These guys are amazing!!!Not only did they make the shirts exactly how I wanted them they’re so perfect, but they also got it done so fast! They really cared about my stepfather‘s birthday and the shirts that I wanted to get for him I needed them in less time than what they suggest of 24 hours and not only did they knock it out in three hours but they were just so wonderful in the process nothing shy of some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. 5 STARS GUYS, I’ll be using you for all my future custom needs!

Brought our own jersey Sunday, Aug 1st, for printing team name, last name and jersey #. It was agreed that it will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, August 4th 4pm. One of our member volunteered to pick-up the items, while the contact person (who was still at work then) called the store to check if the jerseys were ready unfortunately she was told that they have not started on it yet and they will have it ready by 5pm instead, therefore the person who volunteered to pick-up the items waited in the store from 4pm until they were done on the prints. The service was so poor and the prints were obviously RUSHED! There were misspelling in the last names, which were immediately spotted on and corrected and later on noticed that the prints were off the center. Very disappointed customer here. If there is a -0- star, they definitely deserve it for unprofessionalism and carelessness and neglect of duty! Very poor service!

I came here back in December 2020 because I needed yard signs and out of every business I called, Edison Custom Ink was the cheapest and promised to get the job done sooner than other businesses on such a short notice. Unfortunately we have suffered a lost do to Covid 19, so in honor and memory we set out to make shirts, for the family and grandkids.We went into Edison Custom Ink, and placed our order. We paid for items in advance, as stipulated by their policy. Earlier today we received a text message saying OUR SHIRTS were ready, not a text saying we made a mistake you were undercharged, and you owe more money. So after we arrived, we were told we owe more money, they had made a mistake, and were taking responsibility for that mistake, but we had to pay for their mistake. Now mind you we were given a price the day before, and we paid for the items to get printed as stipulated by their policy. With this new information blindsiding us we refused to pay for their mistake…We then were told by the manager, that she spoke with the owner of Edison Customer Ink, and he told her not to print the kids shirts until we paid the owed amount!!! The owed amount that they took responsibility for. The grandchildren of our passed love one, as of this moment don’t have any shirts in memory of their grandfather.So this is plain and simple psychological extortion by way of emotional heartache and tragedy, that we have experienced.Stay tuned!!!

I was on a time crunch and panic - called them and had our shirts done in less than 24 hours. The price was exactly the same as it would have been had I went online or Etsy.Edison Custom Ink was incredibly helpful and kind, we did the entire design and color choice through emails. They sent a proof before I paid, then I paid online. My shirts were EXACTLY what I had in my mind, I am super happy.

Quality is definitely not up to par. For the prices they ask id expect it to match the quality of what your going to get. Ive went multiple times to get shirts made and every single time something was wrong with the shirt. Placement, stains and the most recently issue was they put my countries flag upside down on the custom shirt I ordered. No attention to detail whatsoever. Place sucks

Ordered 3 vinyl decals for outside my car. One was correct the other 2 were backwards but made for inside of the window. Like most people I have tinted windows, but instead of them fixing it they tell me that if have to buy 2 new stickers. Guess you have to be more specific with these idiots. You just lost a customer that wouldve brought you alot of business.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!! After the experience I received here This is not the place you want to spend your money. I was treated very poorly here, They messed up on my custom shirt’s I ordered. I called and nicely asked if it could be fixed and they gave Attitude and basically told me that it was my problem. I then got transferred to 3 different employees not even a manager spoke to me about the situation. When I came in and requested a refund the manager was very rude as well and the employees gave me dirty looks and rolled their eyes. I was never once mean nor did I raise my voice at any one.

Brought in 6 jerseys to be customized for my daughter’s soccer team. I brought them individually labeled in ziplock bags with the names and numbers I wanted in the back. The girl at check out was really nice, but misunderstood what I wanted and they didn’t follow the instructions from the bags and made the numbers double digits instead of singular. I asked for them to fix it and they said it wasn’t possible without ruining it and now they want me to either purchase new jerseys or take a product in not happy with. I don’t recommend them as they don’t assume liability for their actions.

NO * would be more accurate. When I asked questions as any customer regarding what I wanted done I was first ignored then was given an attitude. I was given one price then when I came back ready to place a order & purchase it I was given a price $20 more. Very unprofessional staff, they laughed in my face & negotiated if they should bring the price back down like it was a joke. I dont need your services but however you do need the business or your store will shut done. They showed us a quick proof and delivered on the day we needed them. their prices were very good too, we will definitely be back for additional services. this is not just your occasional custom print tee shirt place, they are very business oriented.

Not impressed with their cropping skills license platr could have been a lot better. Sadly it seems a little rushed quality isnt apparently their recipe. The staff however was super friendly but that doesnt create repeat customers.

I was a returning customer but after my last visit I will not be coming back here anymore. Yes, I had left the store and they were approved but the more I had looked at them the more i can see the negative subliminal message behind it. I called them to see if they would be able to fix it and at first Harry said they would try too. Five minutes later another person calls me and says they cant fix the shirts, lectures me about the policy that Harry had already mentioned and continues to say that all I can do is purchase more shirts. As I continued to speak, the guy on the phone would interrupt me and then ended the conversation by hanging up on me. They are cheap fabric and material, and they act like they are giving me such a great deal. If helping me fix my shirts is too much to ask for then I will make sure that everyone and their moms know that they dont care about customer service and dont know how to handle a situation when things dont go their way. I hope it was worth it, Edison Custom Ink.

Harry and another man who’s name I did not get were EXTREMELY helpful. I came in on a busy Saturday (today) with an order of tank tops I needed that night for a 5k race to benefit fallen policemen and their families. We had previously tried to order shirts through an online vendor and it failed miserably and in desperation I went in to beg for their help. Not only did they rush my order and calm my nerves but they made an adjustment to my order over the phone that I had missed due to being in such a hurry. Edison Custom Ink has done my fiancé’s Strongman team shirts in the past and they always look amazing and never fade. I cannot sing enough praises for ECI and today they literally saved me. Thank you so much guys! Get your shirts, hats, signs WHATEVER done by this company. They will not let you down.

Our company started getting shirts made at this store everything was great until 4 shirts where a different font than we requested, and thought thats ok so we give it a second chance and this time they put our logo first then the number then the the name it was all out of order like they didnt care and just rushed it I dont know Ill have to find another place

We used Edison Ink to print 8 shirts for our family cruise. Harry and the hispanoc young lady helped us tremendously to pick out an image and fonts and wording for our shirts. They were so patient while I looked thru Pinterest for ideas!!! I actually went into the store a couple days ago and asked Harry to print 3 shirts for me and he told me it would be ready by tomorrow. I Was absoluetly devestaved because I needed the shirts same day because I was headed out to Tallahassee early in the morning the next day and I need them for my Tallahassee trip (GO NOLEZ!!!!) He acknowledged my disappointment and went above and beyond to get them ready for me in just a few minutes. I was completely greatful...he made my entire Day!!!! Thank you Harry!!!!! And Thank you Edison Ink for having the absolute best staff and stock available to us. I will continue to spread the word!!!

I ordered a large order of shirts and I had multiple names misspelled and the names were pealing off as soon as I got in the car! It’s horrible and I will never go back. Also, when I had told the lady the name was misspelled she looked at me and then walked in the back.
