My husband took his truck in to be detailed here a couple of weeks ago. We just cant say enough about what a great job they did. Tracy in the service department had told us it would look new. She was right. It looked beautiful. I wanted to post pictures but it snowed the day after we had it done. Of course!! We are so impressed with what an incredible job they did. They made a 2004 truck look ready to be on the showroom floor. A full inside and outside detail does cost $250 but it is definitely worth it. The attention to detail they provided was great and the customer service we received was outstanding. We will definitely be taking my car here to be detailed at some. Thanks so much guys. You did an amazing job.

If you like getting offered half what your trade is worth, this is your kindof place!Got a $16,500 trade offer on 3/6, went here on 3/7 got a $10,000 offer. Showed them paperwork from previous offer, they wouldnt match but came up to $11,000. Told them to shove it.Went to another dealership and was offered $17,000 for my trade.These guys are obviously crooks. Avoid them.

I had replaced some suspension parts, and brought in my truck for an alignment, and left with a good one, in speedy time. Nice to have a straight steering wheel again. Friendly people too - the guys even gave me a ride home rather than wait on site. Happy customer.

Went to purchase a vehicle here. Prior to going to the dealer I called to get a price on a vehicle however it was sold. They had offered a vehicle priced 20000$. I declined and Stated specifically that I wanted to stay at 15,000. I was told that this vehicle could be sold to fit my price range. After wasting half a day there they refused to go lower than 18000$ plus fees. I specifically call to get a price to prevent wasting any of my time or the dealers time. I understand everyone needs to make money but do not tell someone that you can come down in price just to screw around and hope the buyer will go above their desired amount. If a vehicle cannot be sold at a lower price be honest with your customers. Id much rather be told no and wait for a vehicle in my price range than to waste time.. thank goodness I didnt run my credit!!!

We were traveling through Fort Morgan on vacation and we’re having car problems. We stopped into TransWest 30 minutes before they were closing and their staff were absolutely wonderful. They stayed late to diagnose my vehicle and resolved the problem so I could get home. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone inside or outside of town. Thanks guys!

Buying the vehicle was relatively easy, follow up service has been a nightmare. Purchased the car outright. Was told the title would take a couple days to arrive. After numerous calls, it arrived three weeks later. Was supposed to get a packet that included free oil change certificates, road side assistance info, tire warranty info, etc. Have called and text the salesman half dozen times with no response. Would never buy from them again or recommend anyone else use them. Doubt I’d ever buy from any transwest if this is their level of customer service and support.

The salesman was very nice and friendly. Thats the only nice thing I can say about Transwest. They say customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority but its not, sucking the most money they can possibly squeeze out of you is. I bought my car there because they were so very friendly but they charged high high book and wouldnt come down from it. Fine, I paid high retail. They said thats how much they had into it. Funny, Ive never seen a dealer pay me high retail for a trade in! That was lie #1.. Then the car ended up having a couple issues that I didnt notice until I was driving it home. Key fobs dont work, cruise control doesnt work. They replaced one headlight that doesnt match the other original on the other side. They said theyd order me another one to match the one they replaced. They said since I bought the car there theyd get it for me at dealer cost. (After I paid HIGH BOOK!) After 2 months I called to see if it was in. They never ordered it. They then ordered it, 2 weeks later it came in and they called and said its in, $268!!! I looked up the serial number on the one they put on my car.. Found the exact match for sale in several different places.. $47. Never again will I go back there and I certainly wont refer anyone I care about to them either.

Id give a 0 star review but it wont let me. Took my wifes car in for a service, alignment, tire rotation, and inside detail. Took a day longer, they said they broke a bolt and had to wait to get a new one..... No big deal.... Finally went to go get it and there were a couple of scratches and dings in the door, clearly from the vehicle next to it..... They offered to detail the inside of my truck as pay back.... Ok no big deal.... Mean time the inside which cost almost $200 was clean except for the vents. My wife drove it home and almost went off the road cause it pulled to the right really bad. I called mad of course and demanded the come get it, drop off a loaner and fix it. The loaner was dirty and almost empty. When we got our car back it was also almost empty.... They told my wife that they had to redo the tire rotation 4 times.... Evidently it wasnt done correctly.... I wasnt aware we looked so dumb! So basically you dont need an alignment as long as they rotate the tires enough times.... I highly recommend NO ONE goes to transwest especially their service department. Also when I was in trying to get the car I over heard someone on the phone with a customer. The service guy said that a bolt was broke and it would take another day..... Im guessing its their go to bs story. I wont even go in for my free detail
