Totally unprofessional, I spoke clearly for Victor to hear me. He didnt, instead I had to repeat myself and was told I was yelling at him. Im not going to spend my hard earned money in an establishment that cant even manage a phone call.

Lowell is always very friendly and tries to help figure out the correct parts I am looking for. This store has the feeling of a time in the 60s when you went in the store and the staff said Hello, How are you today, and took the time to care about the customer. Five stars all the way.
