Excellent Customer Service! I was surprised. I had deaths in my family to Covid recently and Kiowa Eye Care was sensitive to my concerns; everyone wore a mask. I really appreciated that and I felt safe. I love the full explanation of the results of the exam on paper and screens of photos, pictures, and detailed results. I was thrilled to death about their Customer Service.

Always professional and outstanding service! I appreciate that Kiowa Eye Care has the most up to date equipment. I know I’m getting the best care available. The new office is beautiful and offers great choices in eye ware!

Theyve always been very professional, listening to my needs and offering various solutions. Even without insurance, theyve been happy to get me my exam and allow me to purchase my products online. Which was quite helpful to save some money. Never have had an issue.

I had lost my glasses and Kiowa Eye Care Center got me in as soon as possible. They did a very thourgh exam. They have a good selection of frames and options available. I was very satisfied with my experience there.

I went in for an urgent visit, completely convinced that my increased floaters were caused by a retinal detachment. Dr Loomis was able to rule that out and put my mind at ease, and she didn’t even scold me for spending days on Google before coming in. Haha! Everyone was wonderful and I’m glad I finally went. :)

I really enjoyed my visit with doctor Loomis recently,. I had an emergency and she reassured me and did as many tests as she could and referred me to the emergency Room mind she realized there wasnt anything more she could do. I really feel that I can trust her to take good care of me in the future. Great place to be when youre not feeling good

I was blackballed after I insisted they honor there warranty the finally did but then sent me a letter saying they would no longer sell me eye where they said I was rude maybe I was but if they would have honored my frames in the first place it would have been resolved easily and I have been going to Kiowa eye care for over 45 years
