Complete disaster. I came to print one page. Had it available in my Google drive and Box drive. Neither one of them works because there is a browser incompatibility issue. I spoke to the attendant who gave me an email address where I could send the document and get back a printer code. The printer code never arrived. I waited forever, and the attendant just kept telling me that’s the only way to print. In other words I could not print one page at this painting facility
What can I say the employee that was dealing with me was not just super helpful he was super friendly and inspite me being almost at the shop closing time he helped me out with a huge smile and an amazing friendly attitudeThank you William.

The management could do a lot better here, it’s very frustrating and disappointing. They really don’t go above any beyond to assist their customers. As a customer who pays a lot for FedEx products and services this is really a shame, it’s so bad I’m considering switching over to UPS. Again, I don’t like to complain but we are spending a lot of money to ship FedEx your services are not cheap!
The people are generally pretty helpful. It is open 24 hours and I tend to go very late so that it is not crowded but I am always surprised to see there are a few other customers there. They cant print anything and are very helpful if you are doing a project. Ship pretty much anything. They will help you box it up. Great for small business owners.

Dropping a letter for overnight to QC, Quebec, Canada as the FEDEX driver was there. I handed the female lead clerk a sealed letter with the name and address clearly written on it. My hand writing is legible, in print and most would say pretty.If the FEDEX CLERK must take your ID and your letter to write the address on the documents via the computer please write what is written.Long store short I ended up correcting her 5 times while she did not hand the letter back to me to check it against it. Like deliberately trying to write wrong info. Realizing now with a smirk on her face.The 5-mistakes, I caught do not even include writing my name all mixed up directly from my I.D. as. well as writing the Canadian zip code with lowercase letters.Sadly, this lady was a FEDEX manager of some type as another clerk asked for the ok for them to act during our transaction.I refuse to fight traffic after a hard day at work then deal with difficult clerks again no matter how convenient! Its not worth the stress of People who dont care and not worth my money. If that letter is not delivered tomorrow to the correct address and name I will demand my money back!I know a PAKMail store on CORDOVA ROAD where the owners and workers have respect for customers who walk in with money to spend.Thank you very much!Solomon Boaz Noah

I dont know what happened with their computer system that you pay for to use but suddenly, Im not able to print eBay shipping labels at FedEx Office on their computers.The manager was really great trying to help and gave me a refund for all my wasted money on trying to print the label I need but trying to find the root of the problem is a big merry-go-round with the corporation. I have no problem printing shipping labels from my sales on Etsy and Amazon and I used to be able to print eBay shipping labels at all Fedex Offices but now I just get blank pages and an error report. Very frustrating that there is no customer service line to call at the company to report this problem.

I have never been in a FedEx that the employees gave such little regard for customer service. They move so slow it is as if they were standing still. There was literally a lady having an ussue with sending a fax and another customer had to assist her. Very sad.
I called about a package that was marked failed because recipient was unavailable. I checked my security footage and clearly see the fedex truck pull up and mark my package undeliverable without even getting out of the truck. I called this number. They transferred me to shipping. Shipping refused a “secondary delivery” they refused to accept there was no initial delivery. They refused to allow me to speak to their supervisor. Nefi and Kath told me because they are busy this time of year they are not allowed to transfer me to a supervisor. This was an AWFUL experience. My package is now 3 days late and still not here.
Worst experience ever they charge for 8days money but takes 4months to get your shipment.Till this day 9/7/21 still didnt get no refunds no call back about my shipment I lost the money and everything.
They dont honor their own hours. Too lazy to work until close.
There were no hand sanitizers in sight and staff were kinda angry. Make sure you have your own sanitizer.

