I would rather chose other ice cream places around this area.

My goodness we came in late off the strip. And didn’t want kilwins so we got some yogurt.We had the sweetest man named Bary. He showed us what to do and explained everything. He was right. The best yogurt in town.Everything is very clean. Sanitize after the door. Grab a napkin for the levers and then sanitize again on the way out. Bary will gladly help scoop all the toppings you want. He has such soul and heart happy to have met him!Stay well and safe!

Very nice place, tasty yogurt. Lots of flavors and toppings. Very friendly customer service and the store was organized and clean. The location is a little buried in a busy spot and parking can be hard to find so plan ahead on a busy weekend. You can also sit there inside and enjoy a spot looking out the window people watching. There is also some benches out front.Nice job!!

The yogurt and ice cream is very good. I enjoyed being able to top it how I liked. HOWEVER, I wish I wouldve known BEFORE hand, that they charge by the weight. 🙄

Such a great recharge spot after some time at the beach or downtown. Delicious yogurt, with a ton of toppings. The staff insist on getting you tasting samples. This is far from my first fro yo rodeo, but it was the first time I had to ask someone to get taste samples. That alone is a downer on the experience. Its just awkward. Im going to want to try at least 3-5 flavors. And so will everyone else. It just slows things down and makes me feel bad for wanting to try flavors. No thanks. Hopefully they get rid of that system.

This is one of the best places I’ve been in my life. Everyone is super sweet, iceream is AMAZING, and there’s always cute dogs.

BLUE VELVET CAKE! This cake had fresh blueberries in it. Ive been back a few times and they were actually sold out. So if they have it, make sure you order it before its gone.The blueberry grasshopper is also delicious!! Basically its a macaroon ice cream sandwich. Definitely will go back to try all of their other flavors.Red velvet ice cream popsicle is a no no.

Excellent place for ice cream! Choose your own toppings and serve yourself whichever ice cream or yogurt you want! Really friendly staff and a lovely few benches to sit outside and eat your treats. If we had more days here we’d have come back again and again :)

Love there custard. They also have sorbet and ice cream soft serve. The place is clean and Barry laws there to greet and meet people. Its also dog friendly.

Great yogurt. Lots of flavors to mix and match. The process are better than other shops I have been to even though it is priced by weight. They have a variety of topping to help make your yogurt your own custom creation.

It was delicious and a fun place. Suggestion please get smaller bowls. Those giant cardboard bowls are too big for us girls who only want a little bit of yogurt! Such a great place will definitely go back

I had a delightful time here. Gummy Bear topped, Cheesecake flavored, Frozen Yogurt and conversation with the staff (I feel like his jacket said his name was Jonathan) were highlights to my day.

Only 2 samples per customer given out but otherwise great yogurt! Strawberries tasted like they had sat for a while but other toppings were good. Prices reasonable too.

As soon as I walked in the cashier was very attentive which is always nice. I tried three different flavors before purchasing and there were two different kinds of vanilla and she kindly explained the difference between them to me. Topping selection was great, had all my favorites. Typical pricing. Shop is a little small, I wouldnt like to be in there if there were a ton of people but other than that its a nice addition to Las Olas.

We go here every Sunday for some delicious yogurt. This place is amazing, always clean, organized, fully stocked with all the goodies. The staff is so friendly and always greats us with a smile. Cool place... sometimes theres an older man giving you information about all the flavors, very nice. Once, I took a girl there on a first and surprisingly she was happy, that wasnt the plan but we ended up there .

Love this place! Very clean! You can try as many flavors as you want and they do it for you instead of just shoving a tiny cup at you and making you do it yourself (usually a very messy process for me). Staff is always smiling and patient while I decide which of the yummy flavors I want this time

This is like Menchies in Charleston and kids LOVE it. Being a nanny this is a place I LOVE to take the child i watch here. Great selection of everything, yogurt and fresh toppings!! The older gentleman there was awesome, he helped us out and even talked to us as we sat outside and ate are dish!!! I cant wait to go back!!

