Let me start by saying dealerships can have a very negative association and I get everyone has their own feelings. But I will say, if ever you’re looking for a genuine straight to the point, no haggle experience, ask for Jesse Sellers. He’s your guy for that haggle free smooth car shopping experience. Of all the great car salesmen I have known and talked to over the years, there is one thing that stands out and that’s their attitude. I must applaud Jesse Sellers for demonstrating a positive attitude during my car lease experience. Jesse was patient and took the time to explain all the technology options the car offered. Jesse was not only knowledgeable but he new the product and was confident about his sales. I wanted a key fob cover and Scanlon Acura did not have one in stock for my model. Jesse surprised me and ordered 2 key fob covers and had them sent to my house. Jesse truly cares about the customers needs by going above and beyond to make sure their experience is satisfying!! Excellent Service!Not your typical dealership. You don’t get attacked the minute you walk in. Sam was my salesman and he was absolutely kind, understanding, and very professional at everything he did. During the process I got to meet other staff members too from service and the finance managers and everyone was super kind. Joanne LaRocque made a lifelong raving fan out of me and Im not likely to ever shop anywhere else - so ask for Joanne and be prepared for the easiest purchase and best service ever! She responded to my late Saturday night website inquiry on Sunday (while they were closed), pushed 90% of this through via email for me, met me at 8am today when she didnt have to be in until 11 (I feel really bad about that - didnt know and Ill have to make it up to her) drove me home while they protected it, (also bought me a Starbucks) and then delivered the car! Super special; I hope they know how lucky they are to have her!

I never thought Id say this about buying a car, but it was a truly enjoyable process. I called Scanlon and specifically asked for Sam after reading the rave reviews by his previous customers. After visits to several dealerships, Sam was the first salesperson who truly listened to me and evaluated what I actually needed/wanted while assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle. His knowledge-base and experience in the car industry is vast, enabling him to adeptly compare/contrast all makes and models. Hes a true professional who doesnt play games. Came in for my complimentary oil change, was later told I had a nail puncture in my tire which they would replace with a patch. I was told after 5 attempts to repair the tire with a patch they realized it was a run-flat tire (which you cant patch) and now my tire was deemed useless. I was also told the only way that I could receive a loaner car was if I agreed to have my tire replaced for $267. Then Im sent the work order where they say I received a complimentary car wash, that didnt happen either. Also after reading my work order I was confused by one part of the work order saying the tire was patchable and the other work order saying it was non patchable. As Triple A was picking my car up the tow truck driver alerted me to two grease hand print stains on my leather.

Best sales experience ever!I regularly buy cars and this was the single best experience.Sam my sales associate was responsive, amendable and had everything ready and setup for me when I arrived to pick up the car.Financing was a breeze, less than a 10 minute process.Sam also helped me remove all my personal items from my old car and transfer over to the new vehicle. Even helped install my two child car seats, walked me through all the features and did it all with a smile.Cant say enough good things!

Such a great experience in service and mechanics!! It was about 3 months ago when my alternator and battery needed to be replaced in my Acura TSX. Jose was such a great help and we really appreciated his sense of urgency, as we had guests in from out of town and we were relying on the car...we had the car towed to Scanlon, met with Jose who took all the information and set us up quickly with a rental car...we were able to carry on with our company and never missed a beat!! This is a message of appreciation for Joanne Barraza and her assistance in helping my son and I purchase his first vehicle. We were set on a Scion TC. The dealership offered a fair price on a vehicle that was within our price point and his spec list. Joanne went ABOVE and BEYOND in her willingness to work with us. We made the purchase. An issue was identified with the vehicle during the process of the purchase. Joanne worked to get the issue fixed. We believed it was. Then when taking ownership of the purchased vehicle, the issue again occurred. Joannes first words when she verified the issue was that the dealership would stand behind the vehicle and make sure it works to our expectations. That was SO REFRESHING! In addition, during the two week time period of getting the vehicle fixed, Joanne was professional, communicative and kind. She let us know each step of the way what was happening and made accommodations for my elderly mother to pick up the keys in order to make our arrangements for picking the vehicle up work. Bottom line: Joanne Barraza is a superlative salesperson who made the car-buying experience a joy. We live in Ohio and this is our first out-of-state purchase of a car. Just wow. These people are TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN...I had discussed a particular car with Jesse Sellers. We negotiated and agree on a price We made a deal. I made the appointment to come and pick up the vehicle. Just 2 days before my appointment I find out that they went ahead and sold the vehicle out from under me. I just wonder if I didnt make contact with him prior to my appointment, would he have even told me it was sold? Clearly their word is no good. Like I said...TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN. IMO, they cant be trusted. I would NEVER even think of doing business with these people.

