Ive been a customer for over 10 years. Wouldnt refund a $300 modem to my credit card after I returned it which had a love or leave it policy. Internet speeds are 1 mbps. Wanted to raise my rate from $40 per month to $90 per month. I bought a cheap phone which I now hotspot for my internet for $25 per month and it is 10x the speed. I regret giving them my money for 10 years.

Singed up for Internet the gentleman that helped me was helpful and nice no complaints. Here is my complaint signed up Friday the 6th and will not have anyone out to install my internet till August 17th the SOONEST they have. Called and they gave me a credit for the days of no internet. And then yes, they were able to install today!! Thank you!

Very informative and helpful the 1st time we metTook the phone home and with so much frustration! trying to figuring out the phone! she never answered or returned my phone calls. I returned the phone! 2 weeks later she left me a message to return to Viearo... she might as well been talking in her sleep.

This is the worst home internet service I have ever had.The internet frequently drops below the speed that is paid for. The internet goes out almost every day in the middle of the day sometimes for several hours at a time. My internet is currently not working and it has been out for two days now Saturday and Sunday.There is absolutely no technical support after hours or on the weekends or holidays. If your internet goes out as it always does, and you attempt to get support after hours, you are sent to a voicemail system and no one calls you back until they return to work.If consistent internet service is something that you need, do not get home internet from this company. There is absolutely no technical support after hours.Exactly one Week Later:It turns out, a technician was on call while my internet was out. I left two voicemails, and I never got a call back. I finally got ahold of a technician on Monday (during service hours), and service was restored, but my download speed has consistently remained so slow, that my family has been forced to use our phones hotspots (which are NOT from Viaero). We will be going with another company.

Worked for them and this is how they treat there employees. When there had been a family member that was ill, and the situation was explained that this might be it and bereavement time might be needed, the reply was “better not be Saturday”. When a complaint was filed about the pervious statement, the response to that was “ it was just a joke”. This is how they treat their employees: as a joke. Your health, your safety and your personal time are all a joke to them. It’s better to avoid this company at all costs. Or at least show up do the training, get paid more for the mileage and then leave.

Wow, Ive had poor wireless experiences previously, but this one is outstanding. I thought I was ordering a plan and phone online, but it all got transferred to a phone conversation... where, I ended up on another plan entirely. ... And, my Note came with no S Pen. The S Pen showed up a month later. Someone needs to give attention to customer experience.

Have your phone recorder ready. After I cancelled my internet service they decided that they wanted to steal some cash. Collections notified me saying I never cancelled. Despite I havent used a single gigabyte in over 3 months. Thanks to my call recorder I was saved from a $550 dollar bill. Be careful, these corporate scam artist are everywhere. Please protect yourself.

The absolute worst carrier money can buy. Ive tried every carrier, and Ill say this is by far the worst one. Their coverage is awful, not as promised, and worse than Sprint. Anyone claiming these money hounds are better than Verizon are extremely foolish and probably rednecks who dont care much about their cell service as is.

Internet quality sucks. Tried to upgrade and got worse quality internet for more money. Their technicians came to our house FOUR TIMES AND STILL COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. TOOK MY SCHOOL I.T. GUY 10 MINUTES. All they want is your money. Still have horrible internet quality after 6 months. Can’t have more than two people on the internet at a time without problems. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for internet!!!!!!

Trying to get on my online account and I couldn’t remember what the username is so I call fort Morgan to try to figure it out and got nowhere because apparently there’s a 4 digit password on the account that they randomly placed there and expect me to know what it is! She did tell me that it started with a 0, who the hell starts a password with a 0? Customer service sucks the big one here!Update: Come to find out that the password on my account was the last 4 digits of my ex husbands ss# but I still couldn’t get any information about my account because they changed my address! Come to find out that they had my ex husbands address attached to my account instead of mine! Hmmm, wonder how that happened! Nice security viaero!