Located within the busy Las Olas area, this place can get packed with families who don’t know where else to throw their kids. Yet the location is prepared to handle the flow. There’s so many fro-yo base flavors to choose from (20 freakin’ varieties! Some even labeled as Kosher or Low fat) and the type I’ve tried stayed creamy, light, yet not too icy. The toppings are comparable to other fro-yo establishments in terms of quality, appearance, variety and amount.

Loved the place! I can’t wait to return. The frozen yogurt and selection were amazing as was the service.

WORST experience ever! The owner screamed at me in the middle of the store for refilling my sample cup and not asking him to do it for me. I understand this is how this yogurt shop operates (unlike any other normal self serve place Ive ever been to) but it was extremely disrespectfu, and everyone in the shop stopped and stared because it was so unprecendentedl. When I called the store to complain the next day, the same man denied yelling at me, called me a LIAR, and hung up, then did not pick up when I called back. Ill be filing a complaint against you guys with the Better Business Bureaufor such unprofessional conduct and hope you no longer operate with such RUDE and humiliating management

Awesome time! Barry was so sweet. He gave us a tour, let us try as many flavors as we wanted. He even made tasty suggestions. Definitely a must try whenever youre in the Ft. Lauderdale area!

Didnt stay very long. Hated how the employee hovered, protecting the sample cups as if his life depended on it. Isnt that a part of the whole self-serve experience? And then he freaks out if we even attempted to try anything ourselves, insisting to fill it for us. The whole experience was too off putting for us to even spend our money there. No need to hold the customers hand at a self-serve yogurt establishment.

Expensive, Ill take Jaxsons ice cream any day in comparison.

There is no customer service at this place. As soon as I got in I went straight to the restroom. There was no sign that said out of order. right after I came out of the restroom she slammed the door and yelled at the cashier you need to keep the sign there The blonde old lady literally opened the door while I was inside and started yelling that the restroom was out of service. After I came out mad and didnt end up buying anything because of how mad I was. I paid for my wifes ice cream and she was still bitching about it and saying people can be really idiots some times. She has no manners what so ever. Decent ice cream, horrible customer service. Never coming back this place even tough I live 2 streets from it. Violated my privacy.

I have never see such POOR service in my entire life. There was a cup, sweat shirt, and tablet left out on the table. When my friends and I went to sit down a nice employee came and moved her stuff and said it was okay to sit there. The cashier then comes over snatched the sweatshirt off the table throws it on the ground and slams the door and calls us idiots. She then returns out from the back calling us disrespectful and rude. After looking at other yelp reviews we see she dosnt have much positive feed back. I suggest never stepping foot in the store.

My friend and I shared the salted caramel macaron ice cream sandwich and the blueberry macaron sandwich. We were drawn in because we heard about the great dessert and the grasshopper macaron sandwich. There was a bit of a wait so we waited about fifteen minutes or so. The salted caramel macaron was overbearingly salty. The blueberry macaron sandwich on the other hand was delicious. On my next visit I want to try the blue velvet cake as it was unique as I got a glimpse of it in the making.

Customer service was horrible. I walked in the establishment saying Hello while smiling and didnt get a response. The older lady with colored hair was rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Theres a way to speak to people and she lacked that ability.

This place rocks! I am a hard frozen yogurt critique and Yogurt Ur Way exceeded my expectations. The yogurt is the best I have tasted, and I have tried many. It is smooth and flavorful. My boyfriend and I found Yogurt Ur Way while vacationing. The Ft. Lauderdale shop offers a variety of flavors. In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and encourage you to sample as many flavors as you want unlike other yogurt shops where staff seem to only want you to sample a couple of flavors and become irritated when you ask to sample more. We enjoyed the yogurt so much that we visited another location on another day. Well, that shop did not have the variety of flavors that the Ft. Lauderdale location had. Plus, the service was not as good. So we drive 20 minutes to the Ft. Lauderdale shop and, again, received excellent service and yummy yogurt. Yogurt Ur Way will be on our places to go list whenever we visit Ft. Lauderdale.
