Angelina is excellent - capable, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in managing options. Store Manager is equally as excellent. New in store design is pleasant. Store location and hours are great.
The rep was very helpful. It took a long time and he was patient although mine was running was thin. In the future, itd be great to have a heads up. But through some persistence we got through with it and I got a brand new phone out of it.

I was shocked how fast and easy it was to set up a new account, with a phone and hotspot, I was out in half an hour! Hotspot and cell service working great fingers crossed for a great relationship with Verizon...
Stay away!!!! Deserves no stars. It is third party owned and not an actual Verizon store. They messed up on the setup resuliting into us having extra lines, a phone promotion not being properly applied. Which led to a year of disputes on my bill with Verizon. I had to keep calling verizon for a few months and they would apply credit. Eventually got tired of my bill not being fixed and left Verizon completely. Verizon should take the authorized dealer status away from them.
In this store Tomasz is really helpful and attentive. I appreciate his help when have problems with my phone. He is the reason we go back to this store when need a new phone, or any other service.
After switching to T-Mobile and purchasing an iPhone from Best Buy, was left feeling like yet another set of retailers producing iPhones that primarily default to Google Play Store & Apps???🤔 Quite Odd. Then brought it to the Apple Store and was told that The Version of my iPhone most likely has Geek Squads Preferred Bloatware in their Refurbishing process and Voids any Apple Warranty...So after getting the common run-around from those Four Retailers, walked into Verizon out of the blue, spent all of 15 minutes and left with New Phone, New Service happy with Straight forward answers, no wishy washy 300 megabyte download after purchase that fills these true lock down Bloatware in what was determined to be a Knockoff iPhone from the Other Stores.Very Happy with the Employees Courteousness and Politeness during my visit.All Cell Carriers should emulate This Stores Ethics. So just showing up was a lot easier.Didnt have the phone I wanted for the planned upgrade.So I thought I could order it And they would send it to me.I was told it was out of stock and I just had to keep looking on the website until it was in stock and then order it.I didnt understand why I couldnt get one shipped when they were back in stock. Still dont. I felt stupid. Still do.
Every time I have gone to this location for assistance or to buy something needed, the entire staff have been consistently amazing and I get what I needed done and out with my day very quick. Overall impressed wifb everything and highly recommend this location.
I was and still am having issue w/inbound and outbound calls. I went to this location...they changed since card and called me in store...it worked. I get home and still having the same issue. Will go back for a 2nd chance...b4 I change carriers.

I just came back from your store and I was so impressed by the service I received from both Louis and Justin. I was greeted immediately and they both took their time to make sure I chose the right phone for me. It seems as Justin was training but he seemed to know everything about the phones already. Louis treated him with respect and helped him with some questions. They should both be commended for their customer service and as a manager myself, I want to say kudos to them both. BTW, I chose the iPhone Pro Max and I love it. Nice job gentlemen!!

After so many years with Verizon, I have my first disappointment.I came to the store Sunday November 29th, because I was having problems with the battery of my iPhone 11. The vendor offered to me the new iPhone 12 Pro Max, and said the item would be delivered at my place in 2 business day.For my bad surprise, now says on the system that it will be SHIPPED around December 18th.So now I will be looking for another provider, since I can’t trust on Verizon and their employees anymore.If you want to sell something, be reasonable, honest and professional.Also now I have to wait for 48 hours until they reimburse what I paid for the accessories and the fee of the transaction.What a huge disappointment.

