As a whole we have had good experiences with Mattress firm but the game changer is Justin in Fort Lauderdale. We don’t even go to the store any more. I just call Justin and 10 minutes later I’m done and a mattress is scheduled for delivery. We have bought at least 10 Mattresses in the past 5 years (not because of problems) and all are great.

Another happy Mattress Firm Customer. On Saturday we visited the North Fort Lauderdale store. We were promptly greeted by Justin; as he was finishing up with his previous customer, Justin gave us a quick run down of the store layout and directed to the different mattress brands.Once Justin finished with the other customer, he asked exactly what kind of mattress we were looking for. Seeing its been a while since we have been mattress shopping, the technology has changed substantially. We werent really sure what we were looking for in a mattress. Justin had extensive knowledge of the mattress brands Mattress Firm was selling.After trying out several different mattress brands and firmness, we finally decided on a king sized Intellibed. I would like to add to this review. I purchased the mattress and the experience was good. However, the next day I called the store informing them I had a medical letter and would like to have the tax refunded. I was informed there was nothing they could do to assist.On a 3300.00 mattress tax is over 200.00, you would think they would have mentioned in advance to tried to assist after the fact.I had a great experience at the store. They asked a few questions. Showed me the perfect mattresses in a few budgets.I picked the tempur pedic because it was a dream mattress.But long story short. They really know how to find the correct mattress for anyone budget.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the mattresses in the showroom. We noticed many ants and dead flies as we were attempting to test the mattress. In addition, the saleswoman (Joan) was very passive/aggressive which made out experience a little unpleasant. At the end, we did end up making a purchase, the mattresses delivered next day as promised without incident. Perhaps it was just a bad day🤷‍♀️

Mattress firm is great. I walked into the store and Scott Osborne the sales man greeted me I told him how much money I had and he showed me the mattresses in my price range it was a fast and easy purchase I thought it was going to be long and drawn out and I would have to go to several stores before I found the right one. But this was the first store I visited and I was sold by the great customer service that is offered there. All the gentleman that work at mattress firm were friendly and knowledgeable and I’m glad that I went to this store. Last year my parents and I went into this store. My parents were the ones who were looking for a good mattress. When we stepped into the store we were greeted by Teresa. Teresa is a regional manager and she has over 20 years of experience selling mattress to the public and she has a wonderful character and treated us very humane, just wonderful😊 and finally helped my parents find a happy medium because my mother wanted a plush (soft mattress) and my father wanted a firm, so Teresa gave them a few options to lay on and we also let her know that we had an adjustable platform that we were stuck with from the worst mattress company you can buy from sleep number😝, so Teresa gave us the options that went with an adjustable base. Finally my parents agreed on a mattress and a year later my parents are still happy with their purchase. I highly recommend always asking for Teresa when you go to this store location. 😉
