Great service and great ice cream! Prices reasonable for the location. Highly recommend!

This Häagen-Dazs has phenomenal customer service as well as great smoothies. The staff is very polite, and works fast yet efficiently to handle the large crowds that gather in this shop from hotel guests and beach goers like myself.Recently while attending this Häagen-Dazs, I left my wallet on the counter while reaching over the glass counter top for a large order of 5 smoothies. Well, I walked out and didn’t notice I left my wallet behind. By the time I noticed my wallet was missing, I was no longer in Fort Lauderdale. Instead I was back in Chicago, IL from where I was visiting. Well, I called the shop to see if my wallet was perhaps there, and it was. I spoke with staff and eventually the owner (Dino) to see what my options were to get it sent back to me and who as well as how much I could pay for their time and troubles.Well, the owner Dino informed me that wouldn’t be necessary (any payment) and wanted to mail me my wallet along with all its contents back to me. All I can say is that I am extremely grateful for Dino and his staff. Their professionalism and trustworthiness has given me hope that their are still good people in the world.Truly a great ice cream shop with an exceptional owner and staff. Again thank you!POINT IS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Top location and super nice friendly staff very attentive and ok pricing for ocean view. (In contrast to Miami Brickell Center store where they charged me 10 USD twice almost for one single small scoop and unfriendly strsssed location. Here delightfully surprised with the opposite experience !)Fort Lauderdale is just more relaxed and overall more friendly then Miami as this place confirms.

If I could I would give it a 0. Closed before 10 the two nights Ive tried to go. Totally annoying if those are the hours posted. The workers were watching us try and get in while cleaning at 9;30. Dont even bother coming here after 9 pm.

The best ice cream at Fortlauderdale. The lines are long but they go quick. All the flavors look good. The staff here is nice and very quick. We will want to return.

Should be zero stars. Sign on the door, “be back 15-20 minutes.” How do I know when they left? Last night in Ft. Lauderdale and highly disappointed.

We went first on a Sunday night and had to pay cash because “there was no internet “ according to the lady at the shop. Went back almost a week later at 7:45pm and couldn’t get ice cream for me and family bc the internet was down again? Why cash only? and why at night? are there any inspectors at this time? I don’t know... I asked for the phone number to call corporate and you guessed it... she was “corporate” lol

We arrived at 10 AM, Its closed. Back to check at 10:15 AM, still closed. The staff in the store was just watching us inside, but keep the door closed. I saw another comment complaining that they closed early before 9:30 PM. So I guess the business hours they show to us are just a suggestion. But the question is, if they dont follow the business hours they told us, if they dont care their customers and their bussiness, how can I believe they will follow the health regulations? how can I believe that they care about our food safety? Details can show big problems. So we walked away.

We waited 7 minutes for the lady to come out of the back and serve us. Once she did come out, she was unfriendly (didnt even so much as smile) and showed no emotion whatsoever. The ice cream itself was good. Prices range around $6-8 for a cone.

Very very very terrible service. I walked in with my family and the gentleman working at the counter looked at us and immediately became rude as we were browsing the selection of Ice cream stating “we don’t know where the line begins” and he also became more rude as we waited causing us to leave as unhappy customers with no ice cream. Not only we were on vacation, but it really shows the character of the people here. I will never set foot in there again, and I don’t recommend going there!