Just came from the store after been assisted by a very professional & informative sales representative name Kyle. The experience was absolutely 100% delightful so after reviewing all of my balances I was enticed to purchase an Air-pod Pro. Althought I was awared that the price was a bit high ( $250 ) I was told by another salesperson named Thomas that the price dropped to an incredible $189.00.This was a great deal to me so I’ve decided to paid off the oustanding balances in all of my 3 devices I have under Verizon to obtain this amazing price for the Air-pods & being able to afford it.To my surprise when I was ready to purchase them I was told the price was higher than what I was quoted not to mention that when I requested to speak to the manager AnaMarie she was less than concerned about the mistake that her associated commited by stating that “mistakes happen & she as “a manager” doesn’t even get that kind of discounts. Totally unaceptable on her part I think since I believe that honest mistakes do happen but again great customers deserve the respect & consideration specially when some of the staff members miss informed & mislead customers because of the lack of training or knowledge on their part.
I really dont like going in to this location. I feel like its worse than a used car dealership. I was greeted at the door by 2 salesmen. The first one that got to me asked for my phone number, I said I just wanted to buy a charger for my phone. Theres one person ahead of you, so I just want to put your name in. He went back to helping his other customer. No one else approached me. Three other employees were huddled at the end of the desk talking, helping NO ONE. I looked all over the store for a charger...nothing. Finally went to the three and asked if they even had chargers for my phone, because some stores dont have them. He opened a panel where they were stashed. Got totally upsold, just like a typical used car salesman. Nothing had prices on it until I went to pay. I really hate dealing with this type of nonsense. I like the store across from the galleria better.

A little slow with getting help. The service that Verizon offers is declining rapidly. They refer you to on-line or telephone assistance more often than not, UNLESS you want to buy something. Although Verizon reception is top for me, after the sale service is not. Phones are the same everywhere, after the purchase service is essential for a quality company. If you are going to charge top prices you should deliver top service!
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the Service was EXCELLENT. Justin greeted my as I entered and helped me find a great deal on a new iPhone, AirPods, and iPads. He was very helpful and explained everything to me step by step. First time I ever updated may phone pain free. Excellent service we were greeted immediately manager raj took or name and number. Waited 4 minutes and Adrian helped us. Charming knowledgeable and honest. Saved us money and ordered the small part we needed.Very very satisfied.
Stopped by today around 130PM to find out about the new plans to compare to the one I got. An African American representative approached me, told him why i was there, he pointed to a poster on the wall with the new plans. I asked if I needed to call customer service to see my plans and he said yes. Dont understand why he couldnt help me. Bad customer service, should find better representatives that want to help Verizon customers.
I bought my mom a brand new phone. Three days later she dropped it in water and ruined it. I should mention she has dementia and is confused by technology. The manager, Renee, bent over backwards and spent a lot of time helping us get her a new phone and getting everything set back up again. He was so kind and patient. I am so terribly grateful for his assistance and the time that he gave my mother this morning. Ive always had great customer service at this store.

Just got back from Verizon store. I went to purchase an iPhone 11. The sales person said that they no longer set up phones in the store. He said I had to take it home, and set it up myself. If I had any problems, I could call their tech support number. Is that customer service ? I am 69 years old, and know my tech limitations. I will be going elsewhere, where my new phone will be set up on site, and true customer service is practiced.

My tech Derk -the one with the beard- as he asked to be referred to, was curfeous, attentive, solutions oriented, and informative, all while being personable. Hes from out of state; cannot tell if that made the difference; all I can attest to is the service he provided, which prompted me to write this and will have me go out of my way in the future for service at this store. 👍👍

Above and beyond customer service. Lovish and staff helped my mom over the course of three days because her phone number was stolen as part of an identy theft. They were patient and cheerful while spending hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to resolve the issue while forgoing sales. Just an awesome team.
I switch to Verizon and with my $65 plan I got a free phone unfortunately the Samsung that I got is a piece of junk Ive been on the phone with Verizon tech support three times already so Im taking my freebie phone back and taking my LG for the cracked screen and have them connected my service to that I was in there two and a half hours and they did not transfer over my contacts so thats a problem also go to the night Verizon to call Clarity is the best Ive ever had Ive had MetroPCS Ive had boost Ive had T-Mobile and Verizon in the past there still the best and Cricket which ones on AT&T network and is owned by AT&T but I have unlimited data texting messaging for 65 a month
The store has changed over the years. They offer Service but that is all. Need batteries or repair go somewhere else.
Returned a brand new iphone there and they charged me a $50 restocking fee even though Verizon customer service said they shouldn’t have. Verizon customer service even called them and told them to refund the money and they wouldn’t. When I asked for the phone back they said they couldn’t give it back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Ive never had an issue with any Verizon store. Walk in with a problem and its usually fixed right away or you get a replacement if you have insurance. Employees are always very helpful.

