Horrible service department, they replaced ring and pinion on rear axle, went back the next day after picking it up, took tech on a drive, he acknowledged it was not right, left it there for 2 weeks, said they opened a star case, I called Mopar they said nothing was opened, and paper work said tech could not recreate concern, oh also the truck was hit late at night by a car delivery truck, took it to another dealer, and guess what, everything Mcdonald replaced, needs to be replaced again, after 400 miles, joke! Joke! Joke!, horrible, horrible, horrible, do not take anything there

The service department is a joke, I brought my truck in at 9am my appointment was at 9:20am I took a look at my passenger side door that wasn’t locking and unlocking with the power switch remote. I called at 3pm and they just decided to bring my truck in to look at, then I was being told the will do a Diagnostic on it and probably won’t be fix today. So something that should only take a few hours anywhere else in this world takes them 2 days too do. What a joke

Service department is horrible with time management. I set up an appointment for a task that literally would take them 10 minutes tops. I waited around for a full 2 hours before they got my vehicle in. What is the point in setting up an appointment when they will just do the work when they get around to it?! They charge a full hour of labor for the task that literally took minutes for them to complete and completely refuse to combine two tasks into one and charge you for only one visit. Both things I wanted them to do involved hooking my vehicle up to their diagnostic computer and performing a 5 minute or less programming task, but they would not do both for the $140 per hour that they charge. I wish I got paid an entire hour of work for working for 5 minutes. Its things like this that make people want to stick with older vehicles that dont force you to go to the dealership for something as simple as getting a replacement key or changing a light bulb. This greedy world is going straight to hell.

This was by far the most helpful and genuinely caring staff I’ve encountered buying a car! The long wait for doing the financial paperwork was a touch annoying but not unexpected.Everyone at the dealership had a smile to share, were not pushy, and truly worked to get us the vehicle we wanted, at a price we could live with.

I am being generous by giving two stars. Having an alignment done here was a huge mistake. I needed the vehicle done on a specific date and explained my situation. They claimed they would do it in time without an issue. I dropped the vehicle off at 0600 and got back that afternoon and they hadnt even started on it. I explained my situation again that I had to have it by closing time that day as I was driving it out of town in the morning both for work and to my daughters tennis match. They did not get it done but told me I could drive it partially aligned with $1100 in new tires. I called and got put on hold near closing time and the lady left without talking to me. I called back several times and a manager in sales picked up the phone. He said my situation was unacceptable and would get it taken care of and would adjust the price down. I would still be out of my vehicle though as I had to leave before they opened up. The next day I rushed back from Denver to get my vehicle and head to my daughters tennis match. They claimed it was done but the bill was significantly higher than the advertised alignment deal and price I had been quoted. I had previously asked if the deal price was the actual price as I had worked at a dealer before and knew how dealers operated. I had been assured that the advertised price was correct. I was just tired of dealing with this issue and paid and left. The vehicle alignment was obviously not completed correctly and I had to make another appointment for the next week. This place sucks for customer service. I overpaid, was lied to, and it took three days for an alignment.
Bought new truck here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth coming out from Denver, much better service. Will definitely be back for my next truck.

Had an appointment for 8 am, get there and they say “We’re gonna need your truck all day, can we call you Monday when it’s ready?” Because they had a “full schedule” according to them. Just to check the alternator and batteries. To top this all off they don’t have loaners and I’m stranded here with no ride home, not even an Uber or Lyft in the area and the local taxi service not answering. Poorly run dealership, if the appointment is at 8 I would expect it’d be pretty close to the front of the list. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership at all. Clearly do not understand how to set up a schedule and manage their time properly.

We will not be back to the service department. I was having problems with my ignition, after telling my wife I didnt know what I was talking about and charging $250 for a battery change out told her problem was solved. Battery solved nothing and left my wife stranded. Save your money and go elsewhere.
