Purchased 17 door handles and advised 7-10 day delivery. Half of them showed up and the other half were back ordered. Advised 3 weeks delivery, June 24th. They never showed. Then advised arrival at the company by July 1st, will ship shortly after. Never showed again. Advised the factory is retooling and it will be two months before they are in USA. This is ridiculous. Why they kept lying about the delivery is unknown. Just a standard screw the customer and lie, thatll buy us time. When I asked about returning these and getting different ones they must be in the original package. Well, I opened them in prep for installation and not Im screwed. I will never use them for any other projects. Im out $300.00 and have to start over.