HORRIBLE! Dont switch... Misleading and unethical.Decided to switch carriers with the understanding that we would be getting a credit back in the form of a VISA card to assist in paying off the last bill from previous carrier. I even asked several times during the visit to make sure thats what the promo was. Each time I was told yes, so we went forward with the switch.Went through the process of trading in our old phones and completing the switch. A month goes by Im still under the impression that Im getting the VISA credit. Up until 2 weeks ago... Because this is how long Ive been having to deal when this! Numerous calls to customer service, several visits to the store. We had no clue why all of a sudden we werent eligible for the full credit anymore and why we werent informed. My husband found out that Kaylin, the employee who helped us... More like mislead us tried to enter different promos at the same time and made the credit null and void. NOT OUR PROBLEM or FAULT!!! But we are the ones having to literally pay for it!!!It has become a he said/she said situation. Of course the employee is not going to admit any error on her part. It is so much easier to say that the customer misunderstood. Currently as it stands, we basically paid Verizon Wireless for us to switch for their service.I want to know who in their right mind would throw away that kind of money. We do not have horrible credit nor were desperate to switch providers. But because of an error that an employee made, now we have to suffer and be at a huge loss. The promos online, all emails & documents Ive received all state getting credit in the form of a VISA card. Even the store manager, Astyn, stated and was under the impression that we would be receiving the full credit back because of the promo.But guess what.... No credit! Now Im at a loss of over $1100!!! The company is not trying to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this store or this provider. I will definitely be leaving ASAP.
The worst customer service. They just want your money and dont provide help at all. I have been there a couple of times and I never received help. They just expect you to spend more money (buy a new item) every time you visit this store.

Worst Customer Service. Annie is the only agent I have encountered in seeing 4 agents in one week who did an amazing job. I finally gave up on this location since they made it known they could not help me. I drove to the location on Galt Mile. Issue resolved in 3 minutes.

Typical cellphone store...Doesnt know about any of the promos and just tells you what you want to hear to get your signature and pass the buck off to somebody else. Told me my promo was thru Google directly and long story short it wasnt even set up and its thru Verizon. Thank God the customer service rep on the phone at Verizon gave me the charger for free for my troubles but your better off just calling verizon for your needs instead of the store IMO
Store staff awful - complained to customer service, they made it right.I felt mocked and belittled by the staff at this store. They just stand around doing nothing and kicking out good customers. Shame on this store. I have been here before and the staff was professional the staff today complete bafoons!They refused a standard service and kicked me out. Once I called customer service the store unhappily completed the complementary service.
Maybe you should hire a few workers so customers don’t have to wait on the “guest list” for 45 minutes. You suck
I came to this Verizon store in hopes of switching from T-Mobile and getting a new iPhone. I had previously went to another Verizon store that ran my credit and I was approved, but they didn’t have the phone I wanted. They gave me the application number and explained that since I’m approved I can get the phone at any Verizon store with the application number. Aaron proceeded to tell me that was false and he had to run my credit. I didn’t understand why since it’s still Verizon, and he stated in a condescending manner because they are a corporate store, etc etcI decide to proceed and he then states that I was declined and that Verizon would get back to me. When I asked why would I be declined when I was instantly approved at the other location he said he didn’t know then asked if I have been applying at numerous locations.If anyone would like to be spoken to in a condescending manner feel free to visit this location and ask for Aaron! He made what should have been a simple transaction so horrendous that I decided to stick with T-Mobile and just ordered a new phone online!
