Paid 5.00 Sat. The 19th, and drove offWithout putting the fuel in. Went back Sun. morning told attendant my err. He gave me the fuel anyway. 5 stars arent enough. Coffee is great too.

I have been living at my current address (Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33315)for over 4 years. During this time I have been a faithful customer of your business for gas cigarettes and other products.In the last couple of months I have been so disappointed by the customer service in your gas station that words cannot describe. Tonight I had one of your employees take out a sign that said from 2 am to 5 am, only gas and cigarettes right in front of me, while I was asking for gas and cigarettes.My family and I spend around $600-800 monthly at your Marina mile location, but no more! The disrespect of your night shift employees is mind-blowing.I honestly hope that someone with a touch of decency does something about this situation, for the sake of your business.Personally, I dont leave reviews unless Im surprised, in a good or bad manner...I wish you all the best luck; you need it!

I just bought a Frappuccino and was not good at all, you can look at the photo and judge by yourself. Nowadays we cannot trust anybody, anyplace, this place is not so good, they got cheaper gasoline but nothing else, this issue was one of many of them during a long time I have been buying staffs there, but is now to take action on it! Just be careful and check everything before putting it in your mouth.

Not open 24 hours. Closes every night around 12:30am - 2:00 am, signs on door/windows read Store Closed for Cleaning, Reopens at 5:45 am

The cashier was very rude and non ADA compliant. She was completely inconsiderate and unfortunately not unlike most of the places I have visited here. Completely ridiculous and very disrespectful of anyone different from her. Completely abhorrent

Closed at 11:01pm till 5:30 so please stop advertising as 24-7!

I needed a receipt after purchasing gas because there was no paper in the machine and the woman working inside had the door locked and would not print out a receipt. Sunday morning at 2:40 AM.

Horrible staff. Air machine stole my money and they refused to help or even hear me.

This place like many others had stations are not 24 hours and dont care customers. Staff appeared to have ssn attitude because I interrupted her reading. I asked for receipt and requested coffee. She said she couldnt make it and they are not opening the door.

Look I come here everyday! So I decided to come at night. I know how the coffee machines are configured I use them EVERYDAY. I told the lady that the Dark Roast is on the wrong spot. Funny because they always have regular towards the back and two Dark Roast machines. With the purple dark roast label. She said I was wrong and absolutely was rude. You know I was telling her this so she doesnt hear a customer complain later. I Will not be returning here at night. Thats for sure. Btw if you hit dark roast. Regular came out. But Im wrong right? Wrong!For the record. The credit card machines work. Its takes approximately 15 seconds. If you try to rush it... Youre gonna annoy yourself. Everyone reviewing here knows. Regular pumps dont use chip readers. They have mag readers. So yes it has to read the chip. Takes a few seconds. Its better than having a stolen credit card. Right?

My default place to get gas. Best prices for gas. Has a wonderful convenience store. Well lit, clean, with a wide variety of products. Constructed before the new mandatory hurricane law requiring a gas station to have backup generators so this place was sadly closed during the last hurricane (along with all the other stations on the block) back in Sept2017. Others a true 4.5 star gas station (minus .5 stars for still not getting a modern tire pressure pump that auto stops when you preset the PSI. I am forever spoiled after using such a tire pump at the station adjacent to McDonalds located on US1 (west side) just 1 block north of Sheridan rd.)

This RaceTrac is slacking! Most of the card readers at the pumps dont, so if youre in a hurry to get gas its super inconvenient because, surprise, when you go inside there is always a line of at least 5 people and 1 ill mannered employee working the register. Ive noticed that most of the women that work there are really rude and have attitudes. Definitely not the best gas station but probably not the worst either.

Fast, friendly service. Usually crowded, but plenty of staff on hand. Not much by the way of prepackaged food, but a large selection of drinks and roller grill items. Plenty of gas pumps. Covered entrance. Open 24/7

Staff inside is very nice and the store is kept clean and well stocked. The only thing is that it gets VERY busy at times and they could use a staff member to guide the patrons trying to be first in line to the gas pump

Careful when using your credit card with this business! My card was double charged by the cashier and after appealing to the manager and corporate office, about returning the deduction to my card, I was offered a $5 gift card (which after you rob me and wont rectify it, I wont spend the Popes money with you) for the inconvenience. A full week later my money is back on the card. For a week I could not pay a single bill, get gas or food, because Racetrack was reckless taking my credit card payment! Lil Dicky... Save That Money... Dont Double Charge Me For That. Check it out, seriously.

Same as every gas station. You dont get great customer service. There is a line and two people working, but only one is attending people.

Great Facility! 20 pumps Diesel fuel as well. Large store, large supply of goods and foods. This is the CLEANEST STORE at a Racetrac I have ever seen!!! ;))

The customer service is terrible. The cashiers are always nasty and demeaning to customers. Always on personal calls and act like you are disturbing them if you ask for service.

I use to love Racetrac, but one idiot decided to install new card readers that are super slow, froze up a lot, and half the time not even work. Im so never going back again.

Nice store but when I cashed my lotto scratch off I am pretty sure the cashier fibbed and pocketed the money.

I use diesel. The 3 stations right near here usually have the same price. But, Racetrac has the nicest convenience store and clean bathrooms.

Two different pumps i swiped my card did not work. Nor did the call button for assistance work. After my third attempt pulled in to a pump with a working credit/debit card reader that worked.

I only go inside always good customer service (I dont trust the pumps credit card self-service)

Race trac, change those garbage terminals. They are going to run down your business. They do not work properly at none of your stations!!

I live in Ft Lauderdale on gased one of my vehicles at the Race Track Service Station on State Rd 84 due to Hurricane Mathew striking Sourh Florida on Thursday October 6th. The As I traveling by two hours later they jacked the price from $2.09 to $2.25 per gallon. There are two other surrounding gas stations, Marathon and Valero whos prices remained at $2.09 persons gallon. This is nothing more than PRICE GOUGING at its best when surrounding customers are trying to prepare for the storm .I called the station and was told they were advised by Corporate for the price increase. You would think if they were not so self centered maybe to help people who may have storm damage costs they would lower if anything or leave it at the same price. I for one who travel back and forth to Georgia will look for other brands.I hope for those who read this with do the same. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO YOUR CUSTOMRR WHO SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS EVERYDAY. NO EXCUSE!

I have been going to this gas station for the last 6 years and I had a few issues with the manager and tonight was the last staw. I ask her if she can help me put 20 dollars of gas at the pump since I couldnt get gasoline. She told me that I had to wait 1 minute. That is the only thing she did. She was doing nothing but I stayed waiting 1 minute. The only thing she did was just stare at me, until another worker came and asked me how she could help. I told I had been waiting for a minute and I need 20 dollars gas she actually helped instead looking at me . I asked who the woman before was and it turns out it was the manager who was ignoring me. Tired of their poor customer service.
