Import image racing had always had my back with suggestions and recommendations and the best customer service and prices on the market for aftermarket performance parts. I havent made a purchase since earlier this year. But customers giving a 1 star review because they dont understand business day shipping methods reminded me to give yall this here 5 star review. I needed a radiator for my G35 and found a few places before iir on Google but I didnt like the reviews . I choose IIR in the end and payed a little bit more for my koyo radiator and payed for the overnight shipping which I was hesitant of from some other reviews but I only have one day off a week and my radiator was here in less than 24 hrs from when I ordered it . Im very impressed at the speed and gave me a 12 hr window till when I needed it . Everything was just as advertised the radiator fit perfectly and was able to swap it in less than a hour . Ive let everyone I know know about IIR and Ill continue to order my parts from here . A top notch first impression for me and made a loyal customer. Thank you so much

Ive attached the conversation I had with IIR, and it speaks for itself. If you are able, find a parts supplier who values you as a customer. First off, I cannot speak to anyone over the phone? On top of that, you typically respond to the only allowed avenue of communication in a chat window and even THAT might take a few hours? If this were my business I would be livid. Just trying to pass this on to inform any consumers who might have better options. Sorry IIR, but there is plenty of room for improvement (especially in customer relations/communication). The last message I sent never had a response either... Do better IIR.

I ordered an exhaust for my car and paid almost $100 for two day shipping a week goes by and I’m wondering where my stuff is, come to find out they decided upon them selves that it is sent ground shipping instead of my 2 day shipping that I already paid for!!! They refunded me the shipping fee after I complained about it but my package still hasn’t arrived and I can’t even track it anymore and it’s been over a week. Some better service would be appreciated considering I spent over $1000 on my order. *******It won’t let me comment back from my phone so I’ll just add this to reply to your comment back. How is it the shippers fault that I selected two day shipping but received ground shipping that’s taking over a week to get to me. I’m pretty sure I told you guys and paid you guys for the two day shipping am I wrong. The best place to order aftermarket parts for your Subaru and others. The customer service is great, the shipping is fast, and more importantly, they have the items in stock. If you need the item and fast, dont bother going somewhere else. Live chat answers pretty quickly and they have the hookup with a quote if youre looking to buy. I have nothing but good experiences so far.Latest example: Bought a Blox Racing say bar kit from another site, 2 weeks go by without it being shipped, contacted support to cancel order, after a week I got my refund. Ordered the same sway bar kit on Monday at Import Image Racing, its being delivered today Wednesday.

26 hours, period.26 hours, thats the time it took between hitting the confirm order button on my screen and for my order to arrive on my door step.I ordered an entire exhaust system with some accessories and it got delivered in an unbelievably short amount of time.I am beyond impressed by how fast their service was. I’ve shopped with them a couple of times. This time was a little rough but in the end it was just a mess that was partially not their fault so I’m redacting my last review. It ended up being that FedEx messed up, then their systems was down a whole day so I was in the dark about everything until someone replied late in the day and after hours. That associates name was “Amanda”. I was thankful for the clarification. Hopefully my next order won’t be as bad.

I ordered a part I needed for a build from IIR, not my first order from them. They make a big deal about “actual inventory” in the pictures on their website.The part I ordered showed as in stock - no mention of back order. It turned out it wasn’t in stock, and they were drop shipping it to me. I was then told the first supplier had received a delivery and it would be shipped. Then told sorting through the delivery would take a week. Then told they didn’t have it, and it would be shipped by a different (now third) source. I offered to split expedited shipping costs - was told this would delay things further and to just wait.It took just short of a month to arrive. I had to cancel build, tune, test and racetrack appointments. Having lost faith, I ordered the same part from Rally Sport Direct, at the direction of TurboXS. Total debacle.I will say Kyle was as helpful as he could be. But as well meaning as he was, it’s meaningless if the system he’s dealing with forces this sort of delay. Costs of cancelled track time and appointments ran to almost a grand, just so IIR could save $40/whatever drop-shipping stock - stock that they assure you is in inventory at point of purchase.I will not be using them again for any builds (total of three coming up this year) and would advise that anyone considering buying from them due to a slight difference in price should consider that the $50 or whatever might be saved simply isn’t worth the hassle.

Ordered part, never got a tracking number after five days. Customer service was horrible, will never do business with iir again. Good luck to anyone thats going purchase from this company.

Not sure if I will order from IIR again or not at this point. Initially their customer support that helped me was fast and indeed helpful. Shipping was also pretty quick considering the item was on back order. However, once I received my order things changed. I realized the part I got was not what I needed (my fault), and have been trying to get a hold of them for a week to see if I can exchange the item. I have called, emailed and tried using there chat to get in touch. All have attempts have failed and I cant get anyone to get back to me. Other companies I have dealt with have a much more consistent customer service staff. I do understand with covid things are not going as smooth as anyone would like, but an email return with in a couple days at least would be nice. Considering they do explain they will respond in at lease a couple of hours Im just a little disappointed and frustrated.

