Store is always dirty and cooler is always empty. Likr no one ever goes in it but one time a day to push stuff to the front and amke sure it is taken care of. No drink cupps or straws . Seems like who ever is doing the order cant keep up with what they are using

The service i received from your new overnight lady is the worst ive ever had and your 711 is pretty bad she would not allow me to make a purchase and she is going to lose your company money. she doesnt know how to read a birthdate she thinks that some one born in 1987 is too young to buy alcohol. im a regular in this store even though this store is not the greatest but i will not be back.

Bought a few items...tried to pay with credit card. The women working said my card didnt go threw so i paid with cash. I checked my credit card transactions the next day and I was charged. Tried contacting the store, there was no manager there and whoever answered the phone had no idea when a manager would be in either.

Tried to go in shortly before 2:30 this afternoon and the doors were half way locked. The women inside working told us the store was closed and slammed the doors shut again and proceeded to do whatever she was doing before my girlfriend and I attempted to go in. Dont trust this place

On multiple occasions we have had an issue with this 7-11 charging our account double, same charge, same day, same time. The manager feels it is our problem even though we can prove it with our bank account. I think this place is shady and managed poorly.
