Owner is unstable and dangerous. Shaun needs to go!

Shaun was able to quickly get me a quote for my LG ultrawide and was professional and prompt. I have to disagree with the other review on here, he was not pushy at all and ultimately I decided to not repair the panel as the part pricing from LG is as much as a new panel.

Shaun was our repair guy, he’s nothing but unprofessional and rude. It took him three weeks to schedule a specific appointment with me, he kept texting me the day of to come and fix it. I’m a single mom who works two jobs and goes to school. You have to schedule something for it to work. He didn’t understand that. Once he finally showed up to fix my tv he was rude because I wouldn’t let him further into my house. He decided that because of that he wouldn’t fix my tv and left. Once I contacted customer service he came back and was just as rude. I would give this a zero start rating if I could.

After waiting 3 weeks for our TV to be fixed. The repairman Shaun, was disrespectful as soon as he entered our house. He didn’t communicate he was going to need a flat surface such as a kitchen table or bed to work on our tv. He then got mad and told us he refused to fix our tv. I wish I could leave zero stars.