My rating is base off my 2nd item bought. shipping time and miscommunication. First item 1000.00 came quick and was 100% satisfied exacly what i ordered no issuse. 2nd order total 800.00 dollars i had my fiance call whom is a mechanic so she is car literate to confirm if item was in stock web site said to call. She was told yes item is instock so order was placed i received one of the two item rather quick awesome and thank you but as the weeks went by we continued to check where the other item was told its shipping from manufacturer was told mid to late August ok no problem . Talk to support today been told its not in stock and possibly with ship 3rd week of September. I know they are not In control of what manufacturers tells them to get the sale and when the manufacturer send items but if my order was being pushed back another 3 weeks which is totaling 7weeks some one should of contacted me.

Giving a fair and honest review...1st time ever buying or dealing with IIR went smoothly ordered over $1500 in parts from them (currently in the middle of a build). Normally I go with rallysport or IAG for everything but STi headers are literally sold out EVERYWHERE. There was a small hick up on the order I reached out and they got back to me that same day or the following day. We had some email traffic and I had the pleasure of working with Jacob. Ended up getting a FULL refund on the part that ended up being out of stock. They even shipped what was in stock to me while we figured the next course of action on the out of stock part .On top of that they shipped fast AF was at my door in under a week.Pros:-Costumer Service is great they are polite and willing to work with you(via email)- Carry parts not found elsewhere- Respond quickly with info (via email)Cons:- Phone service...good luck getting through (easier to email them)- Not all parts have a inventory message if available or notNow that being said I dont think these guys deserve the bad rap that some people give them. Sure parts are unavailable it happens, but being polite goes a long way and for that they have my respect. I will gladly buy from IIR again. (would have given 5 stars but that phone service killed me lol)

Just picked up and installed the Boomba blow off valve from Import Image Racing. there customer service is excellent! every call was returned quickly and emails were responded to almost immediately. Dane was a lot of help very knowledgeable and friendly thank you for that! the only thing i didnt particularly like was that the website advertises a great military discount and says they are very Veteran friendly to find out that the discounts available on the parts are based on whatever the manufactures let them have and some have none at all, they really have no control over that which is completly understandable but i would re-word your advertisement towards the vets. To get a 3$ discount on 160$ is a hard sell and a terrible discount lol. but wonderful staff and great customer service 5 stars for sure will be purchasing more parts from them in the future. i would highly suggest rewording the military advertisement to diminish backlash and potentially losing veteran customers. thanks again for all your help truly appreciated!

. Let’s start out from the beginning. I ordered a bov from them. They said they would get it out as soon as possible then supposedly it was in back order. Then I chose a different option. I revived the both installed it and a week late it stopped working. I tried contacting support for the last 3 days but I’m getting no support. I called 4 times and no response. I requested for management and no answer. When it comes to warranties you guys need to cover them. Since you sell the product there’s no need for me to go out and beyond to doing your job and contacting the manufacturer. I have bought a good amount of parts but I rather stick with other companies. I still need my warranty

Ordered injectors and thermal tape only received the tape. Ive called sent supports messages even left messages but at 11 am which is prime time for a business they cant answer or get back about an incomplete package? first off how do you not pack all the items for a shipment. needed this before the weekend but with the speed of this company I may just be sol.

I ordered flywheel bolts for my car 8 days ago with 2 day delivery specified. There is no indication of when the part may ship. Contact by online chat has no response after 24 hours. Contact by phone results in a message to use online chat.I am forced to deal directly with my credit card account as this is delaying my project and there is no clear way to understand the status

This is my personal experience. First time ordering parts from iir online and the customer service was excellent. The person Dane over there gave me great support with my questions and concerns addressed and made sure I got the best deal. They price match so give them a shot! All communication through email and responses were within same day. Shipping was really fast(like 2days) Im not even on the US continent so yeah thats fast. Apparently I have bad luck and will never use this company or klarna ever again. The process is ridiculous. And for people who sell car parts, they shouldnt be wrong about what will work for your car.

I ordered over 700$ worth of parts at Jan 31 this year and still not receiving it to this date. They keep telling me that USPS is investigating. But it is almost a full month and still cant track down my package. They wont refund it either so I am stranded with a car without engine for months. The other company sent my order also from USPS and package was lost in transit. But it didnt take them a week to figure out the package was lost. After that they sent replacement order right away and arrived in five days.

I was a first time purchaser and dealt directly with Kris in sales, and also had some dealings with Jacob. Let me say the customer service was exemplary. There was a small issue with shipping, and it got taken care of PROMPTLY. They overnighted me the second package, even though I told Kris several times I did not need it overnight, that I just wanted to know it was being taken care of. Purchased ~$700 worth of car parts. After purchase they inform me they wont ship my order (or any order over $500) to an address other than the billing. Id rather not have ~$700 worth of parts sitting unattended at my front door instead of having them delivered to my work. Cancelled order and wont do business with again.
