Im not one to write reviews but this one had to be written. I called a couple of weeks ago to book an appointment for my daughters wedding gown we were so excited waiting on this day, we walked in to the store and were never acknowledged after about 10 minutes I asked the woman why no one approached us she responded that they were all too busy I said all we needed was to be told something not to just be ignored finally our sales girl Katie came over took us upstairs and started showing us gowns she looked as if she were bored, not helpful, no smile was very short with the maid of honor there was another woman standing and just gawking at us as if we were a sideshow we were told very rudely to please be careful with the champagne we were drinking which we brought along to celebrate this special occasion Im not sure if it was the color of our skin or just classlessness needless to say we walked right out of that horrible place and on Novias Bridal on Oakland Park where we were greeted and treated special thanks to them. Zola Keller was a nightmare!!!!!!!

Beautiful dresses not necessarily discount. Older store associate lady very rude. She told my daughter and friend not to throw dresses. They were looking through the dresses and I came over as older lady who works there was raising her voice to the staff. She told the staff dont let them slap the dresses. We brought 3 ladies and 5 teen girls to look and purchase homecoming. Wont be going back!

Pretty dresses but way over priced. Worker very rude was being mean to me and my friends told us to stop throwing the dresses even though we were lightly touching them and yelled at the coworkers will not be going back again.

Zola and her bridal consultants were absolutely amazing! I was struggling for a few months trying to find the right dress and Zola and her consultants were extremely helpful in creating the perfect dress for me. They really took extra time to help me envision and alter the dress any way I pleased. A good majority of the other salons I had visited cut my time short and were not willing to alter dresses. Zola and her consultants spent a great amount of time and ingenuity with me. Looking forward to seeing the final product!Update: Zola and her consultants put tremendous time and effort into every fitting I had to make sure the dress was properly fit and the train was perfect. My time was never cut short, and each visit Zola personally reviewed the dress and made improving recommendations for alterations. She shipped my dress in a timely manner to my destination. My dress and experience with Zola could not have gone any better, she made my dream wedding gown! I cannot thank her and her team enough!

Went in looking for a prom dress for my cousin and from the start got very sarcastic attitude and could definitely tell by the tone, that they didn’t think we would buy or could afford. I work in sales so it’s easy to tell good service from bad. We left and went to another boutique and got way better service and attention. Unfortunately I won’t ever give business to a place like this :/

I went to Zola Kellers boutique on a recommendation from a friend who said she has the dresses. I walked in and found exactly the styles and quality of dresses I was looking for. I have visited dress shoppes and was not able to walk away satisfied. Zola provided professional advice, worked with my idiosyncrasies (the reasonable and unreasonable ones) and found my mother of the bride dress. I cant say enough about her enthusiasm for her work to fit ladies to dresses that she helped design and what an incredible personality. My husband had conversations with her while I was looking at my dresses! Its a no brainer--go to Zola Keller-- you will love meeting her and finding a dress you will love.Thank you Zola!Kay

I saw this store after a dinner night out on las Olas. Susie was so accommodating to squeeze me in. She quickly was able to pick out dresses according to a photo I showed her. I also had the pleasure of working with Sivan who was so kind, patient and enthusiastic. With corona I’ve been all over the place with what I’m envisioning for my wedding and dress and they made it an easy and great experience thank you

I hardly ever walk into a dress store and immediately have tons of gown options that I loooove! I have finally found such a place and it is Zola Keller on Las Olas Boulevard. I tried on several different (gorgeous!!) dresses. Without Zolas helping hand, it wouldve been a daunting task. I was lucky enough that my dress didnt need alterations, but they do have the service available. Thank you, Zola, for all your help and patience. I cant wait to wear my dress.

