Has anyone had any dealings withParamount Technologies Main St. Ft. Morgan?Took my phone in to have the screen replaced on July 19th...the technician damaged the mother board. They have no tools to repair or fix this damage. I finally got ahold of Ben today and he is waiting on an email from some company that may or may not be able to repair my phone. They do not call you back and let you know whats going on...just pass the buck from 1 employees to another. Now he says it may be yet another week to get phone back...just irritated and frustrated.FINALLY AFTER 19 DAYS I FINALLY GOT MY PHONE BACK.IF YOU WANT A PHONE SCREEN REPLACED I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARAMOUNT TECHNOLOGIES MAIN STREET IN FT. MORGAN. THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND HAD TO SEND IT SOMEWHERE TO BE SODDERED AND FIXED. WHAT AN EVERLOVING NIGHTMARE.AND TO TOP IT OFF BEN IS THE RUDEST PERSON TO DEAL WITH...TALKING TO ME FROM THE BACK ROOM.WHATS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT PARAMOUNT TECHNOLOGIES.

These guys suk drove one and half hours for phone repair and the new screen was cracked they had the part for two days before I went in and never inspected it before I drove all that way and hung around town waiting on them hope to get it fixed anywhere but here

The guy is a Crook. I bought, or ordered a new laptop from him, cause he didnt carry any in stock, in his store. He quarantined this would be shipped to me, in 5 business days. And it wasnt.He assured me, I would have it by next week. (Another 5 business days) After giving him 7 business days, ... I am / was, still waiting on the shipment of my laptop.When I called to cancel my order, and take my business elsewhere, ... He tells me I cant do this, cause the laptop has already been shipped to me, 2nd day air.After 3 days, ... Im still waiting for this 2nd day air package, to reach me.I call him again, and He claims that He intercepted my package, while it was enroute / shipment, and is now keeping, and holding it, And will be charging me 10% of the purchase price, To cancel my order, and restock said laptop, to his inventory, ... When He never had it in / on stock, in the first place.He made me pay for the laptop up front, in full. Now he is keeping my money, and the laptop. I dont think He even ordered the laptop, in the first place. Hes running a Dishonest business, and scamming people.

Took me pc in to get it looked at and was told it would be 50$ to look at and if they could fix it they would take the 50$ and fix it my dad picked it up today and he had to pay 175$ for it never going to take it there again
