Best buy very similar to home depot, can find anyone to point you in right direction towards what you are looking for. This store I have been lucky with twice. Employee willing to help quickly. They have definitely been hit a bit by supply chain issues. Lots of empty spots on shelves. I assume this will be fixed when its fixed.
The associate that helped us seemed pretty knowledgeable about the TVs we wanted to purchase and was able to get the one in stock quickly. We then placed an order for delivery for the one that was not in stock and went on about our day. It was a decent experience.
It’s always to busy for anyone to assist us, and the costumer service staff I interacted with, expected me just wait around, while a man that wasn’t even in eye shot completed shopping. The reasoning was she rang up some of his things. The girl with curly brown hair told me I would have to wait for someone not in my party before I could purchase and leave. I being perplexed about being asked to wait, I asked her for a price check. She told me I would have to wait. And I left. I don’t think anyone should have to wait for random strangers to finish shopping before being checked out or simply given a price check. Very disappointed.

This is in reference to using Geek Squad services located on Route 4, Fort Myers, Florida.I stood in line for well over an hour to end up getting no resolution to my laptop issue. I was told they could not do what I was asking (When I got home I managed to fix my issue with help from a friend on my own!)Same exact same thing happened @ a year ago.The issue was not a long line of people waiting to be served.... instead the SNAIL pace of the employees and spending WAY more time than necessary with customers.I STRONGLY suggest if you live in the Fort Myers surrounding area make the trip out to the Best Buy off Alico Road (exit near the airport). Ever since my previous experience I have been making the trip out there and using them. THEY are fantastic!!!My available time was limited which is why I went to Rt #41. Will NEVER make that mistake again!!You could probably drive the further distance, see a Tech, and be back home in less time than I spent just waiting in line.
Always have what we need for electronics and we are always blessed by finding someone who knows their stuff. I never walk aimlessly around but go to the area I need help with and track down an employee.

Ordered online and picked up two hours later. Person who waited on me was very nice. I was in and out in a couple of minutes with exactly what I wanted at a good price. Cant ask for more.
Great customer service and willingness to help take care of the customers needs. I came in for a new car stereo and the gentleman that approached me was more then willing to help out. He was able to find what I was looking for and in a timely manner. Would give this experience 5 stars....However, they had a ton of refrigerators all over the department I needed to access. That seemed like a huge inconvenience and should have never happen during normal qorking hours. Other then that well done and will return for future purchases.

I went into the store to pick up my online order. I havent been there in a long time. I went to lady at the front kiosk and asked here where to pick up my order she pointed to where it was, as I walked away she responded I guess you cant read it will be my last time there. I guess they dont need my money
It took over a week for my online item to arrive in the store. Then I found a newer model at a cheaper price in stock at Walmart.
Customer service was great, helped me get what I needed. They didnt carry 1 thing I was looking for but I think its outdated. They helped and let me carry on.

I bought the wrong power cord yesterday and went to exchange it today. Jonathan was a great help, he is the example of what excellent customer service is. He greeted me at the door, helped me find the right cord, and even did the exchange! All the while keeping a friendly professional attitude.

Turned in a Apple product for repair, Geek Squad told me it will be about a week and it has already been 2 weeks with no update or calls back after I have been trying to figure out the status on my product. I have called in about it and the lady Amber put me on hold in middle of me explaining my situation. Generally not a good experience
If possible do NOT opt for curbside pickup! I ordered two, small items for curbside pickup and waited for over an hour for the items. I had to leave my car, go inside and get the items myself. All the lady at customer service could say was, the manager was supposed to do it. Its much more efficient to go around the store and collect the items yourself at that point.