I can’t say enough about the fabulous experience I had at Zola Keller. After searching for several months, in New York, Chicago and Florida, I found the perfect dress for my son’s wedding. Peta, the store manager is amazing. She knew instantly what would look good and trust me she was spot on. I hesitated when she suggested the dress she picked until I tried it on. I can’t tell you how many compliments I received. The dress was sensational! So many people asked me who the designer was and where I purchased the dress. Zola Keller and expert seamstresses are MIRACLE MAKERS! I looked everywhere for a gown ( NY, Chicago, DC, and Miracle Mile in CG ( the worst of the worst!!), for my sons wedding and could not find anything. Zola customized a gown for me in 4 days! They worked round the clock to create my dream dress and worked with me every step of the way (the dress was ready in 4 days!!!!). Zola is extraordinary, talented, patient, and so kind. I am sorry that I didnt go to her salon 1 year ago when I started my search. I entered her store teary-eyed frustrated that I could not find anything and was departing for the wedding in NY in less than 5 days...... I left beaming with happiness, feeling beautiful and was proud to now walk down the wedding aisle in my gorgeous gown. There is no one better!! There arent enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude to her and the dressmakers. Simply the BEST!

In one of the most difficult yet wonderful times of my life. I am so blessed to have come across a place as such. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had not come here by chance. What made this experience great for me was the people. Every bridal shop has beautiful dresses/gowns but not always beautiful people on the inside. Cat and Pida were AMAZING to say the least. They made me feel so comfortable even though I had such a hard time during this process. They were more than consultants to me,they became like sisters. They cared beyond the dress and I will be forever grateful. Not only did they make me feel beautiful....they are beautiful people on the inside and go above and beyond at what they do. Look no further than this location ladies and ask for one of these two ladies and watch your dreams come true. I also would love to mention the handy work of Victoria. One of The best seamstress in south Florida...such a kind heart as well.

I went to Zola Keller for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner. My experience there was incredible. Zola Keller and her team custom made me a jumpsuit and tailored it to perfection! They didn’t stop until I was happy. From start to finish, the experience at Zola Keller was incredibly enjoyable! I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you, Zola, for making me look, and feel, so beautiful!

We started out looking for my Moms gown for our wedding, we visited all the major designer and bridal stores. To our surprise there was an absence of gowns that would compliment my mother and a lack of knowledge and service. While talking with friends, we were referred to Zola Keller. The store front does not live up to the type of service and the many gown options they offer inside. We met with Zola, Peta and Cat on our 1st day, We ended up getting dresses not only for my Mother but for 7 other ladies that were attending our wedding from the ages of 12 to 80. These ladies understand the womans body and what is takes to work with a womans body to bring out that outstanding gown, that makes her feel amazing. Zola Keller and her staff offer a level of service that we thought no longer existed, they listen, they ask direct questions, most importantly they deliver on what was promised. Thank you Zola, Peta, and Cat for all that you did to make our special day memorable.

The staff is outstanding, attentive to details and truly care about your needs. In the end, I not only found the perfect dress but walked away feeling like part of their family. We had an awesome experience shopping for my sisters wedding dress at Zola Keller. Peta was assisting us and picked a number or great dresses for her to try. She was able to read my sister very well in order to tailor her dress recommendations as well as rule out the different styles and features that did not seem to work. All the gowns she tried were gorgeous and still affordable. We would definitely recommend Zola Keller for the friendly staff, personalized attention and beautiful gown selection.

My friend (the bride) had a very unique schedule and situation which made appointment times hard to make at other bridal shops - Zola was wonderful and accommodating, not only the employees but Zola herself by phone. On the day of our appointment we worked with Peta who is an absolute delight and very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. It really made the day special and no other shop we went to that day matched the service, selection, and know-how at Zola Keller.Im very happy with our experience and highly recommend Zola Keller.

I came in as an appointment. The assistant helped me at first. She didnt introduce herself and had an attitude. I tried on a dress and my mom was asking her to put the veil on me. She declined and said it would be to overwhelming. She said she would only put the veil on after we find the dress we want. The owner came back to assist me and I was glad because she was much more pleasant to work with. My other issue was I had an idea of what dress I wanted. I selected them off the rack but I wasnt able to try them on because they only came in a size that was too small for me. So I ended up trying dresses that were nice but not really what I was looking for.

