Josh-498 was great. He did more than just replace the safety float switch. Above and beyond service is what keeping customers is all about and Josh did that. ATTABOY! Not sure this is a good term in todays crazy world but two thumbs up may offend the thumbless too.

I have a contract with Home Tech. It is the best purchase I made. I heard a loud noise from my refrigerator. Called Home Tech. They made an appointment for me the next morning. JOEL came over and said I needed a new fan and fan blade. JOEL got on the phone. Found out they had it in stock and at 6 pm the same night ANTON came over and replaced those two pieces and my refrigerator is running quietly again. Not only were the two Techs as nice as can be but Annie in Custom Service made the appointment with JOEL, told me he was 30 minutes away then called back and advised me that ANTON would be at my home between 6 pm and 6;30 to replace the parts. Right on time my doorbell rang. I have high praise for HOME TECH.Excellent company. Everyone is so helpful. They care about their clients. So happy to do business with them. Glad I have a yearly Contract.

I scheduled a routine Grill and Filter cleaning with Home Tech. Brandon, Tech #1026, noticed some issues with the AC Units and proceeded to fix the issue. He was scheduled for 30 minutes arriving promptly at 8:00 am with a 7:30 am call. Brandon spent 4 hours at my home ensuring everything with the AC units and thermostats were fixed correctly. He way exceeded my expectations for a routine service. Brandon cares about his work, ensures everything is operating properly and has the attitude that if he discovers a problem, he is going to spend whatever amount of time it takes to correct it and correct it properly. I was very impressed with the service he provided. On top of that, his nice, easy going temperament was a true pleasure. What an awesome experience.

My fluorescent lights in my Laundry room suddenly would not turn on. I called Home-Tech for a electrician to come and fix. Ralph #994 arrived on time and checked out the two light switches, then the bulbs and all was working. He then tested the Ballast which was not functioning. That part was not included in my Gold Agreement. For a reasonable price Ralph installed a new ballast, converted it to LED and installed new bulbs. All the while Ralph was efficient, personable, professional and solved my problem. Home-Tech has protected my home for many years Im always happy to recommend them highly.

My AC went out on Labor Day evening. I called and a tech was here the next morning. It required a part and they promised to put a rush on it. I had a call within the hour to schedule the repair that very same day. Paul, #1030, called to let me know he was on the way. He was efficient and friendly. Love the peace of mind that Home-tech provides.

I have been using H-T for about 8 years, but not consistently each year. Returned back to them in May 2021 and am extremely impressed (again!) by their professionalism and skill. Matthew King, Tech # 461 repaired our AC unit today. We have had several calls in the past year on the same evaporation drain clogging. Matthew took the time to check all the possible causes of this continuing drain clogging and thoroughly cleaned everything. He also rewired the float switches so the wires were not running all over the front of the inside unit. Thank you Matthew for a thorough job.

Today we had our central air conditioning unit serviced by Home Tech. We have had similar services for 6 years now…but NONE of the previous ones were as thorough as today’s. Marco Ponce, a young recent employee did a wonderful job in cleaning and wiping all the elements. He also explained each one as he was doing his work. After finishing inside, he invited me to go outside with him as he was going to workon the compressor. Doug, the plumber is great. He is very responsive and really knows what he is doing. I had two toilets with problems, a bath tub spot that was loose and rotating, and slow vanity sink drains. In a little over a half hour, Doug fixed the toilets, cleared the drains and removed and tightened the tub spout. Then he put a neat bead of caulk around the spout while showing me how to do it properly and neatly. Doug made repairs on our previous residence and always did a great job then.Glad we can still benefit from his services.

Matt King went to our condo to check on our AC system and a new Brandt thermostat, which was not programmed to give us alerts back in our home state. He arrived promptly, checked out the system and thermostat and called so he could turn on the alerts. He talked me through everything he was doing at the condo and then stayed on the phone until he was sure I was able to receive the alerts on my phone app. Matt was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I appreciated all of his efforts on our behalf. Hopefully we will not have any more technical issues, but if we do, I will be requesting to speak to Matt for sure.

We came home after a long trip and found out that our air was not working. It was 7pm and I called Home Tech. Within 1 hour, JAMES came to our rescue. He empty water pan and change a air condition part outside the house. It was humid and hot but we had excellent service with James. We will rate him highly professional and knew exactly what was needed to get our air back on that night.

We had a clogged drain pipe for our a/c and had to shut it off on a hot Saturday afternoon. We called Home-Tech and had a technician, Todd (#393), arrive in a couple hours. Todd resolved the clog while improving the pipe/drain set up for us to help avoid this type of problem in the future. He was very professional and courteous, and we appreciate the companys quick response on a hot, summer weekend.

THE BOYS WERE COURTEOUS FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. IT TOOK THEM 30 MINS TOTAL LABOR TIME, AND COST 330.00, NOT INCLUDING THE SERVICE CHARGE OF $99.00.THERE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED WAS FROM THEIR SALES DEPT TO SEE IF I WAS INTERESTED IN A SERVICE PLAN. I CALLED 3 TIMES TO SET UP SERVICE TO INSTALL THE SHOCK ABSORBERS, AND NON OF MY CALLS RETURNED.. NEVER THE LESS PERSISTANCE PAID OFF. I CAN FINALLY DO LAUNDRY.

We had an intermittent problem with A/C Heat pump system that would turn on the heat even though it was in Cooling mode. All appointments were arranged promptly, even two after 8 PM. A difficult issue to diagnose because it would not always show the fault to the tech. Finally Matthew (#461) and Paul (#1050) worked above and beyond to check, correct, and replace anything the could be causing the problem.The best service techs and company I have ever worked with. Electrical Inspection: I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Electrician Tech Ralph is (#994)! He found some abnormal things during my yearly inspection that could have caused harm to me or even potentially worse. He worked through them all methodically, restoring safe CGFI outlets in my kitchen, and restoring power to a few outlets and a few lights on my second floor. LeMay did a great job of explaining what had happened with the toilet and what needed to be done. Twenty minutes later, this gentleman had finished the job. LeMay had also installed a new water heater earlier this year and he did a great job then but took the time to ask how we felt about his work at that time and if everything was working well. We are in a rental condo and the condo owner has a service contract with Home-Tech. Ralph #994, came to our rental condo in response to some issues. He installed a replacement smoke detector and will return to replace a damaged light in a storage closet. He performed checks on the electrical panel and in general walked through and checked out the general electrical status in the condo. He was very professional, did a great job and was just an all around good guy. Very fortunate to have Ralph respond to the service call.

We contacted Home tech for an urgent water pipe leak leading to our washing machine. We informed the call center exactly what we needed....including parts. When the technician arrived he had none of the equipment that was required. They still didnt hesitate to charge us and we had to call an alternate company to actually complete the service required. This company is not recommended.

Ralph just came out to our house to inspect our electrical panels, smoke detectors, and GFEs. Ralph was on time and prepared for the job. Ralph did a professional and complete job. I am confident that our systems are in good shape after Ralphs work. Thanks!
