My advisor was Gary. This is the second RX I have purchased from Scanlon Lexus. One of the reasons for the second RX was the attention shown to help you with all aspects acquiring a new car. The support and follow-up is very good. You really feel that Gary is not there to sell you car, he is there to help you acquire the car you want. This guy could turn into a good friend.

Excellent service, courteous and professional staff, easy service appointment scheduling. Service scheduling flexible enough to accept vehicle drop off prior to scheduled service appointment time. Timely diagnosis of repairs needed with prompt performance of the work. Vehicle was ready earlier than originally anticipated. Work was performed at a very reasonable price. Additional effort made to insure customer comfort during vehicle drop off and pick, to protect vehicle and to insure vehicle cleanliness during and following service work. Highly recommend Scanlon Lexus service to other Lexus vehicle owners.
Great service experience as always at Scanlon Lexus. Bob took care of my IS300 and got it ready from a recall in less than 4 hours. He offered me a loaner and I went out from the dealership until my car was ready. I consider Scanlon Lexus my first and unique place to buy and service my cars, cause they make you feel home. He found a terrific van for my newly acquired 7 person family, exactly in my budget, and didn’t push me toward anything else. We LOVE our new Acura RDX! The customer service at Scanlon Acura is top notch. We had the pleasure of working with Joanne. She made our car buying experience fun and easy! Not only does she go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want at the best deal possible, but also gave us some great laughs with good conversation along the way. I’ve never had such great customer service while buying a car. She even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was good. I will definitely use Joanne in the future for any other car purchases and will be recommending her to all my friends and family!
This morning I had a 7:30 appointment at Scanlon Lexus. At 7:25, a staff member came out to take my information. At 7:30, the doors went up and I drove my car into the garage. I was ushered in to my service reps office who reviewed my mileage and detailed the required service, giving me an estimate. He directed me to the waiting area where freshly-perked coffee and snacks, along with several TVs and comfortable seating, were available. At 8:45, my service rep appeared, informing me that my car was ready and completed for $25 less than his estimate. He also recommended a nearby body shop to take care of a minor door issue I had discussed with him. At 9:15, I arrived at the shop. By 9:30, the shop estimator explained how he could resolve my issue. At 9:50, my car was ready with the issue taken care of, for no charge. I was home by 10:15. What a pleasant morning!

I took my new RX350 in to have window tint and Diamond finish applied. This is my first experience with the service department and I am thrilled! Dropping off the car, getting a loaner, and picking up the car when it was finished were exceptionally convenient and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with my choice of car and the dealership. My service advisor, Glen Conway is wonderful - helpful, personable, and very informative. The car looks great with the new protection package and tint.

It was time to buy My Wife a new Lexus. She was happy with Her is250 but wanted something a little bigger. Having worked with Him in the past I knew He would treat Us very Professional. He would not disapoint. He had the car We wanted in stock and took care of everything. My husband and I, in our 30ies, drove lots Friday casually searching for our potnetial new car. Driving and getting out of the car at several high end lots, Mercedes, LandRover, BMW, not one person left the sales office to come and speak with us. As soon as we got to Lexus, we were immediately greated. Sales gentleman Ian Paton was excellant. He was knowledgable, and had no hesitation even taking a car out of the show room (which is the one we purchased) to take us for a test drive. We were very happy with the trade in value, the service and the quick easy process of getting the loan. Jerod Kessler, the lending/business manager, was quick, friendly and professional. Both ment worked with us diligently and has no reservations assisting us in getting a vehicle I look forward to working with Lexus throughout the service of the vehicle.

I heard dragging and bumping noises under my car at slow speeds and called Bob Bush in Scanlon Service. He said to bring it in that afternoon. When I arrived Bob jumped in my car and said to take it around the block. I had gone 100 yards when he said to go back to Scanlon as he had heard it. When we got back he gave me a loaner and sent me home. An hour later he called to say they found a loose under panel and would have it fixed shortly. I returned to Scanlon to find it fixed and Bob Bush personally delivered my car so I didn’t have to wait. Excellent service from a real Pro, Bob Bush.
Had my 40K warranty and complementary recall and multi-point service check last July 2, 2021. The Service Associate (Bob Busch) was so courteous and very professional. He will give you all the satisfaction and excellent confidence that the services scheduled will be done accurately and efficiently. He estimated the long job for the recalled fuel pump, multi-point and scheduled services to be up to 3 hours. He gave me a loaner 2021 Lexus GX470 so I could go around shopping while waiting. He called me after 1:56 Hrs and the job is done! I was not even done Costco shopping nearby. The service crew, technicians are amazingly efficient. Last but not the least, my NX300 F-Sport left the dealership with full tank of gas (I checked in with empty lights on tank!). Also, the other service crew helped us transfer groceries and water from the loaner car to mine. I will always recommend Scanlon Lexus for best priced Lexus and amazing services!!!

I brought my new, used car in for a fuel pump refill and had to run the tank down to the half way mark. When I picked the car back up they filled the tank for me.The service at Scanlon has always been great. Glen Conroy, me service rep is a pleasure to deal with.I have been using Scanlon for several years now. Their pricing is fair, they do what they say they are going to do. I always get my car back when promised. I wouldn’t service it anywhere else.

There seems to be an issue with automated appointment notification. I received two or three texts and emails prior to my appt.,for service on recall telling me that my vehicle would be picked up at 6am. I am told that this is a glitch in their system. Very confusing and seems like it is something that should be addressed. Other than that....very good!!
