Went in and paid for business cards up front. Waited 2 weeks for any kind of communication and got nothing. Called and was told that I was emailed a proof but there were “E-mail issues” and I might have never received it, which I did not. So Instead of trying to reach out again via E-mail or phone I was just left in the dust. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Will not likely do business with this company in the future.

Yadi (Vargas) is amazing and a joy to work with, and though I havent met the whole team, the folks I have had the pleasure of interacting with are always lovely (and helpful). Our orders always turn out beautifully, the Downtown location is so convenient for us to pick-ip, and I cant express how grateful I am for all of the very well done, VERY last-minute jobs the Palm Printing team has done for us.

I’m one of those people who procrastinates on stuff, so wait till the last minute to print something, then run to the printer saying, “I need it now!” Palm Printing seems to understand that because they always help me right away and work to get my print job done the same day. Not everything can be done the same day, but so far they have saved my behind several times!