Fully stocked store but impossible to get someone to stop and help you which sucks when what your shopping for is a camera you cant get yourself. We flagged down and asked 2 different store associates to have them get the camera we wanted (would have only taken a moment we already knew the one we wanted) and were told they arent in that department and they would tell someone to come over. Ok no problem except when it took over 18 mins we left and just bought it on amazon. We will have to wait a week for it to come but at least we dont have to wait all day in a store where no one cared if we were taken care of or not.
Went to the Best Buy’s in Fort Myers looking for a Bluetooth speaker for my boat. Wanted to support a local storefront business, but now I see why Amazon is putting them all out of business. First it took 20 minutes to get someone to answer some questions and second three of the speakers I was interested in they didn’t have in stock. The sales person could care less.
Got help with my laptop. The young man took 45 minute explaining and looking for a computer that fits my needs.....great job and I got it wayy cheaper than I would elsewhere.
As an IT professional I often find myself having to order items from Best Buy. Online ordering is fine. Curbside pickup is great. The problem is if you have to actually step inside the store for something. Ever since this location open years ago it seems that the one requirement to work there is to be rude and unfriendly. I had to return an item yesterday and, as usual, I was treated like I was an inconvenience to the cashier who was too busy checking her phone to help me. When I was finally taken care of, she hands me my receipt. No thank you. No have a nice day. Just hands me the receipt with a blank stare.
They were out of what I wanted. Checked with manufacturer....said they were out also. Went to Walmart got something similar.....WalMart was also low on product.
Worst costumer service I have ever experience. I came in to return a pair if earbuds I bought yesterday. I didnt have a receipt. Thats my fault. But the lady at the register was very rude and said theres nothing I can do. So I ask to speak with a manager. The manager Said, came over and helped me. Thank God for Said. As Im walking away the lady at the register began to speak very poorly of me for no reason. This is not costumer service, and if you are going to speak poorly of a guest at your store make sure they are gone. I will never come back here and Ill be making my purchases on Amazon where no one will speak poorly of for no reason. Should be called Worst Buy. I bought a TV in March of 2021, May 2021 it stopped working. I had bought Geek Squad protection so I set up and appointment for a week later. Day of the appointment they call to cancel the appointment, the part they need wont be in for a week but they assured me they would set my appointments up ASAP for me. No call I get an email that the appointment is now for two weeks after the part came in, which is in the middle of my vacation. I call to change it they tell me they cant. So here I am after cutting short my vacation the repairman is a no show, customer service called him he isnt answering his phone so they cant do anything else. Customer service provided the number for the regional manager and he isnt answering his phone either or returning my call. Worst buying experience Ive ever had.

I have been a Best Buy customer and have love the store since I was a teenager. I recently became an elite member and had issues with a brand new phone. Tim the department manager and Karen were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend visiting this Best Buy as I have received some of the best customer service ever. Sales people standing around in clusters not offering help, the store was in disarray. When I worked in retail...if you were not actively helping a customer you were expected to face and front the store, tidy things up and make sure everything is in its place. The Home Audio section was abysmal.I guess brick and mortar has just given up.
They were understaffed but very good to me. I was patient as we all should be. The staff was as helpful as they could be and i appreciated that.

Sales man didnt even listen to my needs, sold me the wrong laptop. Then they turned around and sold me a defective surface pro, which came back from a different customer two weeks earlier, at least I got my money back. Since the pandemic customer service is awful, please listen to your customers.

Last minute Christmas present popped in stock at this location. Was a digital camera and memory card for it. Did curbside pickup and they notified me when it was ready for pick up. Got to location and had someone only run me out the memory card. Asked about the camera and said they would check on it for me. Sat for 45 minutes waiting since there was also a line to get into store. They eventually said curbside pick up was closed. I had my son in the car with me and now I had to go wait in line to go into the store to get the camera. Waited in that line, then waited in the line of curbside pickup. A guy said I don’t think we can find the camera, it says it’s here but we don’t know where. Told me he’d check on it and never came back so I stood there with my son waiting for nothing. Finally had someone else tell me they can’t find the camera sorry. Took two hours of my time and no camera. Finally got back over there to return the memory card I can’t use, and the manager had to override for a store credit. Asked for a full refund after I explained my story and he said sorry it’s a few days past the time, you’re lucky I can get you a store credit. Then just walked away from me before I could respond. Guy is a joke. Horrible manager. No wonder Best Buy is hurting in business.

They claim to have curbside pickup, but apparently their workers melt in the water and will not go out to the parking spots. Nothing is stated on their site, when you get to the parking spot, you can check in, itll give you a timer of THREE minutes, but no one will come out to your car or tell you theres no curbside pickup. Then when you go inside to ask about your order, they have the nerve to give you attitude. I paid for my items already, and the workers will refuse to do their jobs. Its Florida, it rains a lot.

It is unfair, when they advertise online to come to the store and buy a product. When you get there they will not sell it to youYou have to line up the next day to get a ticket. False advertising
Its tough to get good customer service at almost any Best buy. a lot of times two or three sales people will be standing around chatting and they totally ignore customers or itll be two sales people with one customer. Even after I got help the guy just answered some basic questions and just started walking away. Lack of customer attention seems pretty common 4 all Best Buy stores.