I have had just two experiences at Scanlon Acura with regards the service and both have left me extremely frustrated. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get your car serviced at Scandal Acura.My first appointment on October 7, 2020 was to have a host of things completed (broken door handle, backup camera not working, brakes replaced, transmission flush, etc...) and since it had been about a year since the oil had been changed on the car I asked if they could also change the oil - which of course they said they would. Then when I went to pick it up I noticed that the oil life was still at 30% (not reset to 100), so I brought it back and asked if they forgot to reset the oil life. They admitted they forgot to change the oil (even though it was on the service request paperwork).My second appointment on Dec 3, 2020 was to have the oil changed that they forgot to change on Oct 7. They tried to sell me a $120 B1 service - but I told them that I only needed the oil change. I instructed them not to wash the car (Im very particular about the car and do not go through automatic car washes). The oil change was completed in about 90 minutes and when I returned to the car, I noticed that it had been washed. Upon further inspection there is paint missing in both the front and rear bumpers because of the automatic car wash that they use.I will not be going back to Scandal Acura, EVER. And I am making it a personal mission of mine to steer anyone and everyone I can away from the Scandal brand.THEY. ARE. TERRIBLE.

Hello .On april 28 I bought a used car at SCANLON ACURA ON SC41 IN FORT MYERS; when I test drove the car I realized there is a noise coming from the front of the car,I explained to the seller Marcus Vegia from SCANLON LEXUS (BEST SELLER YOU CAN WORK WITH),he bring the car to the shop and the next day he let me know about a drive shaft replacement!!,great I said to my self,a really professional and serious dealership as I imagine.the following monday I went to the dealership to sign the final papers, but my bad,for just trusting what the paper that Marcus send me says about the repair,I did not try the car one more time,trusting in a VERY PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP GOOD FAITH.I bring the car to my place that same day,and I realized about the noise again,I talk to Marcus the seller,he tell me just bring it back, thats what I did,once at the dealership,THOMAS CAPPADONA THE MECHANIC who inspect the car and replaced the parts,came with me for a test drive,during the test drive I explain to this person about the noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle,he just answer is a noise coming from the tires,they need to get a little bit used and the noise will dissapear, I insist about a wheelbearing noise and he said is not a wheelbearing noise,ok I just deposit the car at the dealership,for further inspection from the tech, THEY INSTALL TIRES FROM OTHER CAR AND THEY SAID IS OK IS ONLY A TIRE NOISE,WE WONT BE REPLACING THE TIRES BECAUSE IS AN AS IS CAR.At the end AARON PLESS just let me know is a tire problem nothing to do with a bearing noise,you can see on the pics I poste the different tire they installed on the car 3 ADVENTURER and 1 EVOLUTION TIRES, only thing is the one with the blue letters was installed facing the inside of the car,and you will never see it.I replaced the tires with brand new michelin lattitude tires and the noise was still there,I send a text to AARON PLESS letting him know about it and nothing happens,I endup replacing the from passenger wheel bearing as I told THOMAS CAPPADONA A GREAT MECHANIC.I dont really trust anymore this place,I also have 3 free oil changes but I will never trust my car to a place with so little professional ethic and respect for clients.Replacing oil and filter on new cars anyone can do that,but real costumer service not everyone can do that.Google does not have negative stars, because I would like to rate the place with negative stars.Dont have to replay I dont expect anything from you side..Thanks, even when you dont mention anything regarding the different tires installed in the car.I don`t need your help, there is no need to answer.