Called them to see if they could print clear sticky labels and they said yes. When I got there they expected me to do it, after showing them a sample, it took them 30 minutes to do something in the back, and when I asked to start cutting them I showed them how they had literally just laminated a piece of paper with a white background. They were extremely rude after I expressed my frustration about not being told there would be a difference 30 minutes prior. Terrible product knowledge and terrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Had another amazing experience today at Fedex 1546 on federal and Broward in Fort Lauderdale. There’s always this kind young man who is always willing to go the extra mile and help. I believe his name is Yosef. Not only is he helpful with guests but also kind and helpful to his other coworkers. I’m not sure if he’s in a leadership position but being a restaurant manager myself this is the kind of things I try to incorporate myself. Thanks gain fedex for making things easy in such a difficult time.
The store is crazy short handed and yet the staff was able to do the things I needed done and done well. I really appreciate the hard work and assistance that Jason and the other gentleman provided me with. They were top notch!!Thank you guys!! Top notch job!

A box of dog food I ordered accidentally went to a wrong address. The person who erroneously received it brought it to this location. A woman in line overheard the clerk say they would just return it to the sender despite the fact me name and phone number were clearly written on the box. She wrote down the number and called me so I could stop the return. I called right away and was told the box was already sent back and that was the rule at their location. I had been waiting for this food for my dogs and now I don’t know when I will get it. The common courtesy thing to do since my phone number was one the box would have been to call me. I could have come to get it, and my dogs would have had their food. Poor customer service. Unbelievable

Staff here barely acknowledge customers; and if you actually needed service or assistance you better be ready to exercise serious amounts of patience. The employees here are going to serve you at their own pace, and theres nothing you can do about it but wait.I look forward to the dentist office over interacting with these folks.

There’s a blonde hair guy that was so rude to me. After I carried a 50 lbs in the store he toldme in a nasty rude way that they couldn’t sent it in that box. I had another package so I waited because there was another customer ahead of me. He took forever and was working so slow like he was new asking another coworkers for different codes. Another girl with a device was working near the customer drop off area and she didn’t even greet or help me when I asked can I set the box on the table. I’m never returning to this location. Mornings are a lot nicer here even get greeted by everyone right away.

NO STARS ! Stupidity, Negligence, Lies and Indifference ! With No application of common sense or following Fedex Procedures Manager AMY FORTIN sends my to be shipped box to the mystery location of Fedex Lost n Found., claims of unreadable Tacking # though I got a receipt.. It was to arrive in Washington at about 10 days after Drop-off, but she couldnt bother to figure that out that I was unaware of that it had Not arrived and sent it to be destroyed on day 9. She did Manage to rescue it and said would be returned with 4 days. No returned phone calls, I had to get district manager involved ! HERES the KICKER ~ 10 Days later finally gets returned from one Fedex office to the local office ( 7 blocks from my house )
Terrible management. Long line to ship but all workers were down at print service not one broke off to come over to help. For 15 minutes. I inquire and manager became snippy. Interesting managing skills
I had to get 4 copies of a spiral binder printed while they store was very busy. I got the binders printed VERY quickly and Dawn helped me tremendously!
For such a large center, they do not seem to have appropriate staff. Be prepared to wait. The guy that eventually helped had a bit of an attitude. I sent a FedEx overnight box for Saturday delivery and it never made it. The driver called the recipient and said he couldnt find Center Street. Huuh-hummm. Two days later and still no package. And no phone call to the sender! Not what I expect from FedEx.
As a business person I frequently have to send packages to clients and this Fedex location is the bomb! They are efficient and extremely friendly! Always fast and great service! Thank you Fedex for all you do! I couldn’t do it without you!
Avoid at all cost! Terrible service! I needed two large items boxed up. Called several times was told they could make boxes to my specific measurements. Came to the store, worker told me he had to talk to the manager in the morning about making customized boxes, that he would call me back in the morning- never called back. Went back to the store the following day, manager had no idea what I was talking about, waited in line for 45 minutes, another worker took measurements, spoke to his manager again, manager said no! That it would take an hour and a half to build the boxes and that they cant spare the man power. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life!
Zero. At night this fed ex is a super hassle & expensive! They extort by upselling on everything, wont honor discounts, wont let you use your own packaging for ground. They dont acknowledge Smart Post. State their drivers will reject any package not packed by them.Three staff gave me erroneous info and different stories as to why they wont accept a clean parcel in my packaging unless I printed label myself forgoing their discount coupon. Just weird.Their copiers authorize $10 instead of the customary $1even for a single 19 cent copy!. Night staff are arrogant, non attentive, and too. busy in their personal conversations to assist. They even mock customers who dare question and complain loudly about homeless outside trying to come in (didnt see any) nstead of assisting customers in a timely manner. They make it extremely difficult to ship anything efficiently. Watched print order customers struggle. Long wait times even when store is empty.Scales all read differently, one added weight, varied 3 times on different scales. I have wasted over 2 hours + gas on 2 separate occasions both ended up at USPS out of frustration. Honestly day staff are ok. Night well....they say the day manager sets the rules. Really?

