We waited two hours to be told they made a mistake on our trade in. We had it in writing. It was very disappointing. Joe had told us it was the best time for us to sell our Jaguar to the dealership. Only to be told 1 figure, then the next day… $4000.00 less. What a disappointment. Carnax and autobuy did better. Left there bitter. Is this how a dealership should act?No call backs from management.

Buying a car was a breeze purchased a Cadillac Escalade a few weeks back and the sales guy was awesome made everything very easy! Free car washes for the cars on Saturday’s. Don’t waste your time bringing the car here for washes! My car was dirtier picking it up than bringing it in. Water spots all over my rims won’t be making that mistake again and wasting anymore of my time on Saturday’s!

After a nationwide Internet search for a pre-2008 collectible quality Jaguar Vanden Plas, I found the best one at Jaguar Fort Myers. Vetted, negotiated, purchased, and paid by Internet, phone, email, and UPS for documentation shuffling. A few weeks later I flew to Florida to take delivery. Collected at the airport, I was warmly welcomed by everybody. After a test drive, an explanation of all the buttons, and a couple more signatures, I was on my way. This dealership has a handsome reputation, and from my experience its well deserved. (PS--If they stumble onto an impeccable 2016 Audi A6 TDI for me, Ill happily climb on the airplane again!)

Although we did not buy our XJ from them, we moved from New Jersey, they treat us as if we did. Always a loaner ready, never a wait.The service is exemplary!Their fees are reasonable and they never push any unnecessary service.The other car we own is a SUV from a leading US manufacturer, when you get the car serviced there, it’s analogous to a bread line during the depression. Long wait with little to show for it!

I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years now. I am not in the habit of buying the same car or even the same brand back to back. I like the excitement of a new car, and that requires something completely different than whatever I am driving at the time. I point this out so those reading this will appreciate the significance of my just having leased my fourth Jaguar in a row; an XJ, an F-Type V8 S, an XJL, and now an I-Pace. If this doesnt demonstrate my appreciation of the brand AND my appreciation of the dealership - the folks I deal with - then I dont know what will. There is nothing different that anyone I deal with at this dealership can do to improve, because I give them all 10 out of 10 now.

Our experience at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers more than surpassed our expectations . The customer service we received was top-notch, and the staff gave us the red carpet treatment as soon as we pulled in the lot. The nice part was that at no point were we made to feel pressured. I would definitely not recommending going here for service. I initially dropped my car off XJ base model for two days for a diagnostics which they were able to determine that the front AC control module went bad $1873 to replace and the radiator overflow went bad $673. The diagnostics cost just under $200.00 and they were supposed to top off all my fluids (Which wasnt done even after taken my car in a second time and mentioning that it was not done the first time). I was able to find and negotiate a module on ebay for $200.00 and a brand new radiator overflow was $150. Great Price. Nevertheless, I plugged in the module and everything worked just fine with the exception of the AC. I thought kind of weird but I needed to take the car back to Jaguar because they reset my whole system and now the Airbag sensor light came on and they said they needed to diagnose the problem. Well they determined the module was now bad and wanted over $1200s to replace it and not only that wanted over $300s to get to the root of the module because they could not figure it out. Needless to say I picked up my car without spending another dime due to what I perceived as some incompetence. Later that day having a little bit of electrical knowledge determine low and behold it was a BLOWN FUSE. Changed the control module AC Fuse and VOILA the module was now good as new. Unfortunately who knows if the module is actually good and somehow resetting of the system messed it up. I actually sent several texts over two days to my service technician to have the service manager contact me prior to writing this review. I guess I wasnt important enough to contact back.

When we went to the dealership Dawn met us at the door by coincidence. I understand why she was recommended. I have never purchased a vehicle so fast and easy as with Dawn. We didnt haggle back an forth and there was no pressure put on us. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable with Dawn. We agreed to terms and went out for lunch while Dawn prepared all the paperwork. I went in for annual check on my F-Type. Melanie was extremely courteous and helpful. I had a couple of concerns which she was able to address during the inspection. I received a loaner which I held over night due to the need to check my little problems. The next day, my car was ready at the prescribed time, unwashed as I had requested. I would recommend the dealership for service. For sales, maybe not.

From the first initial contact on the dealership forecourt Derek proved friendly, courteous and helpful. We are Brits living part time in Florida and as Land Rover drivers back in the UK it made sense to buy Land Rover in the US for this our first US vehicle. We had no trade-in and had already decided on a Range Rover Sport so Dereks task was not too challenging .... he did what he had to do and did it well (especially well considering this was only his second week at the dealership). He answered many questions about vehicle ownership in Florida, the different trim and engine options available on the Sport and, with Brians assistance, lead us to a decision. He accompanied us on two test drives and lived to tell the tale.The vehicle we chose was still in plastic in the dealership receiving area and to our amazement went through PDI and valet and was available for collection just 48 hours later. Handover was straight forward as was payment. Derek has followed-up and we are thrilled with our new vehicle.Thank you Derek and thank you Brian.As yet, we have no experience of after sales service although our expectations are high following a very professional sales experience.

