The staff is so helpful and friendly. I got help finding what I was looking for, and all my questions about the product were answered. The store is well stocked. The variety is impressive. The mall is conveniently located, and there is plenty of parking. Also in the same shopping center: Joanns Fabrics, Burlington coat, Petland, Dollar store, Ritas ices, Baer Furniture.
Why close the store for a “Deep Cleaning” at 12pm on Friday & not a soul in the store! Why not on closing hours! Pitiful management!
Theyre amazing! Everytime I go in, the staff is super friendly, eager to help you with any and all of your needs. Theyll answer any questions that you have and help you find the products you need.Recently I bleached my hair and did it a little to much and my hair started to fall out so I ran over to Sallys and the worker helped me get a couple of products to help and it was amazing, saved my hair!
I came in with my hair looking ratchet lol needed a bleach wash an some darker pink, always thinking im gonna be judged in my beenie and sketchy half blonde hair haha the girls were so sweet and helpful and they are definitely professional and very kind. I wish i would have asked their names cause they both deserve to be recognized as great employees. The one girl had super cute purple hair and the other had really beautiful long brown hair 🖤 give them raises they deserve it!!!

I went into Sally’s to accompany my daughter, but thanks to store employee Janine’s help I found some amazing products for my hair!!! All the product and flatiron suggestions Made by her were Spot on. She was amazing. Thank you Janine for your awesome help!!
First time i walk in at Sally they attended me very well....good experience inside the store...good and clean. Lots of different supplies to attend your needs......i give it 5 stars....
Horrible customer service. I called to ask about curbside pick up to which she responded “What do you want.” I asked about nail primer and they said that they have absolutely nothing for nails which I find hard to believe but I held my tongue. I asked about Ion 40 Volume developer 8oz and she said they didnt have it. I asked if they had the 4oz or the 32oz bottle and she said they only had the 8oz. I asked her to add that to my order and then asked about Ion Dye. She put me on the phone with another employee who said “We don’t have nothing” so I hung up. Up until then I was both polite and specific. I dont think I was asking for a lot. Sally’s has lost my business all together. I find it hard to believe that they pay those people. Unbelievably bad service.

Wonderful customer service! I called ahead of my very first visit to make sure this store has the hair color I wanted and there were only two left. As I barely walked into the store, the bright smiling sales lady held the hair color in her hands as if she already knew me, what a nice gesture! Further, the store is very well maintained and clean. I definitely will return to this store. Very friendly and helpful staff! :)
I usually already know what Im going for. Never had a rude encounter, actually the opposite. Whenever I go in Im greeted and all the girls are super nice and chill.

Went in the store at 10:4am 9 on December 18th. Usually when I walk into a Sallys I am greeted,this time I didnt. no biggie, I just started my search to look for a hair straightener. One cashier was ringing up a customer while the other associate who was a Spanish older lady was messing with her phone at the register. I went to go ask for help on the comparison on the 3 straighteners I was interested in. When I approached her to ask for help and to show her the selections she was still browsing on her phone and she wouldnt come from behind the counter to see the straighteners.when she finally did she just basically told me one was better than the other because of the price and she walked back to the counter on her phone.as I stood there trying to figure out myself the comparison and which one was better the other associate asked me if I needed help. I just said no and left very upset with the Spanish lady who obviously had more interest in her phone than to help me.
I thought these stores open at 9am. Its 10:30am and doors are still closed. Wasted trip. Ok. Just saw someone open them. More customers waiting outside in sidewalk. So, I was able to purchase the item I wanted, went home to try it out and discovered the attachments to this hair dryer would not stay on so I ended up returning the item and thankfully got a refund without any problems.
I recommend going to a different Sallys, this place is terrible, filthy, and it smelled awful like they were having sewage problems. The staff is rude and has little product knowledge. A horrible experience.
Had a very bad experience in this store tonight the work Veronica was every rude to my husband, as soon as we walk in, in dont care if you have had a bad day & it almost closing you still treat every customer with RESPECT, we will not be going back nor sending our business that way any longer..... I never leave reviews but this morning I arrived at this location at 9:10 and the doors were still locked even though on the door it says they open at 9. So I called the store twice, no answer. Waited to see if the door would get unlocked and by 9:25 I decided I don’t have the time to sit here, when I don’t know what time it will actually open. Extremely annoying and unprofessional.
The personal today 4/27/2020 was not professional, made me wait like 30 min only for answer me a question. That was in the store 2584 in for myers.

The big blonde who works, had the door locked 10 minutes before closing time posted at the door and refused to let me go in there. They will never get my business. I dont think they even deserve 1 star
While buying products in the store they refused to allow me to use the restroom saying I will just have to wait as it is for employees only. If you cant make patrons comfortable while they shop you dont deserve the business you will not get mine again
Wide color selection but theres nothing indicating which items require a cosmology license- and not all clerks know anything about hair or the products.
Cashier said I couldnt use my discount card or use my coupons because her computers wont take it. Not sure I will come back here again. Wasted 20 minutes of my day.
Phone number not working. Constant busy signal for about 4 hours after your press 3 to talk to a person. made about 20 calls within those 4 hours. hard to believe they were talking to customers on the phone every time I called.

Terrible service, I went to the store to return the product that was sent to me and the manager is a heavy lady left me standing in the box a long time, I took my things and left the store, I will look for another to return the product.
In salon products it is the best
