Great team working here. They always take great care no matter what the issue is. I’ve dealt with just about one time or another. On the last visit Celeo hooked my up with a new SIM. And solved an app issue I’d been having in about 10 seconds. These guys know their stuff.

We are on vacation and stopped in to the Verizon store located at South E. 23rd St. and Federal Highway and met Alex who sat down with us and spent a solid two hours trying to square away adding a new phone and line for my daughter to my existing account as well as other issues that were existing. Both him and associate were extremely patient and I have had numerous experiences at other Verizon stores over the past decade and sometimes it was extremely frustrating at this point there was no wait and I cannot say enough about the quality of service that Alex provided. He is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of your company and very personable and most importantly customer service oriented I would highly recommend that anyone that is in this area stop by and do their business here. I’ve also Done business over the phone and online and it was miserable experiences which is why I like to go out and do things in person. Alex has made it so that I will always drive out of my way to see him if I have an issue.

Jordan was great and walked us through the process of getting a new line and phone! Would recommend to go to him for any questions, we were very happy!

Waste of time for the third time Im trying to get a phone there. Online offers one thing but in store it is completely different, and no one can actually explain why and assist properly. Please work on your customer service skills.

Best customer service by far - and thats all thanks in part to Stan. He went above and beyond with helping my partner who unfortunately lost his phone and wallet, and was able to help him without me being present. Thats customer service to help someone who already had a bad traumatic incident happen. Ive called other Verizons stores nearby and even Verizon themselves and said nothing can be done, but Stan told us otherwise and helped us out tremendously. If this guy isnt a manager, he needs to be. Thats how customer service should be done, and if we lived down there, hed be the only one wed go to from here on out. Thanks Stan!

They try to milk you for every penny. I was told to pay off my phone and trade it in and I would receive more money for it. They tried to use my trade in money for in-store credit and items I didnt need or ask for . The salesman put a $40 screen proctor on that I didnt ask for or even asked if I wanted it. They also charged me a $35 setup when they didnt do anything but make me sign into my itunes account. This store just tries to take all your money from you. So much for holiday spirit I will no longer go to any of the cellular sales retail stores.
