Greg was extremely helpful and kind. A few months ago I was 8 months pregnant and on my way home when I noticed my tire pressure was low. I stopped for help and Greg was more than happy to help. He checked all my tires and filled them to the appropriate PSI. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. He made things super easy and I felt much more safe for my hour ride home.

Service tram was professional and very helpful. Service was done in a timely manner. The only unfortunate issue is when I closed the door the handle was covered in grease which obviouslycovered my hand. I already had the car scheduled for detailing how it was unpleasant to have my hand covered in grease. However, I highly recommend this location as human errors do happen.

Me and my fiancée went there yesterday for an oil change. We used the Groupon and were so satisfied. Kevin was very professional, quick, and thorough. Charles was the one working under the car. Every time I have been to this location they have been quick and efficient. I had a head gasket issue that was leaking oil into my spark plugs, and the quote they gave me was exactly what they charged me. Rose, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I will come here for all my repairs.

This particular Jiffy lube is one of the best that I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is top notch, led by Christian Bushnell! Actually I’m not sure Christian leads the group but he sure acted the part. I saw him doing everything from providing customer service to me, helping his fellow teammates sell more and providing real strategies and real recommendations. Most people let their car maintenance go too long and so Christian helps people create a plan to get back on track that is palatable and doable.Backed up by a great team of Techs Their work is high-quality. One girl was training to do the brake flush, and the guy apologize for taking so long and I said no you were going through every step you’re actually doing a thorough job. Everybody had a great spirit about them and they love what they do. It almost made me want to work there.Everybody on the team acts like a team and they care about the customer and their vehicle like it’s their own. Way to go Christian, way to be a great leader and way to provide valuable service.

They quoted the price as changing from what is listed on the service card $44.99 to $49.99. I was okay with this because I had a $15 off coupon.The service worker failed to tell me that the $49.99 is the starting price. When I received my bill it was over $60 and with a $15 coupon is was at the original price. I was very upset because the service worker NEVER stated the starting price was $49.99, or else I would have left immediately. I dont like shady business and this is how I felt my experience with this company was. SHADY!!!

I have always liked Jiffy Lube compared to other similar service centers.Today proved to be an occasion that further solidified and drove my future choice of service centers to solely be Jiffy Lube.First, I drove up there without an appointment, 30 mins before closing just because it was on the way to i95 - not expecting to get my oil change. The guys there welcomed me, asked me what type of oil I need and did not try hassle me for anything else.Second, they literally completed my oil change while I remained in my car - it took a total of maybe 10 mins - max.Lastly, I had another unrelated problem with my plastic cover that was loose due to me running over a speed bump and it was dragging on the asphalt due to one end hanging low. It was underneath the body so I, myself, would not be able to clip it back into place without lifting the car. The technician went out of his way - a few minutes before closing - and climbed back under the chassis and clipped the plastic cover and made sure to give me a few tips before I drove off. I did not mind tipping for such expert, reliable, fast service where the techs went out of their way to help me on an unrelated issue.Jordan was the mechanic that earned my respect. And Cory, the manager, was straight-forward and respectful to me.Best oil change service Ive ever received.

After leaving Jiffy Lube, jumped on the highway and after 20 miles or so heard a dragging sound. Stopped and noticed that the bottom skid plate came loose and was dragging on the ground. (See Photo). Had to find a place with a mechanic to get the skid plate off so it would not drag. Immediately got in touch with the store manager who was apologetic and indicated he wanted to make it right to get a new skid plate from the Ford dealer and install it.Its now been over 45 days and still have not been able to get a new skid plate. Each time I contact the manager, Im told the dealer says its on backorder but cannot provide me with any kind of timeframe, part number, price, etc. I am trying to remain optimistic that the store will make it right but since I am the one that constantly has to follow up, I am not sure anymore. It would have been nice to at least be offered an oil change or something to make it right in the meantime. I understand accidents happen but one should own up to the issue at hand. Ive been going to this shop for oil changes for years and this is the first time this has happened so I will leave this review at 2 stars for now and if they finally come thru, Ill edit my review accordingly.

We went in for an oil change and were told that our differential fluid needed to be changed. We were told that the differential fluid change would be $70.00, but we would receive a discount on the oil change. The total cost would be $100.00, instead of $110.00. However, when the work had been completed ( we never saw anyone get under the vehicle to change the diff fluid) the man came up and said that the amount due was $140.13. When I objected and said that the quote he gave me was $100.00, and nothing more. He then told me oh no. The $70.00 was to change the differential fluid, the $40.00 that we discounted down to $30.00 was the differential FLUID, and the other $40.00 was for the oil change. Sorry you didnt understand. Out of Staters BEWARE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!

The workers are nice but the problem is, I came for an a/c recharge and they said I needed another part that’s going to cost be about 1K when originally it’s going to run about $159 for just the recharge . They couldn’t get the cold air to get working and left with my a/c still blowing warm air and end up paying anyways for a job not finished . I ended up going to my usual car maintenance shop and they charge me way less than 1,000 . So Idk if they were trying to hustle me out of my pocket or just need more proper training.

Extremely unprofessional. Took three try’s to get the correct amount of oil in the vehicle. Rotating the tires was rushed with lug nuts flying all over the garage. Not to mention the two employees that began arguing over who should finish the job with one saying “fuck this I ain’t doin this shit”. I spent an hour watching this comedy.

