . When the work was done I was truly happy. I would recommend getting your remodeling ideas at this location and have Orlando recommend Daniel to do the work. You wont regret it.

The selection in the showroom is wonderful and there is always someone there eager to answer any of your questions. The vanity was delivered on time and packaged extremely well. My salesperson Gabino was most helpful and attentive in making sure I was satisfied.

They help you design your bathroom and pick what goes with it with measurement and all. Staff is very helpful, the contractor friendly and very professional. We love the engagement, customer service and most importantly we are in love with the results. Amazing team!

My wife and I looked for bathroom vanities at a lot of different places until we stumbled upon Bath Trends in Fort Lauderdale. We found their variety to be much better than what we had seen elsewhere and even had to choose between our favorite two vanities. Additionally, our purchase came with a mirror, sink faucet, and sink top, all of which had multiple great options. The price was fair and there were no hidden fees. Most importantly the service was friendly and helpful. 5 stars so far, will update once I’ve had a chance to use the products post installation.

They sold me a faucet without a drain and I had to race back to the store to go buy the drain separately. The guy said as long as I showed up at 5pm he would be there. I told him I was on the way and showed up 5 minutes before 5pm and sure enough he was gone! These people just dont seem to care about customers. If your in the showroom at 5pm they are also quick to kick you out. Terrible service

I initially went to Bath Trends in Oakland Park, FL after purchasing a new home. My designer and I parted ways and so I was left to complete my kitchen and powder room renovation alone. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and assisted me through the completion. There were some delays in materials but what they didnt have in stock there was always a similar quality and style product in stock if you didnt want to wait. Michael and Alex have exceptional customer service skills, and assisted me immensely in my quest for modern products for the powder room design. From taking time to research products to calling vendors, to checking on materials and verifying delivery times they run a professional operation. Orlando was able to provide great design ideas based on a picture or a simple design drawing. He was also helpful in referring a reliable carpenter for my cabinet dilemma. Be careful...we purchased a vanity, and the first one that arrived at their showroom had a noticeable paint flaw. The second one came in and had dents and chips on the doors. When we went back to inspect the third one, it was the original one that had been “re-wrapped”...with the same exact paint flaw.Also, before going in to inspect the third vanity, we were told to being back the sink, fixture, and mirror...as they would be “taking back” the entire purchase if we didn’t except the latest vanity.Their attempt to “sneak” the damaged vanity past us was was a poor effort, as we could immediately see that the packaging was not like the first two. I’d suggest to them that if they’re going to attempt a coverup...they should at least make it a good one. This was blatant.

Store was well laid out and had what i was looking for - modern medicine cabinets with built in lights and ac outlets. Prices were really reasonable. I went in on a Saturday and cabinets i wanted were ready for pickup by Tuesday. Bonus they are open on Saturdays.

Want to share our outstanding experience with BathTrends Ft Lauderdale. We had a problem w/our steam shower that other companies could not or did not want to deal with. As it turned out, the problem was fairly simple. A skilled bath trends employee came out (on time I might add) assessed problem & fixed it in approximately 20 minutes. Couldn’t believe it. We got service with a smile and will definitely use this company in the future as well as recommend that you do too.

I shopped for months to re-do my bathroom, discount tile megastores, vanities, Home Depot, Specialty showrooms, (wont mention names) but I always came back to Bath Trends. In store they were very helpful and easy to work with. But the team that came out to do the work were phenomenal! Because of their decades of experience (all are long time employees of Orlandos) Celio caught a couple of MY design flaws that if they hadnt been corrected, would have resulted in some major problems. They were delightful to deal with and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my house. The entire job cost about the same price as the specialty store wanted for just the material....I highly recommend this team.

We have had the most horrendous experience with this company. We purchased an Aquamoon, Cambria vanity that arrive without instructions and when we called to get the information they didnt have it. They have been very difficult to speak with as we are telling them there is a leak in the sink/ flimsy plumbing they sent and they say that we will have to pay for new parts, even if they didnt come with the correct parts. I bought this vanity because it was the right size, looked good and seemed to be a good value. I do not recommend this item or this company.

They have a large selection & Magda was very helpful. I wanted to do white tile in the bathroom & my husband wanted to do grey. Magda suggested we do the same tile we have in the house in the bathroom.

A little on the pricey side but we purchased a vanity anyways. Standard vanity, no custom paint just the same as the floor model, popular product. Product was delivered a couple days late, now thats really inconvenient when you take off work just to wait for the delivery guys! Anyways, we went to install it and come to find out the plumbing wouldnt fit, my fault. We had no choice and had to exchange for another model, we didnt return and ask for our money back just an exchange. Turns out they charged us a restocking fee that came out to about $400! No consideration of the fact they didnt deliver on time and I didnt get paid for the 2 days of work I missed!

Juliano & Gabino were great to work with. Their knowledge and experience really helped us make the right decisions for our current renovations we are doing! Totally recommend this store and although I’m sure the other employees are good too, I’d definitely recommend Juliano & Gabino!