I went with my daughter for her dress fitting. Cat was amazing with all of us.

My experience at Zola Keller has been phenomenal! All of the staff is so helpful and really takes an interest to help find the perfect dress. Not to mention, they have a huge selection of gorgeous gowns! The alterations teams does fantastic work - they are true artists. I am very surprised and confused about the 1 star and angry reviews. I walked into Zola Kellers beautiful shop and was quickly and pleasantly greeted. I had no appt and my Daughters wedding at the time was literally 2 weeks away. Zola herself came to my rescue and was attentive to all my needs. I lost my Husband last year and she made me feel like family. Within 30 min and only trying on one prior dress, the 2nd dress was a homerun!! Within one week, I had my beautiful dress, completed alterations and shoes that were dyed to match!! A+ service!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the wonderful staff at Zola Keller. After traveling all over Palm Beach and Broward Counties in search of my wedding dress, we found Zola Keller and were lucky enough to work with Peta.Peta was the best bridal consultant I came across in the wedding dress search process, not only because she is knowledgeable about dress shapes and styles, but because she listens to her clients. The second dress I tried on with her was the one I ended up getting. Rather than put me in something she liked, she listened to the things I liked and didnt like about the first dress I tried and then- Voila! -she brought me my ideal dress!Zola also went above and beyond, giving special attention to me and my dress during fittings and making sure that it was altered to fit me perfectly.I am beyond happy with my experience with the staff at Zola Keller. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely choose them!

Came here discouraged after looking for a Mother of the Bride (MOB) dress for 4 months!!! Wasnt sure I could afford what they had but they did have a nicer more swanky collection of sexier beaded dresses which was what I wanted. Zola walked me through the racks herself and insisted I try on something I didnt think was THE ONE. All I can say is I started crying. I thought I would never find something to wear let alone something so beautiful. Her seamstress Sheila was a miracle worker. I felt and looked beautiful and am forever grateful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER.Purchased a wedding dress from them. Due to time constraints they recommended that I take the floor sample. The floor sample had a few stains and pulls. Pita promised that the dress would look like new and that the stains and pulls would be fixed.The stains and pulls were never fixed. When I went to pick up the dress I was told that its a sample what do you expect. Thats not what they said when I purchased it. They told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money and once they had it they failed to follow up on anything.So next comes the day of my wedding. Pita and Zola promised to add a bustle to the dress so I didnt have to hold my train the entire time. THEY NEVER ADDED IT. We called them the day of the wedding and they said they would send someone over immediately to put a bustle on the dress. They took down my address and phone number and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.Pita seems nice and says that she really cares about her clients and her job - THATS COMPLETE BS. Dont believe it. OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING.So in all of my wedding pictures I had to hold the train to my dress. It looks like I am holding a wet blanket in all of the pictures.Why would they tell me that they were sending someone to put a bustle on and never show up? Doesnt make sense.I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I will also be taking them to court if this is not resolved. I will post on EVERY social media site my displeasure with this business.OH AND DID I MENTION THE DRESS WAS $3600!!!!!WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY RUINED? CONTACT ZOLA

I would have expected a higher level of customer service and more attention to detail at Zola Keller’s. Sales associates have no customer service skills, are disorganized and have terrible taste. The store and dress rooms are filthy. There is clearly no functioning air on the second floor where the fitting rooms are located so be prepared to be uncomfortable.When I paid for the dress alterations Zola (the owner) asked where I was getting married and the look of surprise that crossed her face when I mentioned the St. Regis in Bal Harbour was priceless. It was clear that she had judged me and never could have imagined that my wedding reception would be at a five star establishment. Perhaps because I purchased one of the more inexpensive dresses? As a self-proclaimed bridal expert Zola should recognize that some brides purchase a dress based on what they like and not on price. She then proceeded to tell me that she “used” to have a location in Bal Harbour but it has since closed. I thought to myself no wonder why!When I returned to pick up the dress and try it on to ensure that the bustle was done properly my soon to be mother-in-law asked to see two veils on me. The sales associate promptly put it on and again assumed that I was purchasing it. When I proceeded to go downstairs to pick up the dress after it had been steamed she told me the veil was in the bag – when I explained that I wasn’t purchasing the veil she promptly took it out abruptly hung the dress in the bag up against a display rack said “here you go” and went to her office. There was not thank you for stopping by, no apology for the continued mix-ups and lack of service, no I hope you have a wonderful wedding. Nothing. Immediately drove to Boca Bridal to purchase a beautiful veil for my wedding day.Future brides beware – do not go to the this bridal store assuming because it’s on Las Olas that the service is world class. You will be disappointed!Dress was purchased at the Zola Oulet but the terrible service from the owner herself AND her staff at their MAIN store. I would stay away from both!

