Antonio or whatever his name is, SUPER RUDE. Not wearing a mask and when I ask why he said because he doesn’t have to. Listen we all hate them but we are still in a pandemic. If Shell is truly letting their employees go maskless that’s super irresponsible and clearly they don’t care about public safety.

New ownership not good for business customer service is horrible no respect and nasty i ask for a sandwich she cleard her throat before she start making it mask wasnt on before she came to talk to me its suppose to be on at all times especially when dealing with food

These people are always great! Came for gas before the hurricane and waited 5 mins because they had an awesome system! Always respectful and kind!

Attend was incredibly nasty. Showed up around 4:30 (bc I work a night job and this is the only time that I had a chance to get gas) and she pushed me away with her attitude. Definitely, even though I have been coming here for years, wont be back. Going a minute or two out of the way just to get a little glimpse hospitality is well worth it.

What a difference! New mgmt has cleaned it up and made it a pleasant shopping experiance. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. I always see Kristin outside cleaning gas pumps and the parking lot. Joel always has a funny story for me. I just am super impressed w how positive and clean it is!! Thank you to Kristin and Joel for always making me feel special!!!!

They told me pizza was good here,they make it in house,most dry rock hard pizza ever purchased, for 2.50$ a slice,,,expect alot better

The woman with the short blonde hair working now was very rude and tried to argue with me over the fact that their Rockstar Energy Drink is incorrectly merchandised. There is supposed to be a lane of Original Rockstar, which is pictured in their 2/$3 advertising but is clearly not stocked on the shelf.

The cigarettes are way too expensive here & the Fuel Perks system is never working. The cashier always says the whole reward system isnt working anywhere, but thats always false, because then I will go to another Shell and its working. So I just dont bother with this one too much anymore, however the corner and intersection its located on is a convenient spot.

Night shift worker cursed me out and refused to get me a sprite while she ate a sandwich and watched cartoons on her tablet said even dealing with me was her being nice

Night shift worker is nice .helps with choosing right brands.

I just pop in and out. The attendants are usually busy but friendly. Its on my way to work. Theres no riff raff hanging around it, and it feels safe. I will skip a gas station if I see loiterers.

We tried to fill up quickly on the way to the airport but the credit card readers on the pumps didnt work and we had really rude customer service when we tried to prepay.

Go pedal your overpriced gas back in your Homeland and take BP with you, in check-out H2O Highway punch it up, solar for the processor extraction of the hydrogen which all those water vapor why cant we do that she ask yourself that question why is it could it be money people you catch on quick well thats enough out of me
