Seen a lot of comments about how this place had great prices so I figured Id check it out. Unfortunately that was not true. The same pods that cost 13-14 dollars anywhere else are $20 here. And the staff had no idea what they were even doing. I would suggest pro vapor or vapor wave, both in the area and extremely nice and well priced.

Forgot something at the smoke shop across the street and came into this one and the manager Jaylene was so helpful! These employees know there stuff! And her customer service was great!

Theyre amazing and theyre five-star reward program is incredible I had somebody last night a young woman and the store with the glass windows she was incredibly helpful and a great patient customer service I advise everybody to go here its really worth the money

Sheisty Indian owner and manager Gabby were helpful and friendly at first.. Gabby offering me a discount of 10% if I spent over $50 and the owner said reluctantly agreed, but ONLY under the conditions that I write a good review on Google for him and show it to him before I left the store. I already had $5 off towards my next purchase of $10 or more fr my last visit. But when I arrived home which is 25 miles away and at nearly midnight I opened my bag to see that 2 of the batteries that I bought for $35 in order to actually use the new Geek mod and Uwell tank were not in my bag, so I couldnt even use the brand new vape that I just bought. Not to mention, every single vape mod that I have ever purchased in the past at many other stores has always come with a battery, or batteries, included. But more importantly, I did not receive the $5 credit that I earned and was verified by them via the text msgs, and instead of giving me the 10% off like I was offered at first for a writing a good review, which I did, my receipt reflected not 10%, but fkn 4.55%! Smh. I should have known something shady was about to happen when the suspicious whispering began at the counter right after Gabby quickly turned to him with wide eyes mumbling under her breath as if she was unsure how to enter the charges as the owner was teaching his employee how to change numbers in the system to rip me off. Customers beware and if you are going to take your chances anyway, then pay close attention to your receipt prior to leaving this store. And if he offers you anything to write a good review then make sure he holds up his end of the bargain. Its obvious now why the owner of a company like this has to buy or write fake reviews.. Its because they cant earn them from happy customers.

I am not usually one to write a review, but after my experience, I feel like I have to. I went in yesterday 09/22/2020 looking for the Puffco Peak. I purchased it and $411 later, I owned it. I left and called my friend to tell him and he told me that he actually got me one for my birthday which is tomorrow so not even 5 minutes after purchasing it, I went right back in to the store to return it and they would not let me return it. I am not saying the store sucks, but I do want the owner to see this and possibly re-consider how to treat customers properly. To not let me return something that I purchased 5 minutes prior is pathetic and it is sneaky. If you need the money, ask for donations...dont screw people over.

Friendly staff & good selection

Ever since new management took over a few months ago, I feel like they open and close when they feel like it. They put hand written signs on the door (I posted a pic) when they feel like they want to close down the store momentarily, and when you call they answer as if it’s their cell rather than a professional establishment. I just walked over there to make a purchase and there was a sign on the door that says “BE BACK EVENTUALLY”

They were all about customer service and extremely knowledgeable about their products, and they took the time to carefully explain everything so you can clearly understand.Ram and I quickly became friends. You dont normally walk into a business and walk out with EXACTLY what you were looking for and a friend.Now a year later, the staff is still amazing and the selection is out of this world. Apart from being sold a counterfeit vape device, the clerk made things very uncomfortable for myself and company. He was extremely pushy/nosey and made uncomfortable passes towards us. Do not recommend this shop.

The store is supposed to be open until 11 but the girl inside had it closed up and counting cash at 10:30 when I arrived. Another guest came after me and I told him they were closed. We ended up both going to Blaze smoke shop right across the street which was ACTUALLY open until 11

Went to go get a salt nic and when I got home (which I only live 3 mins from there) I noticed they placed the wrong one in the box. I went back 10 mins after and the cashier said I couldn’t return it, because I’ve could of easily exchanged the liquid. Don’t like how she questioned me about it. She didn’t even try to find a solution. I’m always there shopping too. My advice go to other vape shops that are near by and make sure you check any products before you leave.

I went in looking for a type of battery and new vape unit to replace my old one I lost.The employee was less than knowledgeable about many of the products. Plenty of I dont know and maybe.After looking through a few of the products that possibly matched what I wanted (asking on my own to see this and that and such), replacement coils for the two units I narrowed down to wanting werent even available or carried in stock I was told!Theres a lot of product in the store, but not really everything I needed and not much help from the employee.And no returns accepted so I hope what I bought will work. And I guess I wont go back for coils.