They were so busy that we got a salesman other than the one with whom we had an appointment. But as luck turns out, John was a most excellent guide. He is fully knowledgable and experienced. He described all the features. Answered all my questions and even anticipated some. Well certainly go back for a test drive and explore lease options. The only down side was color options. Not what we had in mind, but our prime interest was in safety features, and they have them all depending on option levels. Like with my Lexus Rx 450h, they charge for map updates, which is ridiculous so I now just use Google maps.
If I could give more stars I would!! I had been eyeballing two cars that they had and I always go by reviews when going out of town to purchase a vehicle. I called to see if these two vehicles were still available. Spoke with Sam five minutes before closing and made an appointment for the next day. I got there and test drove both cars and decided on one. Both vehicles were immaculate and in GREAT condition. No aggressive sales and answered all the questions I had. Detailed the car and filled up the gas tank before leaving the dealership. Great customer service and I definitely will be back. You will not be disappointed. Yes bringing your car to the dealer may be a little bit more expensive but for expert mechanics and Service reps that provide an exemplary experience, its worth it.
Great experience! Josh Funez helped me yesterday with the Acura RDX. The test drive was great and drove very smoothly! Bypassing other employees, I was greated nicely and was given multiple offers for coffee, water and snacks. Josh was very kind a informative, telling me about each and every feature in the RDX and how to work them. After buying the RDX Josh made sure I was completely set up with the features to my custom settings and left no question unanswered. Jason in the finance department was also very welcoming. Making me feel very comfortable with talking to him and explained the paperwork in a way I understood. I was very impressed with my whole experience with Scanlon Acura. I was able to get the right deal for me, thanks to the additional consult with the sales manager Dan. I love my new Acura RDX and I be will be referring other to this location. Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them only to find out years later they had repainted my car’s front bumper. They painted factory Satin Silver over the deeper silver. The paint was not on top of a primer coat but rather paint over paint. A body shop confirmed their shoddy work and the reason why my bumper paint is peeling off. Rest of the cars paint is fine.When contacting the dealer Scanlon Acura, they gave me the runaround and said my car was out of warranty. The even had the audacity to question whether I had played a part by possibly purchasing a different bumper. Really? Why would someone go through the effort of getting a different bumper with layers of non-comparable paint, only then to contact where they purchased the vehicle from to get resolution.This was not a warranty item but a Business Ethic item. Love my Acura but not this dealership. Will never do business with Scanlon Acura ever again and strongly encourage all readers to heed this review warning.

I took my Acura vehicle in for service and had a 5-star experience with my Service Advisor, Sal Schwabach, who is the most customer-oriented person I’ve encountered in ANY business in a very long time! He was very respectful and accommodating. He also called me intermittently to apprise me of my vehicle’s progress & readiness timeframe.(I ratcheted my rating down to 4 stars because I have to return to address a concern with my vehicle’s performance. Nothing serious!)I encourage you to go to Scanlon Acura’s Service Department, and be sure to ask for Sal and his amazing, 5-star service!
I have purchased 11 (maybe 12- cant recall) vehicles from Scanlon Acura. All of those vehicles have been purchased from and serviced by Scanlon Acura. I live in Naples but will not buy or service my vehicles anywhere else. Service Manager Aaron Pless is simply the best as is his team. Jesse Sellers and his ales manager know us well and treat us like close friends. Jessee has been the beneficiary of numerous referrals in addition to our purchases. Jessee has NEVER let us down on a referral. My youngest daughter (age 24) thinks of the team at Scanlon as family when she is there and we feel the same way.
Whether buying a car or getting your car serviced, you cant go wrong at Scanlon Acura. Buying a car is pressure free a actually quite a pleasure. No high pressure, no bait and switch, just knowledgeable and seasoned sales people who actually know about the cars they sell.If you need service, prices are on par with other dealers but you get so much more. Advisors who can explain; in plain language, what ails your vehicle and how to best fix or repair it promptly so you can get back on the road.
You can’t find a more professional, service oriented dealer than this group of people. I went to sell back my car, they directed me to the highest buyer in town, plus they reminded me to apply with them for a refund on warranty and gap insurance. Thank you for your service!!N.

I was hesitant, as most first time car buyers are, when I walked into the dealership for my appointment. However after meeting my salesperson Hector, I instantly felt at ease. Hector was knowledgeable, kind, and super funny. His ability to find common ground with his customers makes him an obvious choice for a sales position and it shows! The car I purchased was beyond my expectations, and it was pretty much a steal! I was terrified that my credit would land me some hard payments or require much more down, but again I was completely surprised.There are so many more things I could say about my experience, but I’m sure there’s a character limit so I’ll end it with this:This dealership offers great deals, with outstanding customer service! A perfect appointment, received immediately by the customer rep, work was completed and the car returned spotless, even the interior vacuumed in 45 minutes as promised. Also they are next door to Sweet Tomatoes where we had a great lunch while the work was done.
