Joel was excellent. He took the time to help me find a new “fun” pair of glasses. I had several old pairs of glasses and he took the time to research where I could donate them and even helped me transition my “old” designer Chanel pair into readers.Very personable and great Customer Service. I highly recommend.

If you decide to use this location, if you want a person who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction then Aaron is your guy. Unlike the female who I don’t remember her name doesn’t give two cents about if the customer is happy or not. I wasn’t happy with my glasses and I guess she was annoyed with me not being satisfied so she handed me over to Aaron. Best decision she’s ever made. He saw the issue and he sent my glasses out to be corrected. Great work ethics Aaron

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service received from Aaron. The can do attitude and friendly Smile. I was bringing lenses to be replaced as well as two other lenses to clean and straighten of my own. Aaron treated all of my lenses thoroughly as if they would have been purchased at LensCrafters. He is an asset to LensCrafters and because of Aaron my family keeps coming back!!

I have been going to this particular LensCrafters for about 8 or 9 years. The main reason I return is due to the service I receive from Joel. He is awesome! Joel is helpful, knowledgeable and never rushes his attention... he wasnt there today, but Nick was very helpful. I purchased new eyeglasses and sunglasses after my exam. Thank you Nick for your assistance and I look forward to coming back to get my new glasses!Only downside was the doctor...she was late for my appointment, but she was very thorough.All in all... I would recommend the Galleria LensCrafters to my friends

My wife and me needed new glasses and he pushed us in on short notice, testing us by the doctor and guiding us to find the suitable frames, then delivered the glasses on the same Saturday. Even though I had not bought my sun glasses at LensCrafters I went in to ask them if they could possibly adjust my glasses as they didn’t fit too well. I mentioned I was happy to pay for the service but Christina, the young lady who attended to me said it would be no trouble and they would not charge for this service. My wife buys glasses from this same store quite regularly and so will I after the genuine courtesy shown to me. Thank you Gristina.

Lenscrafter at this location went above and beyond and having to pick my glasses gives me such anxiety. Luckily I had Cristina there to guide me in picking my brand new prescription sunglasses. I will definitely be back for some new frames.

Beautiful clean store. Many brand options and the gentlemen were very attentive. The blonde spanish lady could use an attitude adjustment. She quickly dismissed me when I asked to see the Ray-Bans instead of the more expensive name brands. I asked if they had a larger side to some aviators and she responded thats all there, as she squeezed in front of me to grab some cases below for another customer.We felt very inferior to that change in attitude.

First bad experience in several years of patronizing this location. Optical care here with Dr. Radzwill is first class, but the retail experience was definitely disappointing this year. Mgr. Nick did his best to smooth things out, but screwed up orders for four (4) pairs of glasses between my fiancee and I is REALLY over the top.

Nick was very helpful and I cant wait fur my new progressive glasses!

Nick is a true professional and his assistance is the best anywhere. I recently had to get a pair of sunglasses repaired and Nick was welcoming and prompt. His service is always stellar. I’ve made the mistake of going elsewhere to save money in the past and always end up unhappy and spending more. Nick and his team are simply the best.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday, and attended the appointment today. The level of service from the staff and the physician was amazing. I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything. I was advised of what would work for me in regards to my glasses. If it wouldnt have been beneficial to me, the woman assisting made it known. I received my new glasses the very same day. It has been a very long time since I have received service on this level.

This team are very good, yes they are a part of a big company and yes they are in a mall, but they work like a local opticians. They remember you and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase, I can’t compliment them enough so I recommend them to anyone that reads this.

Horrible experience! The first time I went there was the get an eye exam and contacts, since I had no appointment I had to wait 45min. to see the doctor (which was totally understood).The lady in the front desk was determined to sell me something I didn’t need and got very annoyed after my SEVERAL denials.The doctor was pretty nice. After the examination I was supposed to get a follow up call to set up my next appointment, that call never happened. After 46 days I went to the same store again to see if I would be able to make an appointment there... a tall skinny legs “blonde” guy took my information and promised to give me call as soon as he spoke with someone.. the doctor I think. But guess what..... the call never happened :DSeriously now don’t waist your time going there. I tried because I live across the street of the mall so it would be very convenient but nope. Not worth the energy.

$500 for new glasses, after less than a year they’re all blurry. No guarantee, just buy new ones. Never again this place.

What an experience! I havent ventured out much in the past few months due to COVID-19, but Nick the manger and Dr. Radzwill made me feel safe and comfortable. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and the safety measures that were in place as I received my eye exam. I will certainly recommend this location to my family and friends.

My family and I have been in the office serval times during the past two weeks for the initial exam and follow up visit. The entire staff and Dr Radzwill have been extremely patient and helpful as we suited up for regular glasses and contacts. In fact my stepdaughter was very happy Dr Radzwill spent personal time getting to know her and showing her how to put in and take out contacts. End result, my wife and stepdaughter are very happy...which makes my life happy!

Love this place. Dr. Radzwell is great and very thorough. The associates provide excellent customer service. Went today to pick up contact lenses and Marilyn greeted me by name as I walked in. Consistently poor service, never return my calls, employees are dismissive. The Dr. is nice, but his employees do him a disservice.

$700. Spent that day and they tried to tell me I had not paid for a context lens sizing fee. Cra cra...I took the $430 glasses back 2 them. Went 2 America’s best and got a better pair for half the price. Mgt horrible here. Eye a Doctor was just fine, although not who I scheduled my appointment with.

Dont go to the optometrist thats there. Their front office staff is so rude.Update. Still awful. Took 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me as I was in a bind and out of contacts. I’ll be finding a new doctor. And you should honestly truly go ANYWHERE else.

This one star goes to Aaron for being helpful! Beware of this store and go to a different lens crafters or a local eye store. The women there are beyond rude. I needed one contact while out of town on a business trip. While I understand that they cannot sell one without a faxed prescription they did talk to my eye doctor on the phone and he gave them everything they needed and they still would not help me out. In fact, the older woman working there rolled her eyes at me as I came back to the store with my doctor on the phone. The two women had dark hair, not pleasant at all, so much unnecessary attitude. Thank you Aaron for at least trying! Terrible experience, terrible staff, dont even bother!

So, I ordered my glasses December 31. The sales rep said they will be ready in 7-10 daysTwo weeks and half weeks went by. No one called to say anything. I called to find out they are waiting on my frames to come in, give it a few days. The least Lenscrafters could have done is COMMUNICATE!!! Things happen. A simple courtesycall to say, hey your frames arent ready still -do you want to wait or order another pair? Its now 24 days later still no glasses. Seriously.

Still waiting for Lenscrafters Galleria Mall to notify me that they are ready. Still waiting on my Oakley sunglasses 2 months later. Their follow-up and customer service is poor and lacking.

Got glasses in August. They started to peel on the lenses by November. I took them in as soon as I could, and was blamed because of how I clean them. I use the same product I have always used on my glasses (had glasses since grade 4 and Im 30 now) and never had issues. Fine, pay the 25 from insurance and nove on. Then, I get a call 3 hours later saying they broke my frames. Now, they replaced them but didnt have any even close to the ones I had. When we went to pick up the repaired glasses(after like a 4 hour ordeal at this point) the gentleman in the store got huffy with my husband when he asked what happens when they peel gain in 3 months. Gentleman swore I got them in July and that its been 6 months. Does that really matter? My previous pair (not lense crafters) lasted 3 years and are still fine. I made the mistake of coming here once. That wont happen again.