After checking out the Riverside Hotel as a possible venue for my wedding and reception I took a walk down Las Olas to check out this bridal boutique that they suggested to me. I was with my mother and my maid of honor when we stepped through the door and started looking at some of the dresses. A woman who worked there quickly approached my mother with an attitude asking what it is that she needed, clearly sending the message that she didnt think we had any business in that store. My mother told her I was looking at dresses and after she gave me a quick sneer and glance she didnt even approach or speak to me, but rather stayed her distance watching me look at dresses. I saw one that looked almost identical to another one I had seen in a different bridal store and when I said that to my maid of honor, the woman literally screamed across the store at me. I said, They have this one at so and so, and the woman screamed LIKE!!!! at me from about 15 feet away. I looked over a little shocked and confused and said, excuse me? She then shrilly repeated LIKE again at me and said that the other dress was like that one since all those dresses were couture. At this point, I looked at my mother and maid of honor and said lets just get out of here. I have never experienced any salesperson being so rude in my life. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here for anything unless you like to be screamed at and judged by snooty retail workers. Luckily I have tried several other shops and found the most beautiful Vera Wang dress that is absolutely perfect for me. I hope that maybe this store will find better help in the future to make it a little more inviting and a less of a horrible experience.

Beware of Zola... and getting ripped off. After many years as a loyal customer for my wife and 2 daughters weddings Zola showed her true colors. My daughter bought a dress for her wedding that was the proper size but needed a lot of tooling removed as the dress was to full around the waist and a hem. We authorized 300-$400 for alterations and Zola sold us the dress. Zola found out my wife bought her dress elsewhere as she just did not find what she liked in her store. She then opened her big mouth in front of customers and called my wife a traitor and Benedict Arnold. On the next visit we were informed that the bill has now jumped to $1000 and was told 40 hours was spent on the dresss alterations. Zola claimed the dress was remade and etc. but nothing is further than the truth. I will be uploading pictures from the manufacturer and then my daughters wedding showing the before and after photos as pictures do not lie. The dress was not remade or reconstruced but did have a fair amount of alterations. ZOLA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

Some nice wedding gowns - Some in low 1-2k range. Others 5k and up for that sewn on clear or silver beady design - a little retro/gaudy/cheap looking in my opinion, that i would not pay 5k for.But otherwise they have a small-moderare selection. Small store in general.Alot of old style dresses for suitable for the elderly.

Claudine giggles I love her!!! She made my day this Keller store was bigger than the one on las olas. She made me and my party laugh and enjoy her the whole time there. I love we both have the same name lmao(her first is my middle) She is the real deal!!! Tell her Crystal and Gabriel send you!!

I scheduled an appt a month in advance. I arrived and the manager was very rude. They clearly were not prepared to show me any dresses today. We ended up leaving within 5 minutes. Hardly the type of experience you expect. Not welcoming at all. They acted like they didnt understand why I was even there. Selection was very limited

If you want the perfect one of a kind wedding dress then Zola Keller is the place. Patagay is AWESOME she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was PERFECT for my special day and it was. They kept me informed from the day my dress was ordered till delivered and when delivered it was BEAUTIFUL!!! I couldnt have been more happier.
