Truly professional business. They take care of their customers and go above and beyond. The best service I could ask for.

First impressions are everything and if I cannot even make it into the door without a welcoming interaction I can only imagine how it is actually going in. New patient at this specific location (existing patient at an out of state location) so they needed additional information, I asked a few questions as I incorrectly assumed my information would just be transferred, the receptionist was weirdly rude and made an unprofessional comment. Immediately asked to cancel my appointment and will be headed to another location which was friendly and professional the entire interaction.

The staff was friendly and Dr. Jacobs was excellent! He is a great Dr who cares about the patient and took time to explain everything to me. I’m used to waiting around forever at eye dr appointments but I spent more time with the dr and staff than I did waiting. Best eye dr visit to date!

Awkwardly rude receptionist. I ended up calling the MyEyeDr in Wilton Manors after who was much more professional and scheduled my appointment there.

I initially gave a bad review in this website but I am happy to say that My Eye Dr fixed my issues and gave me the glasses I initially wanted at no cost to me and I was very happy. Rena Batiste