Not pleased at all with our last service visit. In late February we took our 2008 S-Type Jaguar to our original Fort Myers dealer for A/C service diagnosis and repair. I was told that the compressor needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of over $2,000. Jaguar charged me $170 for that diagnosis (even though they originally quoted $143, charging an additional $17 for shop supplies which no one could explain). Decided to get a second opinion that same day at nearby Modern Auto Air, and the car A/C was quickly diagnosed and repaired for a total of only $140: A simple compressor relay repair. Compressor did NOT need to be replaced and the A/C continues to work fine. We now have very little confidence in the Jaguar of Fort Myers service department. Probably will never return again.

We go out of our way to re-visit this dealer where we are treated with respect, fairly, no fake numbers. Weve previously leased a Jaguar from them, helped by their offering to buy out a lease-end vehicle from another manufacturer.This time is was for a small SUV - Land Rover Evoque. Were currently owners of two homes (Ugh) and could not quite swing the payments. But the management and staff were happy to see us and gave us accurate lease numbers on the first try. Other small SUV dealers have been a horror show, smoke & mirrors, to the point where I now would only visit them armed with my financial analysis. Not here - straightforward and upfront. We purchased a used car from their internet service. Excellent Excellent service. They represented the Mercedes Benz 2002 SL500 perfectly. The car was actually better than they described it. The sales staff was great to deal and haggle with, actually they made it a lot of fun. We flew in so had to be pretty committed based on their description of the car and price over the phone or it would have been a long walk back to Texas. We came, we saw, we bought and had a fun drive back to Texas except we got a warning ticket. Cop said if he had that car, he probably would be speeding too.If you are looking for a car, we highly recommend them. You can believe what they say. Watch out for the car is going to auction and you have to put a $1000.00 deposit down to keep it in their inventory so you can see it. High pressure when you dont buy it, stating they have lost 3 days of sales even though the car was going to auction because they could not sell it. Very unprofessional.

Service staff (specifically Sal) did not complete the work they told me they completed and thought I wouldnt notice. The service manager (Jason M.) basically called me a liar and said I was making it all up (for what reason, and what he thought Id gain from it since the car is under warranty, I do not know). I have never been treated so rudely in my life. On top of everything else, I requested a Q7 loaner during the service and was told by Sal if they had one that morning, he would reserve it for me since my lease is about up and I was looking to switch to a Q7. He had one that morning, but gave it to someone else and did not throw out so much as an apology my way. That was not a huge deal, but another lie. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Audi of Fort Myers. I am going back to Mercedes. Be aware and stay away from this dealership!

I would be embarrassed if I had people working for me who insulted my customers.Loan documents were signed on what I thought was the vehicle I had agreed to purchase. They sold my car to someone else and didnt tell me. They switched VIN #s on paper work and didnt tell me until 4 days later when I went to take delivery of the car.When I asked them to find me another A4 with the options I wanted, they told me it was a nothing deal to them and they would not locate and ship in a vehicle for me because they weren’t making enough money on the transaction. Apparently it was my fault that I negotiated a good deal, and it was my fault that they weren’t making $5k on me. I’m sorryI walked out and to date John Marazzis only correspondence was to ask if I put a deposit on the vehicle. REALLY????They are totally unprofessional and a pathetic representation of the Audi brand. If you are considering a new Audi, contact Adam B. at AUDI OF JACKSONVILLE...they know what customer service is.

I have work with Jason and Dan and I would never go back or buy a car from Audi of fort Myers. and I still dont know why they still have a job there they scam people charge people way to much money to fix there car. and there tech have no idea what they are doing. like just last week they had a car fall because the tech did not know what he was doing. and also Jason is a horrible person and he should be working at Wal-Mart. he lies, cheats SO PEOPLE DONT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE TAKE IT TO NAPLES.

The Expertise professional team at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers is beyond expectations. I had just driven 3.5 hours from Ocala to view a competitors vehicle that was promised to be held for me until I got there at a specific time that afternoon. I got there an hour early and was told the car had been sold .Frustrated to say the least............. I drove off that lot and saw the Jaguar dealership, I decided to stop in. Thank God I did, Justin and Danny found me a Better car at a Better price and the whole team went into action mode to make it a seamless transaction. Coffee machine is superb by the way :).Danny Ruiz went thru the entire car with me and hooked up my phone, navi system and answered all questions with authority and knowledge. Morgan found financing at an incredible rate and off I drove in my Beautiful car.................SO Blessed to be part of the family here at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers. No need to ever search with another dealer again. They have integrity, are honest and know their product. I feel that I can truly recommend this dealership without a second thought. I am a female that was treated with the utmost respect and not taken advantage of.
