Absolutely the most patient and knowledgeable sales person we have met on our new home furnishing journey! Answered every single question we had and wasnt put off that we are waiting to close on our home before we finance like they were down the street!

We did not go into the store to by a bed, we were researching and narrowing down our choice. We got there about an hour before closing and the associate, Angela, was assisting another customer. We noticed how clean and neat the store was after being open all day. The associate excused herself from the other customers to give us a greeting help us start our looking.She kept returning and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. So much so, she had answered every question and then some! Our choice was made, thank you Angela for your comfortable sales approach and customer centric focus. We know that we are going to love our new bed and thank you for helping us make that choice!

Well the customer service was awesome from the minute I walked in the door. Probably the best I have received in a long time. The problem was the harassing follow up after. The relentless calls to tell me about sales that were ending soon. Really unnecessary and annoying.

Around 2000 my Ford Focus eventually bit the dust, it was 8 years old and the radiator sprang a big leak outside a Honda dealership where I went in and bought a Civic because I thought it was a sign, but it turned out to be a lemon!Anyway, my colleagues always asked why I kept an old Ford when I was in a fairly high annual income bracket (for FL), my answer was that the 3 times Id tried to buy another car it had ruined my day because of the heavy dealership experience and Id ended up drinking too much tequila in order to forget, so I just continued with the Focus dreading the day I really would have to buy another car.Its been a little bit like this with buying a bed, the high street mobsters ask you questions like, well, I you ready to buy today, desperate fellows who just will not let you out of the store, and ALWAYS there seems to be a sample on the floor which is an offer you cannot refuse, so I have gone for many years with a sagging pillow top dreading the day.Sleep Number Matt in Ft Lauderdale allowed me time to consider, would step away expertly to let me mull over his description of the different offerings and I felt at ease that it would be a decision I would make based on careful consideration of the benefits described and price with no feeling of pressure. The difference being that I felt I had to treat this person with the respect he was giving me, and not slip into my battle gear and squirm my way out of the door, extricate myself from this modern day economic inevitability of sales desperation and self debasement. I wanted to buy a bed for my parents because I knew theirs was a traditional spring mattress that was sagging in the middle and causing my mother and father to suffer from back pain when they sleep.I did my research and read reviews online first before visiting some department stores and well known mattress stores to not only see and feel for myself, but I was also hoping for a great sale.My instincts were to follow the reviews online. Most reviews mentioned Sleep Number as the common favorite. So I went to Sleep Number close to my home where I met Stephen who was very helpful. I knew I was going to pay a little more money, but I’ve always believed, “you get what you pay for”. Stephen made me feel like I was making the right choice and made the whole process very quick and easy.The delivery was on time and the delivery men were awesome with my elderly parents. They took their time explaining the instructions and made sure they understood before they left.Weeks later I got a voice mail from my dad telling me how much he was enjoying his new bed. He and Mom have been loving their bed so much, they don’t want to get out of it.That made the whole thing so worth it. I highly recommend choosing a bed from Sleep Number on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. Best decision I’ve made in a while.

I purchased the full split king bed because my husband became ill and could no longer sleep flat. The salesman was awesome and told me the beds would not separate. About four months after the purchase, the beds separated about 6 inches and they sent a serviceman to repair. Then after another few months it separated again about 8 inches and I was told would have to pay for a service call, that is just a characteristic of the full split bed and It was over my 100 day return so they would not accept it back for a refund! I other words YOU ARE STUCK!

Great product! Largest showroom in South Florida. Stephen, Matt and John are fantastic. Experienced and knowledgeable staff provide excellent service and genuinely seem to care about how you sleep. Ive had my bed for 6 years an have a hard time sleeping anywhere else. Its ruined vacations for me as I look forward to getting home and into my Sleep Number bed.

Matt was great and professional, but Im saddened the product will take ten days to be delivered. When you spend 3k on a bed, you expect satisfaction, and now all I can think about is how there are 477 sleep number locations, there is a mandatory $199 delivery fee, and my bed is made to order and I wont have it until 6/22?!?! That logistics do not make sense. I didnt order a chicken dish, I ordered an over glorified air mattress. Lets go, Sleep number! Get my bed here this Week and I will delete this review.

