So I really try to support this business because it is black owned but at every single the customer service is a fail. They are literally always out of something. Like always, there is no sense of urgency in serving the customers. Literally waited over an hour for fried shrimp and fries. Great food but management just needs to do better all the way around.

All I can say is that I’m in love. Thank you for warming my soul with your food. It puts me in a good mood.

I had the lobster and shrimp pasta. Superb! Enough to feed two people or have left overs. I pair it with the pineapple-ginger juice. On point. The staff was super friendly. The menu was full of great options, and they also have a link to a digital menu on the counter to help combat Covid.

I went during lunch time. Jerk Pasta was good. Barbi Fried chicken was just ok. I wanted a crab broil although they have a poster up that they serve it it wasnt available that day smh. If you only provide certain foods on specific days that should be specified.

Got the jerk chicken pasta and also the chicken and shrimp pasta idk why a dish that should be savory tasted extremely sweet. Gross

Customer service was great. I love good food, but I’m not impressed. Food was cold although the chicken was nice and tender, the pasta sauce is liquid-y and inconsistent looks like it’s just heavy cream and jerk seasoning Would have loved if the cheese was actually melted chicken. Overall the food is ehh. I would give it another try.

Next time will call in my order. Waited 45 minutes for 2 meals. Food was very good.

I always call in my order because I know the food takes a while to be ready and the food is amazing but the service from this particular location is completely trash. The only worker that actually has manners was Janice but she is no longer with them which is honestly sad. Even their manager Sage is completely rude & unprofessional. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!!

Ordered my food for pick up got there 30 minutes later and still was waiting 30 minutes to get my food even though my co worker and I Ordered at the same time. Watched 10 more pick up come in and get served and the girl working the counter with the red wig completely ignored me the whole time and not once helped me extremely disrespectful and I come here a lot as well as get catering from th bit once I feel disrespected I will no longer do business with you and I still never got the refund for the festival I never got.

Unfortunately, this restaurant doesnt give you the option to change side. I placed an order and 1 hr later i noticed nobody called to let me know that the food was ready, when I called, the reception informed me they couldnt give us the food that we ordered because it wasnt considered a meal and we would need to pay an extra $25. I then proceeded to ask why didnt they call us to let us know, she then said she was going to tell me when I got there. However I was going to pay in cash and the EXACT AMOUNT. If I hadnt called to ask why my order was taking so long, nobody wouldve called us to let us know that the food price went up SIGNIFICANTLY. They dont accommodate nobody and its sad when were trying to support black business

The jerk chicken pasta is awesome.

I ordered the jerk chicken pasta on DoorDash and received my meal about an hour ago. My mother and I loved it. Definitely will be purchasing from here again. It was our 1st time too ;)

I give them 5 stars because, every time I call to place an order, when they call me back my food is ready. That and customer service goes a long way with me.

Okay here’s the thing, the food is good but the mac and cheese is umm bad. The mac and cheese flavoring is bad it taste weird

Their website isn’t accurate and needs updating. Even though i ordered my food 2 1/2 hours before pick up, i still had to wait half hour to get my food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here and this will be my first an last.

Ordered my food by phone and told it would be ready in one hour. They are suppose to call you food is ready, no call after an hour so called and was told 10 more minutes. It was raining called again after 15 min food is ready. Go inside to pick up, the person checked my food and i was missing part of my fish order. If i wanted the order would be another 15 minutes. I was very upset. It took another 30 minutes. The food was good, did not like the veggies. Will not be going back.

Best jerk chicken pasta ever

First time ordering in person at this location, I was told the food would be prepared in 25 mins so to wait inside my car and I will receive a phone call when it’s ready. I ordered their lobster + shrimp pasta. Almost 2 hours later, well (1 hr 28 mins to be exact), and no phone call. So I walked back inside the restaurant to ask for a refund, obviously annoyed at them exhausting my patience, and that’s when they started to put a rush on my order. I could understand if it was a busy weekend, but it was a Monday afternoon and only two ppl were ahead me when I walked in. Completely unacceptable. They need to do better in serving their customers in a timely manner. The food was good, but it was not worth the time or gas i wasted going there. 👎🏾

The food is good, but the girl at the front in the Lauderhill location is very rude. They don’t like to give you sauce on the side & barely put any gravy on your food. If I decide to spend my money with them again I’d go to the Broward Blvd location.

This is the place to awaken your taste buds!!! My favorite is the Salmon with its fusion of pineapple and bourbon sauce.. I paired it with not your normal side salad which more than complimented my fish.. I love the food here and everyone should visit this excellent contemporary island establishment

Food and service is on point! I always order the brown stew snapper. Its totally worth the 20 bucks they charge. Its always made to order. I suggest calling it in as it takes about a good 20 minutes to prepare. Staff is also friendly! So glad for this location as they are open on Sundays. Panfiyah keep up the good work!

Tried this place for the first time today and Im so glad I did. By far the best mac and cheese Ive ever had, and for an excellent price!! Also, the place is really clean. If your looking for good food for a great price I definitely recommend this place.

This is a new location for them. Food was tasty and fresh made. Service was prompt and very friendly. Prices were okay my only negative is the price of their bottled drinks was a bit high and they dont offer and diet options other than bottled water.

Its better if you order in advance by phone or online. We ordered in person and the wait was an hour an a half. The food was definitely amazing, everything made fresh to order. We had the lobster and shrimp pasta, gingery salmon, Barbi chicken, bammy, grilled chicken salad and shrimp quesadilla. Everything was good.

I tried some of my fiance chicken wings he ordered DISGUSTING and the texture was weird. My fiance took one bite & threw away all his wings & his mac n cheese. Such a let down. Yup we went to bed hungry & wasted money. The only thing I recommend from this place is the fried tilapia.

Unprofessional. The hours on this location says theyre open until 12a.m. Placed a pick up order, charged my card, got a order confirmation #, got there around 11 and theyre closed. They said that neither location has my order. I called the ordering app they use; chow now & they advised that Panfiyah left my order in cart, basically refused my order, & shouldve called me to say that the order wouldnt be fulfilled. I couldve been traveling a distance for their services. Wont be spending my money here again.

The food wasn’t bad but the customer service is garbage! A young lady by the name of Aiyana took my order and said she will call when it was ready. 1 hour and 45 minutes went by no call. I arrived to the place and she said I should of just came and then proceeded to lie in my face and say she called as she tells me another order number. Once she saw my receipt she said oh and preceded to lie and insist that she called. My food was cold I didn’t receive an apology. She never admitted she didn’t call even after showing her my call log and my phone wasn’t dead or on DND she simply just didn’t call! Please hire better people that’s taking orders and maybe tell people a time to come versus calling because that doesn’t work!!!
