I waited in line as the last customer in the store at that moment, and watched as Lee efficiently and pleasantly helped people in front of me, who were very rude with him and difficult. Lee maintained his pleasant demeanor and was still a pleasure by the time he got to me. I don’t know where he found the patience he displayed, but I do know he is an asset to this store. I truly hope he is being compensated adequately for the rude people he has to endure.... I couldn’t have been as calm as he.
