Did not have any issues entering without a mask during visit. Miscellaneous merchandise souvenirsIt is worth the trip and walk to see the view. There is lots of paid parking so looking around before choosing an area so its close as can be for convenience.

Poor customer service. Bought a shirt just thru it in a bag without folding it. Did not say hello. Wont be back.

Will never go back. Florida has no mandate for useless mask. Walked in with 6 children to buy gifts and was greeted by the worker who said had to wear mask to enter. This corporation has absolutely no sense to require people coming from a beach to wear mask that offer no protection for a virus that’s 99.987 survivable. end the hysteria

Will never return. Requirung customers to don a medical device on their face is illegal. This business is denying service to customers. Hope someone sues them.

Looking for souviners and walked into this place with our three children under 4.. Was yelled at immediately upon entry that we must have a mask on to shop.. No thanks..

I wont go back. Their credit card machine has been down for days. When I asked when theyll be up and running, I only got a shrug with, I dont know. They dont care either. They lost a LOT of my business!!

Standard beach gift shop. Just lots of towels, bathing suits, and beach gear. Nothing special, but nothing bad.

Bought a water shirt with the “Ft Myers Beach FL” in lettering down the arm and wore it once in the ocean and let it air dry then wore it once in the pool and let it air dry and now the letters are falling off. Now it reads “Ft M ers Bea h”. Not very happy

WATCH OUT FOR RAISING PRICES!!!!!Went in to buy a swimsuit for my wife. There were 2 separate price tags on it. One was an orange tag, like those used to show a discounted or sale price, and the other was their regular price tag. The girl at the register charged the higher price on the regular tag. When asked about it she said its not that price its this price pointing to the higher one. She said thats the way they come in, its the price on the regular tag..so buyer beware. If you are going to buy anything that has two price tags on it, be prepared for the bait and switch and pay the higher price.
