Brought in my Scooter to get a diagnostic. I was told it would cost $90 for the diagnostic. After I was told the cost to repair it, I wanted to wait and get the repair done later. I was told it would be an additional $90 to put my scooter back together. Now Im out $180 when I was told $90. I was very upset that I was not told this when I first dropped it off. Be careful on the hidden prices here.

They talked about cleaning there were so much dust and stuff in their windows and underneath their chairs and her lobby you tell the lobby area hasnt been cleaned but they want you to wear your mask and disinfect your hands and all that needs to be cleaned other than that the staff is fine

Took my 2012 kx250f in for valve adjustment. Great people to work with and my bike runs better now than when I bought it. The starting problems I had went away as did the issues with high idle once the bike was warmed up. I will definitely come back here when I need service again.

After a larger shop in town had my ATV for over a month and told me it was electrical issues Shane had me in and out in less than a week with a simple carb clean for less than the cost of just the parts the other shop told me I needed. Trust a family owned business they have more to lose without their customers.

Shane is always willing to work with the customer and make sure the rider has the bike the way they want it and they are always really friendly and make sure the bike is at it best this is the only motorcycle shop I will ever take my bike too because it is for sure the best around south west Florida no doubt about it

Send my utv fox shock to repair a leak charge me $350 shock stlill leak so send it back stop leak but now no nitrogen and it make noise everytime i hit a bump.very disappointed with service now i have to paid someone else for repair shock again. He does not repair shock he send to a third party and take a cut.Do yourself a favor for shock repair send it to a professional

I had a tire replaced here and they seem to treat customers right and their mechanic seems to have lots of experience in knowing what to do right. I didnt like the small misc. charges at the bottom of the repair bill but otherwise theyre fine.

I am the person with the RM125 crank related to the Sean L from Falcon review below. Shane and Riverdale Powersports has been nothing but great to us and Sean Ls review is full of lies and BS. Yes i waited 2 months for my crankshaft to be rebuilt by Falcon and actually felt bad for Shane everytime i called asking asking if it was back yet. Everything Shane said in his response to Sean L is what he told me during the whole wait. Check Falcons reviews yourself and as for me, I will continue to go to Riverdale Powersports!

Shane at Riverdale will let you do work for him, and then when it is time to receive payment from him he will complain and try to nickel and dime you out of any money that he can. Beware of Shane at Riverdale Powersports in Ft Myers, dont do work for them without receiving payment up front.