I was just waiting in line for 10 minutes to mail a piece of paper. Theres still 5 people Infront of me (as in it will prob be another 20 minutes) for then the guy casually says Ill be back. Grabs the bathroom key and leaves. Are you kidding me ? I understand people need to use the bathroom, but while theres a bunch of people who have been standing in line for a long time already??? Very very unprofessional if you ask me. Me and 2 other people just walked out. Ive also had multiple other bad experiences here. Incapable employees who dont care at all about their jobs. Its like the DMV.

Was there about 1 week ago around 2 am and fell asleep in my car while waiting for the store to open..even though its a 24 hours facility, strangely the store was close because apparently the night manager Ali ( unprofessional, crazy, arrogant and lazy) closes the store for more than 1 hour when hes on break and refuses clients. Believe it or not this clown Ali, called the police on me because he saw me sleeping in my car...!!!! I didnt even have a chance to go in the store like I was planning to...he litteraly came out, in the parking lot, knocked on my window to wake me up and threatened that he would call the police if I didnt leave, he didnt even ask me if I was planning on using the store, if I was ok, if something was wrong...All he cared about was threatening me and bully me out of the parking lot when I had done absolutely nothing wrong !! When I explained to him that I fell asleep while waiting for the store to open and that I wanted to go in the store he refused me access to the store telling me he was on break and the only one working and that the store was close for at least 1 hour !!!! He said the same to another lady who drove by shortly after. Unbelievable !!!I am currently taking legal actions.
Horrible experience. They are the slowest FedEx Ive ever been to. I dont understand why they have 5 registers if they never use all of them. I recommend going usps or pack n ship.

This place was terrible! Wasted numerous days because they couldnt decide whether they wanted me to email my design or come in and talk with them about it. I got my proof and it looks like a 5 year old did it. No they want another 24 hours to try again, and my event is a day away... DO yourself a favor and pick somebody else.

I have given this Fedex Office numerous chances to see the error of their ways before writing this review. Every time I come here they are extremely slow. My goal is to come in and out within reason. And this store is open 24 hours, so there is all the more reason why the line should not be so drastically slow. Im done with this location.
Google has incorrect directions and they dont know how to speak to people nicely. Put the phone down to complain about me without muting-i heard everything. Very rude but I guess I lucked out BC the service seems to be horrible.

My experience with this store its been the worst ever I cant still dont believe this, they when to my house to delivery a box t mom send me, I was no there they took the box back to the store, well someone took the tag from the door and went to get the box, this happen in July 2017, so when I got to the store to pick up my box because on tracking page said the package was at the store, got there the said no the package was pick up for Royale, I dont have any idea who that person is, and I ask how come you give the box to random person dont even match with the name on the box, well the said because that person came with the door tag, 😡😠😡😠 .Me : did ask for the ID? Them: no we dont do that when people come with the door tag .So frustrated and I been calling, they send me here there everywhere, and I wasnt a small box 71 pounds box 📦. Cant believe dont know what else can I do

Tried to call this location several times, no answer. When someone did answer, it was several seconds before they acknowledged, talking to someone, then when finally vocally answering, they went back to talking to someone for several seconds before hanging up.Considering the other reviews for this location, it cant be long before they close up, for this kind of service.Too bad 0 stars is not an option.Search Office Max or Office Depot !
