Always a great experience when dealing with Seven Seas from my purchase to any repairs. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. I brought my Scout boat in for some minor warranty work and Jamey was awesome to work with. You would have thought I was spending thousands of dollars rather than having a small light replaced under warranty. His communication was great and the overall service was top notch. The cherry on top was when they washed the boat while it was there. Thanks again to Jamey and the team at Seven Seas!

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Seven Seas. Jose (Service) is a consummate professional that took in my vessel after another dealer could not fix the problem and turned it around quickly with OEM parts. Not only did they finally solve the issue, they gave me back my boat clean and even followed up with me a few weeks after to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Seven Seas and all of the kind people that work there. It was a pleasure!

I purchased a pre-owned Scout 210 this week and could not be happier. Great experience doing business with the Renee family and Seven Seas! Even though this boat is pre-owned and less expensive than the higher-end boats they offer it made no difference at all. Andy took the time to go over absolutely everything with me. Big Shout out to Andy and Melody for going through the entire process with me start to finish. Great customer service! The boat is awesome! Thanks again for all of your help!

Excellent administration assistant when coming in, been there so long, fort Lauderdale grew up around them, Staff knows how to guide in large trailers and Ive sent several prospective scout boat buyers their way.One of my regulars bought a 2016 Scout320 LXF there and is very pleased .No matter how busy every staff member makes time to get their jobs done..When my mega yacht captain customer tells me they take care of him and his tender, I know he walks the walk and wouldnt pull any punches .You dont survive decades in fort Lauderdale by not doing what you say .Wouldnt hesitate to send someone there for a new or used boat, JCPresident JC Marine Services of SWFL

After the review below, Seven Seas facilitated a repairperson directly from Scout to come fix our boat. They identified the main issue as an electrical issue and finally fixed the problem. Now the boat works and its been amazing. I wanted to update my review and rating, now that the issue was fixed. We purchased a BRAND NEW Scout this year. It has been in service more than it’s been in the water. The seakeeper, the bait wells, and even the motors have gone out over and over. Multiple times, all the bait fish in the well have died. Multiple times, we have had to call a tow boat. It is not just annoying but borderline unsafe. The customer service at Seven Seas is difficult to pin down and minimally responsive. Rather than be apologetic and acknowledge they sold us a lemon, they tell us new boats take time to work out kinks. They seem frustrated at us when something breaks and “fix it” reluctantly. When they finally take the boat in, it seems like they patch up the issue only for it to break down again within 2 weeks. Same issues over and over. It’s exhausting and disappointing. Lesson learned, we will never buy a boat from Seven Seas again and will never buy another Scout. Our only hope now is to get rid of this one. Buyer beware.

Bought a 27 Scout three years ago from Andy and just recently decided to upgrade to a 32 Scout to accompany our growing family. Highly recommend Seven Seas.

Costumer service at sales 🤢🤮. Not a fun experience, everyone seems very uptight and too serious. You come to spend 40k and you feel like you own them. If you start a relationship in such way at sales, I can only imagine what’s happening at the service. Weird and emotionally draining place to shop.

We bought a boat there for our house in the Keys 10 years ago. Described to Len how we would be using the boat with kids, fishing, and cruising the canals...he recommended the perfect 19 ft bay boat that never gave us one problem. They serviced our boat numerous times as well...Great sales, great service and a great family to do business with! Highly recommend Seven Seas if you are in the market to get on the water or need your current boat serviced...

Great folks to deal with. I have bought a used boat and a new trailer from Seven Seas, as well as having had a few outboards serviced over the last 10 years. I have always been treated with prompt and honest service, and have recommended them to many other folks as well. R. Gibbs

Usually I dont post reviews, but in this case I want to warn the people who want a used boat from this business. My experience: inquired for a boat, the salesman sent me an email telling me that the motor had 740 hours, I placed an offer and they accepted it. I drove 2 hours to get there, then they were changing the oil of the lower unit (even though I confirmed the exact date and time I will be showing up) so I wait 25 mins to test the boat, which the owner, who seems to be a nice guy, took the time to put it on the water and show it to me. The boat was running good and I confirmed the deal. When back at the office, after signing the contract, the salesman tells me that by the way, the motor actually has 1,347 hours, and since he is feeling me weird because of that, he can undo everything and call it even. No sorrys, apologies, no intention to amend the little issue, ..... left without a boat, a day lost and trying not to feel bad about an episode like this. Lets move on.

FYI, I am in my late 50s and have never posted a review online, but for Seven Seas Yacht Sales and Scout, theres a first time! My Scout 275 Dorado is the worst quality boat Ive ever encountered and Seven Seas Yacht Sales has provided the worst service I could possibly imagine! RUN! DONT WALK! RUN!My boat went into service at Seven Seas Yacht Sales in Ft. Lauderdale 3 times and each time came back with same and more problems than before. Days after the boat came back from its third repair, I was preparing the boat to take friends for an evening cruise. When I switched on the power, the base speaker was blaring a horrific nonstop screech. I called into Seven Seas service department and complained that I just got the boat back from service where they were supposed to fix all the defects. I ended up having to get talked through how to disconnect the sub woofer from the amplifier which meant I had to crawl under the helm myself and break a full sweat less than an hour before my guests were do to arrive! As if that wasnt bad enough, after the sun went down, it became quite obvious that the navigation lights still didnt work. Unbelievable!I never felt confident or safe in this boat. The quality defects were so extreme that the owners finally agreed to send a tech to my dock to replace the entire radio/stereo head and what appeared to be the entire electrical harness under the helm. FYI, it was like pulling teeth to get the owners to agree to send the tech to my dock as they kept insisting that dockside service was not covered under warranty despite the fact that they had failed to correct the defects on 2 prior occasions.Even after this tech spent all day replacing tons of wiring and equipment, one of the main speakers still didnt work! At Seven Seas Yacht Sales, quality isnt job one, it was job none. I trust the Rennes, the owners of Seven Seas Yacht Sales, will come back and say that I didnt properly service the boat, but let me tell you, this boat only has about 60 hours on it and a HUGE percentage of these hours (about 33%) resulted from the boat going back and forth from Boca to Ft. Lauderdale for service 3 times.Perhaps the fourth time is the charm, as Sea Seas Yacht Sales finally agreed to pick my boat up with a trailer to service factory defects for the forth time only after I contacted the factory directly to discuss this horrific quality and service. Ive been boating for the last 15 years and have owned two Intrepids and still own a Buddy Davis! Intrepids are super quality boats and service at Intrepid is fantastic, definitely job one! I dont trust this Scout, I dont feel safe taking my kids out on this Scout.Seven Seas Yacht Sales and Scout should be ashamed of the poor quality of this product and the poor service Ive received.