The entire team at 901 E. Cypress Creek Rd. in Fort Lauderdale, FL are always super friendly, super fast, thorough, and best of all, HONEST. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that as a woman.I made the mistake of taking my car to a Mobil 1 lube Express on N. Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, because it was closer to my home, instead of taking it to my usual Jiffy Lube. It turns out the oil was never changed, they charged me for the service and acted as though it was done. After a few weeks, I noticed a burning engine smell, but thought it couldnt be the oil since it hadnt even been 1500 miles since the last oil change. I finally decided to take the car into my Jiffy and have the guys check it out. They showed me the dip stick was just about dry! The guys also offered me a service to clean out the residue of the burned old, oil. They took great care of my car, as usual.Lesson learned! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for service again! Not even to another Jiffy location. This team is a truly professional group who love what they do and take pride in their work!

He helped me out with my trunk, the latch in my car wasn’t opening the trunk.. after I paid the bill he spent 30mins of his own time tryna fix it and eventually did . And didn’t charge me for it . I always use Jiffy Lube for an oil change because the value is unmatched. At this location, the employees were courteous and friendly. The service was quick and professionally done. For other services, I prefer to use a local mechanic instead of ANY big franchises such as Jiffy Lube, Tires Plus, or PepBoys. In conclusion, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for oil changes, especially that now the client can wait inside the car while the oil is being changed.

I came in a couple days ago for an oil change, it was very busy and the guy from down stair with the dreads came up to assist me. I heard them call him LJ during my time there. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was respectful and mannerism was perfect. I would recommend him all my friends and family. Good service is hard to find and its the people that make the service great. Although i did see that no one else took the job as serious as he did and if they did, this shop would be top recommended.

Too much upselling of services when all I wanted was an oil change. Im not an auto mechanic so I dont know if I really needed what they were telling me I needed or if they were just adding to the cost.

I took my 2011 Volkswagen in to get oil change..to find out the place I took it to get last oil change not only broke my oil dip stick but stripped my oil plug...they also performed a tune up I thought not only charged me for these services and found out no tune up was done..my car was misfiring on several cylinders ...I did not know that Jiffy Lube does all this and more..I got the professional oil change that was needed but also my tune up..the manager Brian and mechanic Thaddeus was awsome...I will bring my car to them from now on.

I came in knowing my car needed a couple of services, but figured I could only really afford oil change at the moment. But got tires rotated and tail lights fixed up too.4. I have been using this location for years. Staff is friendly and professional. They are really good about recommending additional services when needed but never a hard sell. I highly recommend this location for a quality customer experience.

I was happy that everyone had masks. I left a Valvoline store because none of the worker were wearing masks. All the workers were polite and although I dont know about the quality of the work, since I cant judge that and I was sitting in my car - I felt the young ladys explanation was helpful. Plus, I saw one of the guys call another worker to show him how something was done. I like that the employees were respectful to each other and had camaradarie amongst themselves. It bodes well for good service. I elected to get more services than I intended because of that.

I Received A/C recharge at this shop a few months back and noticed that my A/C performance had really not improved much despite refrigerant levels being low beforehand. So, I took the A/C in to my usual shop for a full diagnostic check and they discovered that the recharge had been performed incorrectly. I tried contacting Corporate and the shop for a refund (And included evidence from my mechanic of their error) but they demanded I return to the store to discuss the matter further. Its now been several months and they are still sticking me with $180 charge that they know is fraudulent. My intention is to take this matter to small claims court and add additional court/time expenses if they continue to refuse a simple refund.Overall, the people in this location were very nice and this is not their fault. I blame corporate/management for dragging this out unnecessarily.

I was greeted by a very friendly guy, waited in my car until they were ready. Everyone was very helpful, kind and compassionate. Even though they had masks they were still smiling:) They even put an air conditioner fan in my car while I waited inside it. May God bless this location and company.

The staff was amazing! I came in needing an oil change, desperately. I just moved from GA and I had anxiety about letting people I didn’t know work on my car, hints why I took forever to bring it in. The staff kindly answered ALL of my questions, because I had a lot, and made me feel good about my decision. The staff was kind and quick, even on a Sunday afternoon. They’re the best and I recommend them completely!

The crooks at this location broke a hose in my car, my guess is that it wasn’t accidental, and they were expecting me to go back so they could “fix it”. I ended up paying over $500 to a mechanic shop to fix the damage they did. Save yourself a headache a spend your money at a more reputable place. Stay away from these thieves!!!

After disappointing experiences years ago, I decided to try again.The manager greeted me with one of the most sincere, open, and easy smiles I’ve ever seen. They were attentive and offered alternative services. I CHOSE a more costly synthetic option. I feel like the price of Jiffy Lube service is a bit steep. At the same time, all costs are clearly posted. They did a professional job, listened carefully to all my concerns and acted accordingly, all with a cheerful attitude. This was 6pm on a Friday eve, and they were still incredibly pleasant.I arrived a skeptic, and departed a fan.Thanks guys!

Sold me on changing tires bc there was a wobble. Assured me that it would be fixed. Needless to say, the wobble was from 2 broken axels and a bent rim. You could have taken me out for a nice steak before you screwed me.