Deceitful practice here at this location, specifically if you intend to pay for a wall-mounted TV. I paid for cables to be installed behind the walls and with a customer-supplied wallmount.The contractors who came to install the wallmount attempted to install the mount and after a bit of frustration, they said they couldnt install it based on the weight limitations and county codes... Never mentioning it when initially trying to mount it. Then they pitched their wall mount for a jacked up price.I cant say all of BestBuy is crooked, but these are simply bad employees practicing bad business under bad management. I hope this review was even slightly informative.Edit: The cables were never installed behind the wall.
I just came in for my first GeekSquad service visit (at the Paige Field Fort Myers, FL Best Buy) on my first self built pc. I was adding an HDD that I had bought at the store a few days before and was having a problem getting it to recognize. Carl and a short young lady (sorry, I didn’t catch your name!) helped me out. They were both amazing. Hands down it was the best tech service visit I’ve ever had. He was professional and efficient. I can’t believe how fast it was. I am SO glad I bought from Best Buy and not Amazon or New Egg. I am definitely going to be buying from Best Buy from now on. :) Now I can get back to my wannabe streaming career without missing a night. Thanks, Carl and co.! I went there twice this week. Once to try and find a printer and once to buy a TV. The first time to buy a printer I asked 3 young associates who were unloading a truck talking if they knew if they had gotten any printers in and/or when they would be getting more in. I got a quick no we dont and no one tried to see if there was any on the truck they were unpacking or when more would come in. I went back 2 days later with my sister to buy a TV. There was a gentleman in the TV department that was so helpful! I wish I would of gotten his name. He was about 6 1, bald and was tan. He deserves a lot of praises. Even while sweated down from unloading a truck full of TVs he was helpful and went and searched the back room for the TV we were looking for. He then brought it to the front and got someone to load it for us. He is the reason I would shop there not the 3 young guys who wouldnt help. Also the printer isle was half stocked 2 days later which tells me they had printers on the truck they were unloading or got some the next day. I prefer to buy from Best Buy because I am a member and get a discount on warranty and tech support. I had to go to Staples to buy a printer.
Had walked in towards the pc area a rep obviously saw me coming he looked away didnt acknowlege me.I paused looking at some pc close by.Immediately a white man walked up and rep walked up to him and asked how he could help.I was there looking and taking pictures of 6 pc NO one ever ask to help. I walked out store thinking Ill check for pc on Amazon Id seen a pc I want when visited best buy in ft lauderdale such excellent customer service.sorry I couldnt finish buying as I had a freeze on my credit report and didnt have my pin to unfreeze.Im going back soon so Ill buy in sunrise ft lauderdale. They should have a zero Star.
I went to Best Buy because I needed a phone. The gentleman who helped me was kind and patient. I explained to him I wanted a Samsung phone that I could put my sim card in from the phone I had at the time. He found me one, an A12 that I love. He switched the sim, got me all set up. Excellent CS. Unfortunately I dont have the receipt in front of me so I dont know his name but it was on a Saturday morning last week. Many 😊 Thanks!

HP rep told me the printer was 50$ at check out it was 150$ I went back and asked him about it, he wasnt apologetic at all. Kept saying it wasnt his fault and kept scoffing at me saying i could just buy it and return it after Im done with it...Is this what customer service is now a days? I love the people there but this guy is obviously new with not only talking with customers but life in general. HP needs better quality instead of quantity.

Best Buy personnel recommended Chromecast for viewing Google cameras on TVs as a constant monitor. Google finally confirmed yesterday after 3 hours on calls that their product doesnt work this way without it timing out. Because it took me over 45 days to find this out, Best Buy wouldnt allow the product return; even though the cashier said I might get store credit instead. I spoke to the the manager directly and he said no to the return or store credit. I asked if he wanted to take a chance on losing a customer over $60 who has in fact spent over $40k at Best Buy this year alone. This very young man stood his ground and said Im not going to accept the return. I said thats your choice, and as a business owner who enjoyed Best Buy, Ill take my personal and company business elsewhere as a result. Until companies like this take a customer service lesson from the playbook of companies like Amazon, we will continue to see Amazons domination in whatever spaces they enter into. WAKE UP BEST BUY!
Went to purchase a new TV. First was not very knowledgeable. Had to wait more than 5 minutes to get assistance from another clerk. Very knowledgeable. We purchased a 55 Samsung.
Unorganized and they have a SUPER LAZY assistant manager. It took a act of god to get him out of his chair to assist me with a BEST BUY issue. There store keeps charging my CC over and over for the same charge.

Best Buy was always a great store with a wide selection of products. Today when I drove to Best Buy, the store had literally zero (0) white colored kitchen appliances... Zero selection = Zero dollars for Best Buy. Not one employee could be bothered to help us to purchase four (4) new kitchen appliances. We were simply ignored...Very unfortunate indeed.
Below subpar customer servic to put it mildly! Do not waste your hard earned money here, staff knowledge on product is 0. Manipulated into a purchase due to out of stock item that is totally useless for purpose intended. Return no they will not accept unopened returns but will open it and then charge you half the price in restocking fee! Filing complaint with FTC and seeking out an attorney. Oh beware the staff were discussing they are going out of business and severance pay being discussed, probably the reasoning of poor scamming return policy.
