This is the absolute BEST UPS STORE in the Fort Lauderdale area!! They are friendly, professional, and best of all QUICK!! The parking can be tricky, but it will be the best UPS Store experience you have ever had!!

Everytime I come here Mr. Omar takes great care of his customers! I mean his customer service is out of this world!! He takes great care of the packaging and packages! He makes sure I always have everything I need and understand thoroughly! I cannot get enough of this location I’ve been here three times this month alone! I go out of my way coming here to make sure I am getting the best service possible and make sure my packages get delivered with care. Thank you so much Omar keep up the good work!

Got here at 8am to drop off a package before work and there was no one here. They are supposed to open at 8 therefore I got here at 8. It was an important package that needed to be shipped out to get to the destination in time. I ended up leaving at 8:10 and still no sign of anyone. There was another gentlemen that had to leave as well.

UPS is lousy with low quality staff who probably spend most of their time at after-hours joints. Just no-good and ratty

Omar was very rude during my visit there. He told me that I am getting myself “confused” about sending out mail through UPS. Then when I asked for his name he tried to be nice but at the end of the day his customer service was disappointing. Get better employees!

This is the second time Ive come at opening time and they are still closed...

They have a great staff very cordial and service minded. The environment is very clean and organize. The outside area is very nice as well, and it is next to great places to eat.

Donald at Store 6699 made shipping a large object for a relative a much easier experience. By finding a large shipping box (3ft square), handling my questions and my relatives questions by phone, and being patient throughout out two trips to the store, Donald made sending an unusual object much less stressful.

Best UPS Store on The Planet!!!!!The customer service at this store is AMAZING AND CONSISTENT!!!every time we go to this store Omar,Ashley, Ariel always greets us with a SMILE !! Their knowledge of the products, prices and services is EXCELLENT!! There is another UPS store closer to us but we dont go to that store because the level of customer service cannot compare to the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE given by Omar,Ashley and Ariel. Love these guys Check them out.You want be disappointed.

Omar is the most rude Worker I have encountered by far at this UPS location. I order from a camera company for years. In fact ups and the camera rental company has an agreement in which customers do NOT pay whenever we pick up gear from any UPS location. We were informed that there are retailers who go against their agreement. I have sent all of my gear to a ups store for two years now and never had a problem. Due to the pandemic I started shipping my gear to this location. Omar lacks knowledge in what the words on the label means. Tried to charge me for my shipment when on the box it specifically says do not charge customer or it’ll say D2R. Both times of visiting here he has not been understanding, will say it doesn’t have the D2R label on it when it clearly does and refuses to say that he made a mistake. The third time coming to the same location a different worker was in charge and never asked us to pay for a fee. And the fourth and last time coming here he has insulted me on many levels in front of customers, throwing my box with expensive equipment onto the counter and saying he is doing me a favor by giving it to us for free when in fact there shouldn’t be a charge for it. This is the worst customer service I’ve gotten in years from ups. I expect better especially since I have NEVER had a problem before.

Appreciate your great service, great customer service here. I take the extra few minutes to come to this store instead of your store at Northridge. Have a wonderful day 🙏

WOW I should have read some of the previous RECENT reviews before working with these clown.No one seems to know anything except to up sell mailing services knowing full well it will not make it any faster to the destination in these new times and then, blame the carriers.One would think after reading the previous reviews that they had to have been complained to and informed YET, STILL they continue to sell the same services PROMISING it will get there faster knowing FULL WELL it will never be different then the basic service.Only reason I can think of to continue this up sell is they will make more money/commissions and WILL NOT refund the money or the difference when it fails. Not a practice I condone or wish to be around. They have lost our business and anyone we can tell! Wish I read the recent reviews prior.

This is by far the best UPS store Ive ever been to. Im very impressed with this store and the Manager Omar. They are so professional and go above and above with customer service!. I cant say enough good things about them! I will only take my service to them! Great job!

Horrible customer service on issues. They up sell you mailing services stating packages will arrive but maybe only a day or two late yet when it does not arrive weeks later they don’t refund. When they up sell a faster more expensive way then they should at least give back the differences. I’ve seen many people coming in complaining and now it happened to me. They are taught to upsell knowing full well it will be no faster in these new normal times. Go 2 miles away to the palm aire location they at least care one would think after 5 months of the new normal they should know the business. Plus they make a fortune more than going direct. Don’t get scammed on upselling as they know zero about the business. Go to another location because you will NEVER see any mi ey back. Be aware!!

The employee named Omar is very efficient and works great under pressure. But what I was impressed was his genuine treatment. Great customer service and a very clean work environment. Even the outside of the store. And I forgot to add, that when I call with questions, no matter how many, he is always helpful. Even when working alone. I am a regular customer.

First time going to an UPS Store and it was a great experience. I was approach by Don and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable person. I was shipping an glass pot and he made sure I picked the right box as well and bubble wrap it extremely well. Thanks to Don and my new UPS store.

These guys are very helpful and fast, they took good care of my package and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! Sent a package on February 2, that was lost then found and returned completely destroyed. They blame UPS and UPS blames The UPS Store! Six months later and no calls or refund of money or anything! Manager there treated me like a joke. I would avoid this location and The UPS Store forever!

Kenyatta provided great help in the process of expediting a claim. Very professional, polite and attentive. I am very satisfied with the service provided by him.

These jokers need to update their website. They are NOT open on Sundays even thought their website states they are open until 2pm. I found out the hard way, driving 30 minutes to get here. When you call their number there is no recording stating hours (or anything else; it just rings and rings). Substandard and no comparison to FedEx stores.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I was a mailbox client at this location for 4 years, and the new administration seems to think they are doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your money here!The regional manager (as she arrogantly stated it) started ARGUING with me and with a very unprofessional response that she terminated my account because unbeknownst to me it was due for a renewal and I did not respond within her out-of-air time limits.She then.proceeded to insist I pay a new customer fee when it was clear in all of her records I have been there for 4 years!Nonetheless, she arrogantly told me that I could do business elsewhere if I choose too, and you know what? I DID!!!They seem to have gotten rid of old staff that treated customers much better and replaced them with liberal leftists Millennials that have a chip on their shoulder! The new managers seems to not care you have done business there for years, her ego is more important than your business!

Came in on a Saturday and Omar was in. He was very helpful and made my experience 10/10 .... thank you Omar for helping me ship my package! You are a asset to UPS and associates!