So far the buying process has been very positive but I won’t have my bed delivered until the 7th. It is more than I wanted to spend but when I add up the cost of mattresses, pillows, wedges and the like, I’ve probably spent the same amount on them. I think this is the answer. Finally.

First off, my friend and I bought our Sleep Number beds at the fair in West Palm Beach, not Ft. Lauderdale. Our experience was great thanks to Stephen and the Minnesota representative. We havent received our beds yet, but have high hopes.

When my pump finally broke when moving this bed after 10 years i called this location and they told me to come down and they would lend me a loner to just fill the bed for the night, but when i got there they went above and beyond for me. Very happy with the service and love my sleep number.

Worst investment ever!!! I bought one with a FULL LIFE Time warranty. They became only 25 yr warenties for some, unexplained reason. After the 1st year, one chamber started leaking. I tried getting it replaced. The FULL warranty, now became a prorated warranty. They would not replace it unless I paid half. I called every week for 2 years trying to get them to replace one of my mattresses. Finally they asked me about the O-rings in the connection. I told him it never had an o - ring, so they finally sent me a new mattress. But the mattresses felt like they were two, large, round hot dogs, not one smooth flat surfaces. A couple years later, the pump started to leak on one mattress. It became so bad, I had to pump it twice a night, because my button and back bone were on the hard plastic box. Select Comfort, now called Sleep Number, refused to do anything for me, except to give me a 20% discount on a new pump. Then, my other mattress started leaking. By now, it was only a 10% discount being offered. Save your money, save your back. Now, 15 yrs later, they refuse to do ANYTHING. If I could afford a new bed from another brand, Id have done it long ago.

While the store front & staff were nice, Sleep number was a $120 mistake. They offer the 100 sleep trial but when you realize that this is a glorified air mattress, youre stuck with the steep shipping cost. Not worth it.

Pro: We purchased our bed at the previous Galleria location and the helpfulness was excellent. We loved the no interest payment plan, auto deduct. The bed is wonderful: its been 2 years now. Our 2 platform king bed is relatively problem free.The adjustments for raising head or feet and also the hardness if the bed are outstanding and work well.Con: The small parts - The bed was over $7,000. Yet the remote is shabbily made and, while improved in design since the first year, breaks too easily and too often. The company is excellent about providing free replacements for the otherwise $70 remote. Unfortunately, this warranty ends in another year and I envision regular expenditures for each time the remote slips to our wood floor and breaks. We are on our 6th remote in less than 2 years! So far Sleep Number hasnt limited the replacement numbers. Black power boxes that go under the bed loose their covers in no time and then the batteries fall out. The cover doors should lock!The worse problem: Dealing with a move is awful due to misinformation from too many channels and the poor staffing with a high load. It took 5 weeks to get disassembly and reassembly reservations....then despite our calling repeatedly to verity on a hunch we encountered incorrect confirmation order numbers, our phone repeatedly entered wrong and a missed assembly appointment because the drivers had the wrong phone number. Only due to the kindness of Amy our telephone contact could we re-schedule another date 2 days later after they missed the first one. This meant sleeping on sofas and floors. WE CAUTION PEOPLE WHO NEED ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY TO CHECK FREQUENTLY and prepare for a phone wait of 35-48 minutes each time.The bed is still terrific and we hope the company straightens out its communications or many people will be sleeping on the floor.

I purchased one about 6 years ago, they tell you about life time warranty but in reality when the pump or the air chambers go bad you have to pay for them.The worst part was that I went to the store at the Galleria Mall in Ft. Lauderdale to borrow a remote control while the one I order arrive, offering to leave a deposit or any of my credentials and without hesitation told me NO.

After spending almost 4,000 on a mattress and having an issue with the dual bladderI was told I had to call customer service . Ah ok. So after waiting 45 mins I get a rep and she takes 30 mins to get order issuedWeek later i have to call again . Another 45 mins waiting. Another 25 mins getting error fixedThey where supposed to mail return labels to me for the two shipments. Did they, no just one return label. I called Store and a woman said just bring by we will be happy to send backSo back to the store to return the items and I get A whinny reply from this stores salesmanSerious folks look elsewhere to buy a mattress, theres one on every other block
